Upon arrival, cordoned to wait for other possible arriving passengers for 30 minutes while taxis whisked away a plethora of other travelers while we watched. Then, we were pointed toward a rickety bus with a uneven idle where the driver watched us load our own bags. Then we were treated with loud Spanish talk radio until arrival at the hotel. On pick up day, the time of pick up was to be 10:10 am. At 10:30 we took a DePalm bus to the airport. Nothing but regret.

If i could give zero stars i would as they don’t deserve any. Sitting here waiting for my shuttle which is now 35 minutes late. This has got to be THE worst shuttle company in alaruba. Call the call center and they say “oh yeah he’s on the way” which he clearly is not. Absolutely ridiculous! I’m glad I didnt Book any tours with this company because if they can’t complete a simple task like picking someone up at the agreed time or within 30 minutes then there is no way they can properly operate a tour. Do yourself a favor and book with a reputable company. These it’s are clearly a bunch of scammers. Looks like I need To call the CC company and have the charges reversed as they failed to show up. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. THEY’LL RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY AND YOU WILL REGRET BOOKING ANYTHING WITH THEM!

Picked up on time by friendly driver..the utv tour was a blast, with a friendly, knowledgeable and proud tour guide. Would highly recommend this trip if you visit Aruba.

It was easy to book a shuttle to the airport online. I was picked up at my resort within 5 minutes of the pickup time I was given. Since I was traveling alone, this service was definitely more economical than using a cab.

Thanks to Marcia and El Tours for good advice and Tour Planning. Apart from that, Marcia speaks several languages very well. Even german. This was nice, because we are from Stuttgart, Germany. We will plan another stay in Aruba within the next 2 yrs. We are glad to see Marcia and El Tours again. Thx a lot.

We used ELTours for transportation to and from the airport. We made really good time getting to the hotel and also back to the airport. We also took a half day tour of several sights while there. They did a great job.

We did the all day jeep tour with Ronald. It was so much fun and Ronald was fantastic. Everytihng we saw was fabulous. The BBQ lunch was amazing. Our group of 8 had a wonderful day and would highly recommend El Tours.

We loved El tours. They were awaiting our arrival. Staff was professional and friendly. The bus was nice, clean, and cool. I made a mistake and dropped my credit card on the bus and didn't realize it. Staff checks the bus before leaving, found the card, and brought it to us. Can't ask for better service.

Utv tour was absolutely awesome. Our tour Guide Johan ( hope I spelled it right ) was absolutely awesome and made this a great experience. To see the other side of the island and the views it had was unreal. A must do.

Ronald took us out and showed us around the North shore of the island. He explained detailed History , taught us about the Plants, and Animals. Lots of fun and definitely one of the highlights from my trip . Hope to head to Aruba again soon and escape the snow in Canada.

Did the UTV tour with Danny boy and he was amazing . Such a knowledgeable and funny guy he couldn’t have made our experience better . Highly recommend . Tour was approximately 4hours .

Horrible experience. Tour was supposed to end at 12 pm. Ended at 1 pm. Cruise ship left at 1:30. Always loke to get back to ship one hour before leaving. I would of not booked this tour if I would of known it qpuld of been longer. Simply asked tour guide if we could get dropped off first. He said no. Tour never was supposed to end at 12. I said it shows it on ticket. He kept on saying no.no. no. I told him it was ok I'll just file a complaint about timing with my operator. He yelled at me and told me I could catch a cab. I said it's ok lets just finish the tour and walked away tontake picture if church and then got on the bus. He got on the bus and yelled at me to take $20 and take a cab. No Iets just finish the tour ao we won't miss our ship. He kept yelling at me stating what I was going to do. I started ignoring him because I already said let's finish the tour. Don't poke the bear. He put corporate on the phone so i explained my view and I could not hear the lady due to him yelling at me while I was trying to tell the lady what I was told. He put me off the bus in Aruba. He had to be a woman beater they way he treated me. They should not employ no one that will treat their customers this way because of confusion with timing. I didn't want to miss the ship and I wanted time to at least buy a magnet. This was totally unprofessional.

