Jose saved me from an awful experience at another hostel. He is a great host, very kind and willing to help and also the staff is great. I stayed for almost two weeks and had the best time. The room was big, very clean, comfortable and had good airconditioning. All the necessities were there in the kitchen, with a good amount of storing and fridge space. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Never expected such a wonderful experience. The front entrance was extraordinary. The indoor/outdoor pool was absolutely beautiful. Our accomodations were perfect and our last two nights we stayed in the Hostel area which was amazing. Our hosts Leta and Jose were the best part of our experience. It's so wonderful to meet individuals who are so caring and ask for nothing in return. It felt like my daughter and I had know them our entire lives. I would reccommend "Kamerlingh Villa" to anyone who would love an amazing trip.

Great property. It's really clean and is kept clean and tidy. The pool is amazing and super clean. It is located in residential area about 12 - 15 minute walk from the "Mainstreet". Each room has ACs, in the building I stayed at there is a kitchen as well as two bathrooms. No warm water, however, because it's Caribbean, the water is lukewarm in shower. The pool is unheated. I didn't rent a car, but appears that there should be no problems finding a parking. The owners have 3 cats. 😻🐱😹 Edit: I had such a great time there in February that o decided to come back again. It is great and awesome, like last time I was here. I got the same exact room and it has actually been upgraded. The window had a little problem last time and it has been fixed and the curtains were changed, too. Also, I am quite sure I will return here again.

January 2022 update My husband and I stayed here in 2020 and had the best time so when travelling was allowed during Covid, we knew this was the only place we wanted to stay at again. We also convinced our friends to come along too..This time we were vacationing/ working in Aruba for 6 weeks. I would go as far as describing the hosts now as our new friends in Aruba.. meals were had and shared as if we were a big family getting together often..Jose, Jorge and Litta (hope I spelled her name correctly) are amazing, generous (Litta made us key lime pie so yummy) and kind people who attended to everything we needed and more. We met some amazing people who will be longtime friends and had some interesting conversations with many. Hope to come back again soon. This villa in my opinion is still an undiscovered Aruba 💎 and it’s all because of the hosts.
