Pictures on the website are not up to date. Our room was very dated and dirty. We paid for extra for ocean view room and the ocean view room is staring at the other rooms. We asked if it was correct and yes it was indeed an ocean view room. Iโ€™m not sure howโ€ฆ Would not recommend for younger couples. Not much to do. No music and everything closes very early.

Overall a positive experience. Room was clean and comfortable but a few days we had no hot water. Our friends staying in another building reported same issue. We dined at all the inclusive restaurants. Would rate Red Parrot best and Mexican last. You must make reservations and recommend you do so upon arrival. The buffet is good and a solid choice each day for breakfast and lunch. Beach and pool wonderful and drinks at beach bar average. We stayed 5 nights and felt that was plenty of time to enjoy sun and local spots. Although it was a long and bumpy ride we do recommend a private jeep trip to other side of island especially a swim in the natural pool surrounded by rocks. Four hour trip for our party of four was $440 plus tip. Explored caves, trails, remote arid areas. Overall Divi All Inclusive a good family vacation value.

I vacation in Aruba because I love the warm breezy summer like days. Itโ€™s my favorite place in the world to visit. The beach is beautiful with white sandy beaches full of swaying palm trees. My wife and I spend our days on the beach. This was our sixth time staying at Divi all inclusive. We stayed in (and prefer the newer 4 story building). The staff is great, bartenders are friendly. I frequented the Allahadra casino almost every evening, and played a couple rounds of golf at the โ€œlinksโ€. Everything would have been great if we didnโ€™t have to eat. The food has dramatically declined. Everything seemed to be over cooked and of poor quality. All Meat products were very tough. Seemed like some of the food was re-cycled. My wife and I ate bagels for breakfast and salad most other times. Iโ€™m sad to say if a restaurant back home serviced this quality of food they would be out of business within a week.

Best Resort I have been to so far. Kind, friendly and helpful staff. Huge resort with easy access to shuttles to go around, good food and multiple options to choose from. Beach is breathtakingly beautiful. Clean and spacious suites. An outdoor hot tub is always a plus for me at any resort. Night entertainment wise, more can be done. Will definitely visit again for a chill holiday.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Once we arrived, all my stress disappeared immediately. The staff truly took care of us and I can see why guests keep going back there year by year. The beach is breathtaking. There are 4 pools and several bars. My favorite one is by the beach AND the pool. Its in a perfect location. And its an outdoor bar with a huge tiki roof. Plenty of restaurants to choose. All on the property. The hotel rooms are roomy and the bathroom is beautiful. I'm so ready to make plans to come back there. Perfect place for families, friends, senior citizens and honeymooners.

This resort is amazing! Incredibly priced and very nice rooms. Not to mention, the all-inclusiveness of it was 100% worth it. They have sales all the time where you can save a lot of money which makes it even more worth the trip. The restaurant and dining options were superb for all meals! Made to order food at the regular restaurant and a wonderful Italian place you can make reservations at too. The pool by the bar and restaurant is a party zone when you're looking for fun and if you want a little more relax experience there's a one not far that is great for spending time with your party and just chilling. The beaches are so amazing. White sand and crystal clear water. Definitely worth the trip!

I love this place. Iโ€™ve been back probably 15 times. The food is great, the beach is the best on the island, the service is top notch..you can ask them for just about anything and they will make it happen. There is very little fabric in the rooms which makes it less moldy than other resorts. I love it so much!

There where a lot of cool things, like the beach, the pools, and the bar they had and good bar food. The terrace restaurant for breakfast lunch & dinner was fantastic the Mexican restaurant was great to but the other restaurants where ok. Only suggestion I would recommend is better hospitality with a resort the strives on customers everyone that works there should say hello or at least smile. I would say 25% of the staff greeted and the other 75% didnโ€™t. The maintenance workers seemed annoyed with people on the property. Itโ€™s a customer service job for a reason service the customer. This resort should take note on how cruise shipโ€™s service there customers, everyone says hello and looks happy at there job. House keeping was great and always in a good mood. I still tipped everyone that helped me as Iโ€™m in customer service myself but I expected a better experience especially built around guests. Overall a good time.

