A nice, quick climb with panoramic views of Aruba. There are three ways to get to the top, the least obvious one (in the back) is actually, by far, the easiest to navigate as it is entirely stairs with handrails. The front two paths come together along some steeper steps, but also require a small climb (with little headroom) through the rocks to get to the top.

Well the best part is free. The park consists of several piles of rocks. There is a steep climb up the steps to the main rock formation. Take your time up there. Most impressive part is the view. You can see all sides of the island including the cruise ships docked in Oranjestad. It is located in a residential area with some low lying houses, so the view is unobstructed. A bar and souvenir shop is located across the road.

Be sure to stop for a cool beverage and take your time exploring both peaks and the paths below. Using the Portrait mode will get you some nice images.

Wow, we found this by accident on our way to another attraction. It is beautiful, the rocks are amazing! We also went to the area that was close to this area, but on a dirt road. It is worth the trip. We had rented a car.

The rock formations were beautiful shaped. We went to the top of a rock, I walk with a cane and climbed very carefully. The view up top was work the view. It does have steps on the other side. Be careful it does get very windy up top also, a person almost lost their hat.

Be in shape to climb the big rocks. Steep inclined and confined spaces to get to the top. Great cute from the top. Many smaller formations are very easy to access.

Enormous tonalite rock cluster. Great views around the area. Parking is okay. There's a staircase around the back if you don't want to crawl through a hole on the front entrance. Probably don't have to be in the greatest of shape, but it's still around 50+ steps to the top.

Neat experience, doesn't look that difficult until you hit this small almost cave where for me I had to get on my knees to go through. Definitely a steep decline to go down.

Yet another free attraction, they have a bar and food on site. It's a great workout to get to the top a great experience you get to see the island. It was a bit windy but so worth it at the top beautiful views.

Worth a stop to walk around the rocks. Flush toilets and sinks if you need to use the bathroom. Bar/restaurant and shop right beside it. Someone was also selling fresh coconut water.

Haven't been there in many years. Much more to explore, including small trails and quite interesting rocks! Stop in the store for souvenirs or a chat. I reminisced with the store woman. Very pleasing. Outside bar as well! It's free

The voew after climbing these rock formations were so rewarding. I personally had an easy time climbing the rocks, and it was so fun too. Make sure you are careful though because it got extremely windy once you've reached the top. I enjoyed the wind because Aruba can get pretty hot and I especially loved the view. It really is amazing the amount of scenic views the beautiful island holds.

Beautiful granite rock formation, great view at the top, where you can also see other rock formations. Deep historical significance to the island we were told.

Interesting little place. We had a quick 30 min visit on a weekend. It was easy to find parking and not crowded. Very cool rock formations to look at. Good view of surrounding areas from the top. Wearing good sneakers recommended. We visited after rain and rocks were wet and it could get slippery going down. the stairs have railings to hold on to which is good.

What a fun place to visit and explore! My only wish is that there were some placards with its history. A fun bar is right across the street!

  • 3/5 Brandon M. 5 months ago on Google • 65 reviews
Very crowded before noon. The views at the top provide you with a 360 view. Going up the formation through the cave is tight but less steep than going up the stairs. Mobility is definitely required as ascending and descending can be difficult, especially when windy. The shops below are pricy, I recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks if you’re going to stay a while.

The Rock formations are cool. They have a snack bat and souvenir shop but alot of cheesy touristy stuff that looks tacky. Plus $1 to use the toilet is in poor taste to me.

Pretty cool place that offers a great view of the island and an incredible taste of just how windy it can be! Steep steps and lots of places to explore made it a pretty fun adventure that was a little different from the typical beach hang-out or the other attractions on the Island.

Even though I walked here at the end of the season, lots of tourists buzzing all around. The men’s bathroom smelled like sh*t and people just wanted quick pics for their social media. The Gnome yard was just down the road a pinch...😀

I really enjoyed an outing to the Casibari Rock Formation! Our tour guide gave us a very informative tour of the area and told us how important it is to the region as it was developed as far back as the formation of the island itself! I’ll definitely recommend it if you’re interested in spending a good outing while on the island!

  • 4/5 Ray H. 2 years ago on Google
If you climb all the way to the top of the rocks you will have a beautiful view of a large part of Aruba. At the bottom you will find Cafe Casibari where you can buy refreshments. Great place to visit

Better than I expected. Nice shady areas to sit. Walking paths and steps to the top of the rock formation. It's free and they have some shops to browse and some ice cream, food stands for a quick snack. They also have clean bathrooms. About 4 bus tours when we went but plenty of space for everyone. A nice stop for a family.

Fun place to visit and climb the rocks. Very uneven, steep stairs with a tight, low passage. Also very windy so take off your hat (one guy lost his and it went a long way).

  • 5/5 Alejandro G. 2 years ago on Google
Great place for bouldering. Easy to setup crashpads and enough variety in difficulty. Can buy drinks at the bar across when you're done.

  • 5/5 Diane C. 1 year ago on Google
Located towards the center of the island north of the Hooiberg, Casibari is a unique rock formation made up diorite boulders. The climb is not complicated - there are three paths to select to make it to the top. It is at the top that you have 360° view of the island. Go early as I went at noon at was very hot. Thankfully there is a local bar across from the entrance for a cold beverage after.

A bit of uphil walk there are 2 sets of stairs one that’s more adventurous near the front and if u walk further around, one that just reg stairs. It’s a bit high up and kinda scary but a view. There’s a souvenir shop and rest room near by

  • 3/5 Mariah M. 1 year ago on Google
The views at the top of the rock formations are beautiful. You can even see the ocean! The reason I am rating less than five stars is because all of the tourist attractions surrounding this area were completely closed and looked really worn down. The restaurant was closed and it was essentially a ghost town. We didn’t stay long as it is a quick 2 minute hike up to the view point. I wouldn’t say this is a must see, but if you have the extra time I would suggest making the trek.

  • 5/5 lign G. 1 year ago on Google
Very fascinating, especially if you have a good tour guide like we did, who can point out funny and outlandish shapes in the rocks. Nothing earth-shattering here, but Aruba is a small island and it's a worthy wat-point on a tour.

  • 5/5 Maureen B. 1 year ago on Google
Nice experience! Stairs were cut into the biggest rock, so you could get to the top and see the magnificent views. There was no wait and no need for tickets when we visited.

  • 5/5 Al's A. 1 year ago on Google
Incredible views from this 500 thousand ton Boulder. Set in a garden of catcus and rock a unique view of this side of Aruba. Caution, the climb is not for everyone, one side is about 50 steps up, though various heights of rock. And the climb down the other side has steps approx 6-10 inches high.

  • 5/5 S H. 1 year ago on Google
Amazing rock formations! I didn't make it to the top since there was a line and our group tour was short on time. However, still a great visit!

  • 5/5 jorge n. 1 year ago on Google
A great place to get a great view of the island. It is a challenge to get up to the top of the rock but well worth it. The descent from the rock, though with solid steps, is a steep decline and will be challenging for some. Still, it was well worth it. There is a food and beverage stop if you are hungry and thirsty.

  • 5/5 Shane C. 11 months ago on Google
Loved it!!! Easy to get to and easy to climb. Just be careful around some of the rocks and boulders while climbing up. The views from the top are amazing. Their is also a little gift shop and snack bar on site.

Awesome rock formation that we visited on a shore excursion with Norweigan cruise lines. They have a bar on site and gift shop plus plenty of parking. Really enjoyed the short 3 minute climb to the main rock, which lets you see the entire island!
