Beachfront resort with clean adequately spacious rooms with 2 queen beds and mini kitchen with 5 burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker and sink. Ocean view balcony, WiFi and use of 2 pools males this a top stay in Aruba.

The place needs a lot of work. They need to start with the staff. (not all of them). The lady at the front desk checking people in should NOT be the first impression. She was not friendly, not personable, and, more importantly, not informative. Not sharing any information as it relates to your stay. On the plus side, the beach and the water are spectacular. Additionally being in the low rise section of Aruba is a plus since it's not as crowded as the high-rise section.

Nice memories about this place, HOWEVER this hotel should take care more about how they treat locals. Locals should be treated same. They promote the hotel as a family type of resort however children (especially local children cannot play in the pool like a tourists, they get constantly get warned by the security guards. Even the tourists notice this.

We stayed here for 5 days in July. It was nice, but not super luxurious (as expected). Our rooms were clean and always well stocked. We had nice big beach towels provided and a full kitchen to cook our own breakfasts! The only things missing were conditioner in the bathroom and the front desk staff weren’t the nicest. The beach here is amazing!!

Great place! So close to the beach. The rooms are a little dated, but updated with new finishes. Nice pool area with a lively bar. This location on Aruba is a great alternative to the busy high rise area. Perfect for family vacations!

As an owner, I return whenever I can. More time would be great! It's a wonderful vacation spot, and I cannot see anything I would change. Staff is exceptional! Updated rooms are lovely. And you cannot find a better beach.

The staff and restaurant crew were wonderful. The ocean and beach fantastic. It’s not in the heart of the party district of Aruba but only 12 mins away. Because it is a timeshare location from the 80’s or 90’s, the guests were a little old for my taste, however, thank goodness it was not filled with drink 20 yr olds either!

This year 2023 has been a total disaster the difference in the clientele from last year to this is TOTALLY DISGUSTING! THERE'S NO SECURITY ALMOST ALL AROUND THE PROPERTY! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS AND NO HELP! ON TUESDAY AUGUST 7TH, I HAD A PROBLEM IN THE POOL WHERE THE KIDS WHERE RUNNING AND JUMPING OFF THIS RAMP. NOW THE POOL RULES ARE THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT. SO I WAITED AND FINALLY TOLD THEM TO STOP JUMPING! WELL THIS WOMAN TOLD ME SHE'S AN ARUBIAN AND SHE CAN DO WHATEVER SHE PLEASES! THEN SECURITY CAME AND EVERYTHING WAS OVER SO I THOUGHT! BUT NO THE NEXT DAY THE HEAD OF SECURITY SAID MANAGEMENT WANTED TO SPEAK TO ME THE NEXT DAY! SO I GO TO THE MEETING AND THE MANAGER TRIED (OPERATIVE WORD) TO GET ME TO SIGN A LETTER! WHICH I DIDN'T AND NEVER WOULD!!!!!!! ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED THAT DAY! THE REASON IS BECAUSE NONE OF THEM WHERE THERE NOT MANAGEMENT, THE SECURITY GUARD NOR THE PERSON I HAD THE PROBLEM WITH! THEY ALSO CLAIMED THAT THERE WAS A SECURITY TAPE BUT WOULD NOT LET ME VIEW IT! WRONG! IT'S A SHAME THAT A FEW REALLY BAD APPLES SPOIL IT FOR ALOT OF REALLY NICE PEOPLE! BUT I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS AND AFTER THE WAY I'VE BEEN TREATED I WON'T BE BACK! I'LL SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE! AND WATCH OUT FOR DONALD THE HEAD OF SECURITY HE THINKS HE'S A BADASS AND HE IS NASTY!!!!!!!

First time in Aruba and we will be back for sure. The cleanliness of everything, the friendliness of the staff and the incredible ocean and beach are five star. Could not be happier or more impressed. The food is delicious and fresh, the restaurants are fun and well priced. Amazing experience!

Gorgeous views right on the beach. There are plenty of beach lounge chairs available, rooms that walk right out to the beach. Shaded grass umbrella tables. Walking distance to Alhambra Casino and lots of little shops and restaurants. The beach is very clean and water is crystal clear.