We had an amazing week. The resort staff is the best of whom I ever had the pleasure of engaging. Our housekeeper, Danice did an unbelievable job. Iโ€™m not the neatest, most organized guy in the world but she made it so. I have travelled for work over 30 years and never experienced the service she provided. I cannot say enough about the management and front desk staff. They were so helpful and accommodating during a holiday week. All the food was amazing and we had a great week. Thank you Divi!!

The Divi Aruba would be a 3 star hotel in the USA. The accommodation were decent but it certainly is not luxury. It would be misleading to say so. However, we had a good stay at this resort. The resort age, maintenance and cleanliness are the primary reasons for the 3 star rating. This is an older property that could use some maintenance. Some of the wood decks are in need of repair. There are water dispensers throughout the property but they are absolutely filthy and I found even at the beginning of the day they were not cleaned. There was an issue with the room multiple times when the air conditioner or humidifier would start beeping nonstop. The maintenance would come and fix it would it would start again the next night. Most of the staff were friendly. They do their best to accommodate the guests. Itโ€™s a bit challenging to make the restaurant reservations unless you use the resort app and begin booking in advance of your arrival. Most of the restaurants reside on the sister property Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusive and it is free to take the shuttle from the lobby to the other resort. Ginger is by far the best restaurant option and has the highest quality food of all of the options. It will be challenging to get a reservation but well worth it! The beach location is perfect! Itโ€™s easy to find chairs and an umbrella to sit under on the beach. However there is no service provided once on the beach so you will need to get you need to get your own food and drinks once and bring it there. We came for the beach and the water and sand were absolutely perfect. No need for beach shoes because the sand is powdery and soft. The water is crystal clear and we could see small schools of fish swim up. The beach was an amazing experience. The Divi Aruba is a decent resort with an amazing location on the beach. Worth a stay if you can get the trip at a low price.

This was our second year coming back to Aruba and staying at Divi Aruba All Inclusive. You can not beat the beaches. They are BEAUTIFUL โค๏ธ We always found beach chairs every day to relax, read and look at the gorgeous ocean. Close to the airport, downtown, and yet we rode bikes past the high rise to a great snorkeling place. Food is good. Individual singing at night is really nice but they don't have huge entertainment productions.

Very beautiful, nice Staff, Food was good, and it was Clean! My only Negative is they didn't have the room I booked for 3 people, so we had to settle for a Pool view 1 bed and nobody offered me a difference in price. Besides that I will definitely go back!!!!

Awesome resort, great restaurants, great food, courteous staff, amazing ambience. Right on the beach. Private cabanas, decent drinks at the bar. We loved the location, started here for 4 days, didn't even step out of the resort for the first 3. They have a sister resort, Tamrijn which we used to frequent too. Strongly recommend.

This is definitely a 3-star hotel. The beach is beautiful. The food is good, we didn't have a bad meal. Would definitely eat at Red Parrot and Paparazzi Restaurant at Tam again. The rooms are sad and outdated. They are doing a remodel, which began at 8 am each morning. The bar doesn't open until 11 am. I recommend bringing your Stanley or Yeti cups and reusable straws. Bring your own floaties for the ocean. I would not go back to this resort because the room did not meet my standards. I'm a beach person and spent a minimum of 6 hours at the beach each day, and then after dinner, we would watch the sunset and have drinks on the deck while a band played each night. We had a great time, but we will be trying a new resort our next time in Aruba. This is a budget hotel, and you get what you paid for.

