Low budget apartments. One bedroom, private bathroom with shower, a small living room and half kitchen. Doesn't have a real kitchen. There is a fridge, sink and a 2 burner electric stove. No pool. No reception or staff on property. Get a rental car if possible. Public transportation is not near. Sleeps 2 in one queen bed. Ideal for couples or family members. Safe neighborhood. Minimarket half a mile away from the property. Ideal for divers, kite surfers, beach volleyball players and independant visitors with no need for a 24 hour hotel staff requirements

Current name is THE LIZARD INN. It's the best place to long stay in Aruba.

This place has been fully renovated and is now the Lizard Apartments and Studios. It's amazing. I would not stay any where else on the island. Perfect location- walking distance to groceies, corner stores and lovely restaurants, plus the best beach- Eagle Beach. Apts are perfect and clean and modern and sound proof. Pool is gorgeous. Staff is lovely.

Amazing place too relax

I have really enjoyed my stay at Palazzio Apartments. Very confort, great price and the location is very near to the beach and also to the supermarket. Definitely looking forward to stay again in here on my next trips. Thank you!!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much. Being students, we didn't have a very high budget, so we chose this place. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Nice clean rooms, great kitchen area, clean bathroom and even a little backyard. The location was perfect for us. Its a very quiet location. (the only thing you will hear is the fountain) Supermarket 10 minutes walking, beach 15 and big shopping area was about 25. If you plan to be outside most of the time and just need a place to cook, sleep and shower, i definitely recommend this place. Only downside is that there is no reception.

Great place, very clean, quiet and organized!

Small but very efficient, it fulfill my expectations..

I knew something wasn't right when the airport transit transfer didn't know exactly where the property was. There isn't a front desk onsite so when I got there I had to ask the tenants that were loitering how to get the apartment key. One of the tenants took me to an unlocked mailbox that had an unsealed envelope with my last name, check in date and apt number. Inside the envelope was the keys, property map and a letter with the alarm code, apt number and wifi password. My first thought was did someone else already access this envelope to use this key or to obtain the alarm code. I HIGHLY doubt that the alarm is even monitored. The doors are not numbered so I had a hard time finding out which one was mine. There were folks with their doors open hanging out like there were in a cell blocks that gave me a creepy vibe. Once I went into the apartment I seen that it wasn't anything like what was seen on Expedia's website. I wanted to inspectThere wasn't any hand soap, dish soap or toiletries. I was given two bath towel but no robe, facial or hand towels. They don't have HOT water at all only cold water. I inspected to bed for bedbugs and there were stains on the sheets. The location is not as close to the beach and activities as described on Expedia. I did not feel safe and it was dirty. I only rated this one star because I can't post the review without it.

My son and I had reservations. On a Wednesday but were unable to make it to Aruba until Friday. We had to change our plans to arrive later than expected. I received a confirmation email from the apartment managers after I informed them of our late arrival. When we showed up there was no one to speak to and no key for a room. Phone calls and emails went un answered and my minor son and I had to scramble to find lodgings. When my emails were finally answered I asked for a refund because there was no room available for us. we were informed that no refund would be given. Then to date we have not received any emails or phone calls from the management of the property.