Great food at Ricardos good prices too..but the girls working the bar didn't seem to hustle to make drinks ,spent more time talking by the register at the other end of the bar.our group was from N.Y.if they hustled we would of tipped graciously, but they didn't . Otherwise it was a terrific place..clean area around the and the pool was clean..Ya gotta take care of that bar..3 happy hours 👌

This was my first time in Aruba, and our stay here was fantastic. We were in one of the recently renovated rooms with a great view of the courtyard. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance from here as well.

Great friendly, happy, helpful Staff. Clean resort. Beautiful beach. Great food and drinks at Richardo's restaurant and bar which is part of the resort. Nice stores and shops at the resort. Just such a beautiful, family atmosphere all around.

Great place to stay for long periods! Rooms are spacious, clean, some are newly renovated, there’s a kitchenette and huge refrigerator! You have to get out there early to get a hut, but it’s worth it! Ricardo’s restaurant is great, for breakfast theres a variety in the menu and in the evenings, the sunsets are spectacular! Reasonably priced!

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life, and I have stayed in many places in over 50 countries. Completely ableist, misogynistic and disorganized staff that treats people with disabilities terribly. I’ll never be going back and I cannot more strongly recommend against going here. The room and appliances are also very dated. The staff at this hotel are an embarrassment to their country. This place is an artifact of history and should go out of business.

We have been coming to the ABC for years and own a few weeks of timeshare here. It is not super fancy and extravagant but is very cozy and friendly. Our kids love it here. The pool is 10 steps from the first floor rooms and the beach is 5 more steps from that. Can't ask for much more. It is much less expensive than most of the larger resorts and is not all inclusive which we prefer. Average room cost to purchase is $3500 with the yearly maintenance fee of approx $800. If we don't use the room we have always easily rented it out for about $950. A bargain for a week of hotel on one of the most beautiful beaches in Aruba.

Beautiful view on the beach. However, because the location is time shared owned by a ton of territorial old folks who dwell on the property and they are extremely MEAN and rude to us guests! Then the front office changed our rooms and moved us without notice on a Saturday! Extremely unprofessional. They told us that they sent a letter which isn't true. Then a dirty old man in his 80s walked into our room (#144) without permission and without knocking while my wife was changing and claiming he had timeshare ownership into the property. His lucky day was that I wasn't in the present in the room... I'll never book here again.

Amazing small resort in low rise area of most beautiful beach in Aruba. Amazing deal for the space - rooms are great (4 of us in the studio room) and service is amazing. Love this place!!!

Everything but the bar was fantastic. Worse resort bar ever , the girl on day shift needs to find another line of work. Terrible service and no alcohol. Only good thing about it is that I saved a lot of money!

Very clean, well maintained, great location,, nice ambiance, quite safe, attentive professional staff, lovely environment, friendly guests, phenomenal aquatics instructor Imbert Morris and yoga instructor., Gladys. I am being physically trained even while on vacation. Looking forward to their reinstating the Zumba class with Imbert once pandemic is over and community room is available for inside activities

As an owner here I would have expected more. Things were so much better before separating from Marriott. They understood service.

I didn't stayed at the hotel but went a few saturdays to the happy hours and the cocktails were amazing! Don't play safe asking for Piña Colada, try them all! Also, the onion soup was very tasty and the staff all very nice!

It is a beautiful resort and the rooms are clean. It is not a place for families though, security is very strict with kids playing in the pool, towels, where you sit, no drinks in the pool ( this includes water), noise etc... the staff aren't very friendly. I think it is a place for retirees, and is reminiscent of a library. I'm in my 40s and I feel judged by the Karen's here. Just something to note if you are under 60 or 70.

All rooms recently renovated. Equidistance from northern and southern attractions. Don't have to leave resort if you don't want with beach access and Ricardo's restaurant.

Older resort but all rooms updated. Beach on premises esp if you have 1st floor room. Large pool and kiddie pool. Light shopping on premises, like a small 7-11. Ricardo's bar and restaurant on premises. Santos coffee across street. Dunkin donuts and a few Dutch restaurants also. Enjoyed my stay. Extremely hot!!! Bring sunscreen!!!!@

😠 Very disappointed. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the promotional photos they use. The kitchen is ridiculously tiny and barley functional. The bedroom is in the center of the unit and has no windows (meaning no beach view again unlike the promotional photos). The bed felt like plywood...