Came here in May as a family of 4 with two younger children. We opted for this low key part of Aruba to avoid the high rise hotels knowing with young children we would be in and out of the room all day. Our room at Divi was in the garden area but it was so convenient and close to the beach. Our room was small but it worked. The cleaning staff came in everyday to clean and provide fresh towels. For the beach I would suggest bringing water shoes for everyone since there is a small section of shells you have to walk through to get into the water. It was actually very painful getting in and out of the ocean. Our only real disappointment was the food. It was absolutely disgusting. Flies and birds everywhere. We ate out of the resort for breakfast and dinner every day. We would eat the bar pizzas everyday which was the only edible food available. I do suggest downloading the Divi app to make your dinner reservations if you plan to eat here. The reservations fill up fast and the day you arrive plan on not getting a reservation for that evening and probably a very late one for the next night. I wouldnโ€™t actually mind staying here again but wish it didnโ€™t have to be all inclusive. I would suggest renting a car here and traveling to Baby Beach. We had a great time spending the day there.

It was absolutely beautiful and had such a wonderful time. People were so helpful and super kind. (Except 1 bartender, he just ignored us, so we just went to the other bar) All the food was great in the restaurants and the buffet. The room was very clean. The fitness center was amazing, as well as the activities and nightly entertainment. We can't wait to go back!

This was our first time in Aruba and at an all inclusive. From the time we were dropped off from the airport to the time we left, we experienced nothing but genuine hospitality and warmth from the staff. The food was great, the drinks were better and the beach and pools were clean and easily accessible. Our room was nice, and serviced daily with clean linens and towels. We are already planning our return! Thank you Divi, I recommend you to anyone who is planning a trip!

My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our stay here. There is over a mile of private beachfront between the two properties and from what we could tell none of the other hotels or resorts had anywhere near the beachfront real estate of Divi and Tamarjin. We enjoyed having more of a "private" island feel and never feeling overcrowded at the beach. I will say that the food is probably only a 4/5, I've definitely had better food on some of the cruises I've been on. However, they make strong drinks and I never went hungry during our stay here. The room would also be a 4/5 in my opinion, nothing super fancy or luxurious. There were signs of aging paint, previous water damage and large gaps around the door that lights would shine through at night. The pillows weren't amazing either, super thin and uncomfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative. They all really seemed to enjoy what they did and made sure the guests were the top priority. The resort is not within walking distance of much shopping or dining but there are bus stops nearby and taxis are always available in a pinch if you want to go exploring. Overall I would recommend staying here during your next visit to Aruba and I would return in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at Divi All Inclusive Resort!! Everyone was friendly and hard working. The rooms were clean and the maids kept them that way. The food was really good. Absolutely loved the Latte Cafe in the morning...delicious! Our favorite was the Red Parrot, we went there 3 times and every time the service and food exceptional!! The buffet was also wonderful. The beach spectacular with plenty of palapas and the ocean was gorgeous!! We hope to go back again ๐Ÿ˜Š

Absolutely perfect in every respect. From staff politeness, room cleanness, beach location along with that Caribbean ambience that is just to die for. This hotel is just perfect. From a personal point of view, attending from just after the middle of Sept, the customers attending, whether American, Dutch, Italian , etc, are the icing on the cake. Few things I would change if I could. The toilet paper is slightly hard (yes, I'm a princess). Being British, I love my tea, bring your own tea bags, & finally, bring plenty of high-level sun cream as it's very hot the majority of the time & burnt using 50 and its quite expensive.

This company is a fraud please do not stay here.if I could give this company a 0 star I would. I went in November for my honeymoon we booked an excursion and the sales people at the excursion inflated our prices and basically said if we went on a tour of their newer location down the street we would get a discount 100usd off the activity we reluctantly agreed. After we found ourselves trapped in a 5 hour presentation for a vacation rental which was filled with false facts. After wasting half a day there we agreed to do the vacation rental only to find out it was a timeshare that we can not get out of after the sales folks told us a number of times we Divi does vacation but backs. I am warning everyone who stays here please do not book excursions with this hotel. They are a complete@fraud and will rip you off thousands of dollars you are better off staying else way as this hotel and this company are scamming tourist into their false sales tactics. Beach is nice but everything else is basic. Drinks are watered down the food is mediocre I actually got food poisoning here and almost died. I spent 5 days in the hospital. This has never happened to me in my many years of travelling. I am traumatized by this trip and will never stay here again. This trio haunts me in the very end.

