The space itself is Very nice and spacious and they provide shampoo and soap and refrigerator and dishes but no dish soap, no laundry. living room area tv and kitchen with oven burner and kitchen table two beds. place gets 5 stars. Its a 5minute walk to share the Ritz Carlton beach and two casinos are available at walking distance the Marriotts and the Ritz, the ritz is 24hrs. Gotta take 2 buses from the airport. $2.60 a person, arubus takes USD but gives change in florin. second bus was real nice that go up and down the hotel resort strip. Beach was gorgeous and better than Eagle beach. Check in 4pm, but this place has no reception desk, no 24hour service. I guess the family lives here also and the grounds is apart of their home. so they will have to answer the door to check you in or out. once you get a key you can come and go as you please. you must come through main entrance and that is is always locked which is why i felt safe and you get another key to lock your rented apartment. cameras around the perimeter was nice to. BUT You just ring the door bell and hope someone is there. This caused difficulties that really annoyed me and thats why I gave this place 3 stars cuz there was alot of waiting around for help. Family was extremely nice when they were around.

It was an enjoyable experience, the owner and his family were very kind and opening. The place was well furnished and ventilated. Overall a tranquil experience.

I loved our stay. Peter and his wife are great host. The pool was delightful. Also, his recommendations of restaurants were excellent.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. However, no tv, phone, hairdryers. Wall was paper thin n we were able to hear everything from other room. Entrance to room was sliding glass door from patio n a key to lock door- dangerous if have to leave room in an emergency.

Nice place to stay on a short vacation. Located close enough to the high rise hotels but in a quaint neighbourhood. The only downside is that one window is has no curtains (probably fire hazzard), so you give up a little bit of privacy. The place is still very nice to stay.

It was a great and wonderful stay there we met the owner and his family and they were very welcoming and so were the other guests. It's peaceful away from the loud noises. But a five minute walk to the beach and plus in case you want to go down to Eagle Beach

We are really enjoying our stay here! My girlfriend and I are in the fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment, we have lots of space, everything we need, push bikes available, we love the pool and garden area and the location is just supreme for the price we paid. We will stay here again!!