Had booked thru Jayride paid in advance. EL tours was to pick us up from AUA Airport Aruba. 45 mins wait on 6/29/2023, plus gentleman by name Chum was extremely rude who was managing the rides list. On return party of 4 adults to be picked up at 11:50 am on 7/4/2023 from Renesance Wind creek Marriott Oranjstead Aruba. Ride never showed up we waited 20 mins. Even called EL tours were told ride on its way. Ultimately took taxi to AUA airport.

Bus was old and worn. Windows were clouded so couldn't see out. The driver was the tour guide. He was ok but there was not much to see on the tour of Aruba. We were glad when it was over. Don't waste your time and money.

Dropped us off at the wrong hotel and we had to find other costly transportation. Then, picked us up 20 minutes late before our flight. Do not use them for transportation!!!!

Afternoon 1/2 Day UTV Tour- AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Our tour guide Joe was amazing! We did the tour on October 29th and had a blast! It was just myself my husband and the guide; it was a private tour without paying for it. Majority of the tourist book with De Palma and other companies; which are also great, but way busier! We did the Full Day Jeep Tour with Ronald on October 25th and amazing time as well! Again, it was myself my husband and the guide, and the UTV afternoon covered completely different spots! Both guides were amazing! They were knowledgeable and really passionate about the island and our experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our guide for the UTV trip was Joe- and we could not have lucked out any more! We had a very small group, which was what we were hoping for when booking this company. With the small group Joe was able to take us on a more personalized tour and show us some off the beaten path spots! He was extremely knowledgeable in the island having grown up there, we learned so much! The free shuttle to/from the tour was also a value added service. 10/10 would recommend this company!

Just got back from our adventure with Ronald our tour guide. I have to say an amazing experience. All the stops and his history and knowledge of the island was on point. From the California lighthouse to the natural bridge and baby beach. Breathe taking views of all the spots especially the goldmine. After climbing up to the top you can see the entire coast. I would recommend Ronald and el tours every time I can . Thank you Ronald and thank you for giving my wife the aloe.

Went on the full day Jeep tour in Aruba and it was an amazing experience. Really enjoyed riding in the rocky terrains and visiting different sites! With this tour we got to see most of the sites across Aruba and pretty much all of the major sites. Our tour guide Ronald McDonald as he calls himself was great! Made the tour really fun and was very knowledgeable about the island.

Used their transfer from the airport to the highrise area and back on day of departure. Everything was smooth and easy. At the airport we were greeted by our driver and taken promptly to our private bus for our large group of 11. We were taken right to resort with friendly service. Upon leaving our driver was right on time and we got to the airport with no issues. I would definitely recommend El Tours and the private transfer especially if you have a larger group. We would have had to take 3 taxis if we didnt.

Nahym took us out for a small group morning tour. We had the best time. He is very personable and full of knowledge about the island. We enjoyed the trip so much we booked for a second afternoon tour a day later.

EL Tours is my trusted service when visiting Aruba! I’ve been 3 times and each time they have picked me up from the airport and back. They are always ON TIME! They even waited for me and turned around when I was very late and almost missed the shuttle back to the airport. My tour guide Uri was amazing! He had such a wonderful personality and was very happy to describe his homeland. We were very pleased with our adventure tour on UTV. We were able to get the full "spa" experience. The UTV offered a nice massage, the fish provided a unique pedicure, the dirt gave us the mud bath we always wanted and the natural pool provided a jacuzzi experience. Jason was our guide and he was entertaining and very informative. He showed a lot of pride and knowledge about his country. The Fauna tour was fun and I learned a lot about the animals and Aruba's history. Just the right time too. Not too long.

Used the round trip transfers, the drivers were super friendly and very entertaining. On the return they were half an hour late which caused a little bit of stress and confusion however, arrived at the airport with more than enough time. When we arrived to Aruba no one of this company was there to help us, I lost the money! The true is you don’t need this kind of service just use a taxi is a lot better.

Just got back from our honeymoon. Nahym was amazing. We had a small group. He was very knowledgeable and made our experience wonderful. My husband forgot his glasses on the trip. Nahym found them and brought them back to our resort. Thank you. We would definitely do it again and request nahym.