Just returned from a stay at this resort. First time here and first time at an all inclusive resort. We had a garden view room which was recently renovated not decir and ocean view. Service was a hit or miss, hard to get reservations at the better restaurants.

The Divi website offers a simple solution to plan your flights and all inclusive stay. I was very satisfied with the King/ pool view room which overlooks both the pool and the sea. The staff are very friendly / the multiple bars and restaurants serve great food and drinks. The beach is perfect for walking. Great for couples. Will definitely return.

  • 3/5 Bill S. 9 months ago on Google
Overall pretty good, I would give it a 3.5 in stars. I mean the beach is great and so is the pool. It was hard to get in some of the restaurants seeing as they don't take reservations for two but eventually you might get in. Better to make reservations over three people. Weird how they seat people as you can literally stand there for 10 or more minutes before someone even talks to you, longer if there is a line. The first room I got was pretty sad, it smelled slightly of sewage or something plus the room was beat up. Looked more like a motel. To their credit they switched me pretty quickly the next day and the room and location was so much better. Pictures below of the terrace. Bartenders were great, nightlife was fine went out to other places but usually came back to end the night. Free shuttles to the other parts of the hotel were great as well as the Gym that had what you needed to get in a lil workout. Overall a very good experience!

Rooms are old, need some renovation. Rooms are by the water and Views are beautiful. Water is lovely to swim in. Everyone is friendly. The food is ok, but plentiful. There are plenty of bars if drinking is a priority. There was entertainment at night that was fun.

Had a great 5 night stay. Most of the staff was friendly, some seemed a little โ€œoff.โ€ Ate at Pure Lime and Palm Grill, both were ok. Not bad but not great. The buffet was fantastic. Youโ€™re not eating food that has been sitting out for an hour, you order a meal and get a pager and 5-10 minutes later itโ€™s ready, fresh and delicious. Good variety every night as well. Get the grilled sandwich at the Sandpiper bar for lunch, literally one of the best sandwiches Iโ€™ve had in my entire life! The nightly entertainment was cool, good vibe around the main bar. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely go back.

Divi all-inclusive is a great resort!!! I've stayed twice this year May and September and both times were outstanding. I stayed in beach front queen in May and beach front king in September and both are awesome just steps from the beach. This stay our shower head was gone and the shower was filling with water....I called the front desk and maintenance was at my door in 5 minutes fixed the clog and put a new shower head on!!!! This was very impressive because I've stayed at the Barcelona in aruba and it took days to get anything fixed right. The food is very good at this resort and u need to make reservations for all the restaurants except the buffets. My only complaint was it was difficult to get anything but 5pm and that's a little early for us. The alcohol is all the top shelf stuff and the drinks are made to your liking ๐Ÿ‘. The beach is the best around and u don't have to get up at 4am to get chairs and umbrellas like at the Barcelona or pay $40 a day like at holiday inn. The only thing you don't get Here is the person walking around with the welcome drink....would be nice but guess nothing is perfect...lol.

Vacation 27 August - 02 September 2023. Had the greatest time at the Divi. Met several staff who were very helpful and went above and beyond expectations. ( Virginia, Jerrel, Helen, Wilson, Allen, and many more that I cannot recall) We visited all the popular beaches and found Divi to be one of the best. Food and drink were outstanding. Will definitely be back!!!! ABC tours offers great excursions (please see review) I would highly recommend this resort to all.

The best resort we ever went. Staff is super nice, hard working happy people. It definitely elevates your experience. So much added value - activities, shuttles, pool/beach noodles, comy beach loungers, solid umbrellas, close by bar, pool, buffet restaurant, the Divi Cafe (so cute), the water stations everywhere. The buzzers for the food and food quality, omg everything is so tasty and flavorful !!! Can't wait to come back

This is by far the nicest resort I have ever stayed at, rooms are clean and the grounds are clean and all the staff from the pool bar bartenders to the restaurant workers are awesome. When you talk to other guest and they tell you they have been coming back for over 10 years you know there must be a good reason. I plan to go back next year.

This was our first stay. The service was excellent, so many friendly and upbeat people on the staff. That makes a huge difference during our stay. The atmosphere is amazing and while everything is walkable, there are golf cart drivers that will take you almost anywhere you want to go. Our room was very spacious but had a musty smell when we checked in. We requested a room dehumidifier but we really should have requested another room. Overall an amazing stay, Aruba is beautiful.

We just got back from a week at the Divi All Inclusive resort. It was our first time to Aruba and all I can say is WOW!! Everything about the place was exceptional (rooms, food, view, location, staff). Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. From the check-in desk, to the concierge to the cleaning staff, and everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) at the restaurants. To be honest, Iโ€™m not a beach person, and only agreed to go because my siblings and their spouses were going, but even Iโ€™ll admit: Iโ€™d go back in a heartbeat.

  • 4/5 Stacey B. 1 year ago on Google
The lobby, restaurants and pools were modern and updated. The staff friendly and welcoming. There are 3 gift shops on the resort. My only complaint was the grounds, not very manicured and the rooms need to be updated. The pillows were flat. Our housekeeper didn't visit daily. But mostly, they should update the furnishings. The beach was absolutely beautiful and clean.

Great experience at the Divi Aruba All Inclusive. I've heard some negative reviews but honestly don't see why people complain. The restaurants had good food with good variety. The service was excellent. My only knock on the room was the AC was a little under sized to keep it a cold as I'm used too but we adapted and it was good.

It was an absolute amazing trip! The staff is so very helpful and polite. We took our 20 month old son with us and he loved the cart service between the properties! And one driver took to him so kindly cause we went for rides at night to help him wind down and fall asleep!! Food was great! Drinks were great! It's very hard to find a nicer resort for the price too!! We will be back many times!!! Thank you to everyone at DIVI

Iโ€™m never one to write reviews but this all inclusive resort was amazing. My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 days 3 nights and it was endless bliss from the second we got there. The staff is amazing, everyone is so nice and polite. The resort itself was beautiful, the water was perfectly warm and the buffet was our favorite. I highly recommend coming here for a week in paradise!

Interesting resort. Rooms were good but restaurants varies with food quality just average. We did the all inclusive option and they do what they can toimit drinks and food. The bars are understaffed and serve drinks in smaller than usual cups. Many of the buffet places make you order food and then wait 20 to 30 minutes to receive it. Overall, even though the rooms were nice would not come back nor recommend.

  • 5/5 Bart T. 1 year ago on Google
This resort has a lot to offer! If you get the all inclusive meals, you will have 10 restaurants to choose from and can't really go wrong! Been to 5 so far and every one has had amazing food! The rooms we wanted attached rooms and was no problem. Have a king bed as well as a sleeper sofa in each. Kitchen with sink, full size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, even a washer and dryer! Dual sinks in the bathroom and shower. Safes in rooms as well. Plenty of room. Balcony we had overlooked the pool. Pool is a great size with fountain and swim up bar. They really make it easy when all inclusive for the bar or food. Bar you will have an armband which is great when swimming. Ocean is walking distance easily. Definitely will return.

The staff was exceptionally kind, genuine and hospitable. They made the trip the joy it was. The food was excellent. The buffet is open all day and has surprising great quality foods. The restaurants feel like fine dining with great quality food, and there are so many bars for a quick drink or many tasty snack and meal options ready in minutes. The resort is very clean, the activities are lighthearted and fun, especially in the evening! It feels like a little community here with wonderful staff and friendly guests. The staff really want you to have a wonderful vacation. The Divi and Tamarijan are a must stay. This was our honeymoon and we have no regrets!!

๐Ÿ˜  Very disappointed. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the promotional photos they use. The kitchen is ridiculously tiny and barley functional. The bedroom is in the center of the unit and has no windows (meaning no beach view again unlike the promotional photos). The bed felt like plywood...
