What a great and inviting resort. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by random staff members. The facility was super clean. The lobby and common areas were very well kept and clean. We took a stroll at night outside and the place was amazing and so vibrant and up beat. The bar scene, music and appetizers were awesome. The casino was great, we love the no Smoking rule. We topped off our first night with the gelato place not to mention STARBUCKS….the full real deal Starbucks.

Amazing amazing AMAZING! This is a well maintained hotel and the team at the hotel is phenomenal. When my family visited, the pool wasn't opened due to renovations. It was unfortunate, but it didn't really affect our experience because of the close walk to the beach, which was so convenient. You'll find staff everywhere who are willing to provide anything you need. They will go above and beyond. My throat was a little dry during my trip, and every morning, I had requested for someone to bring hot water to my room. When I would call, my phone would be answered in seconds- they are FAST. The hot water would be provided in a thermos container, which was good enough for 4-5 cups of hot water. It was amazing. After someone would deliver it to my room with a smile on their face, they'd always end the conversation with, "is there anything else I can get for you?" The hospitality was 5 out of 5. The rooms were nice and clean. Super spacious. The food on the resort was good and the drinks were good too. The resort is super close to the downtown area, so it was nice to have the option to leave for dinner/shopping. I had no complaints about the resort at any point during my trip.

A most enjoyable space with warm caring service. My wife and I were here for our 30th wedding anniversary. Our every need was cared for. The staff went out of their way with our room selection and daily services. The morning breakfast was fantastic. We were able to have something delicious and different everyday. The beaches were intimate with white sand and on the beach service. The grounds and pool areas were very well designed including an in the pool bar area that made life easy for food and beverage service. The concierge service we top notch always finding the right opportunities for dining and off resort fun including diving adventures. I highly recommend the Aruba Marriott especially if you have never been too Aruba.

The people, room, drinks, food and service was excellent!! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Checking in was quick and easy and the excursions were well worth the money. And a special thank you to Antonio in loss prevention, my husband lost his phone in a taxi and within 12 hours, they had found the taxi and his phone. We’ll definitely be back again!

I did not stay at the hotel itself but visited the casino. Would give zero stars if this were possible. The staff was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. I was sitting at a three card poker table with my wife in a stool next to mine ,and playing two hands. My wife, who had just undergone kidney donation a month prior and was still recovering, was minding her own business when two extremely abrasive security guards came over and asked her to leave because she was taking up a seat. Mind you, I was playing two hands!!! The irony of it is that at my table there were three boys who could not have been older than 14 and clearly entered with a fake ID. My wife pointed out to the security staff that if they were so bent on following the rules maybe they shouldn’t allow children to gamble. Of course, because the casino is all about making money (hell, they’d let a five year old in to play), they ignored her comment and kept insisting she leave. I’m an avid fan of casinos and have visited more establishments in my life than I can count. This was by far the worst experience. Disgusting staff who plays rule police but readily turn a blind eye to underage gambling and drinking. Complete jerks!!!

Nice resort, however it was way too crowded for our taste. Things felt rushed and less luxurious. Quite a few groups of rude people (guests) who felt like they owned the place. If it wasn't for our Marriott loyalty, we likely would have moved our stay.

I would say my birthday and honeymoon stay was great, the staff was super amazing and did everything they could to make our special events special, we would def return for another stay. My only recommendation would be more options to room service menu and maybe future room renovations , but other than that our stay was great. This resort is located in the heart of palm beach which puts you next to many beautiful beaches and lots of restaurants and bars. Special shout out to Ludwig for all his help.

First the front desk staff is amazing and extremely helpful and accommodating. Gary is a star. I hope I have his name right he was working second shift on 9/30/22 and went out of his way to help us. Shining star and future GM material for sure. Getting the covered area by the beach is challenging and the free options are gone far too fast. They also have no 24 hour amenities so if you don’t get your waters and sodas and any sundries or bathroom items by the time the gift shops close, which is way too early, you are out of luck unless you are willing to leave the property. All that said, the views are amazing and location is very convenient. Just beautiful and clean. One last thing… no valet parking. A few missing items keep this from being 5 stars

We LOVE this place (2nd time here). I am a Marriott Ambassador/Diamond member. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. The property is clean. We love the adult pool for quiet relaxing days soaking in sun. The GM Raoul took the time to get to know us and ask about our experience. Truly everything was awesome and the location is great as you can walk to so many places for shopping and eating. We will be back!

Great resort. The service was incredible with constant attention to anything you needed or wanted. Very friendly and helpful staff. Resort was in great condition. Excellent beach location. The Palapas are a must for the beach for some shade. The restaurants were extremely good for resort quality. We would definitely recommend this compared to the other resorts we saw and discussed with travelers here.

The sea view from our balcony was stupendous and the sunsets unbeatable. Large room with comfy beds but zero decor in the room. The food was atrocious and we only ate here once. Outside it took as quite a while to find a couple of good eating places. Staff service quite mixed. Some had no smile ever others were pleasant. Would not return here.

Just got married at the Stellaris and it was beyond my expectations! My husband and I had a perfect partial view of the ocean, overlooking the pool. We were able to sit at the beach everyday. I want to give special thanks to Rika for helping us plan our wedding; everything was perfect and was the best night of my whole life. The staff was amazing, everyone from checking in, to the waiters/waitresses, to security was beyond nice and welcoming. I would HIGHLY recommend getting married/going on vacation here.

I reserved a room to celebrate my mother's birthday in Aruba. The Marriott was excellent. The Ocean View was fantastic. When I first checked in I was greeted with a complimentary liquor drink and Paula checked me in. She was friendly, welcoming, Courteous, and always had a smile. Every single Staff member deserves a round of applause. They set up the lounge chairs, chair and stack table by the sea every morning. The service on the beach by the sea was great. There isn't one bad thing to say. They are a Welcoming, Friendly, Hard working group of people and they made our stay very enjoyable.

Hotel was new, clean and in a great location. Employees were prompt, friendly and helpful. Didn't like the noisy room over the nightly karaoke, lack of perks for platinum elite members (no upgrade, no lounge, very basic breakfast), crowded beach+pool or prices for food. Might be a great hotel for some but not my family. Will stay elsewhere on the wonderful island of Aruba next time.

Not the best view of the beach from your balcony but everything else about this resort is excellent. The service is spectacular! There are stores for shopping, casino, Starbucks, and several restaurants on site. Many activities to choose from for all ages. I would recommend this resort to my friends and family.

Excellent place to stay! Staff are very kind and always greet you. The security guards are my favourite, always smiling and joking with the guests. Great lobby area to study or work and with Starbucks and Ruths Chris steakhouse there you don’t need much else. Close to the main palm beach strip if you want to see some stores or other food places.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and in general I rate this hotel a 5 out 5 and have positive things to say. The Casino is completely different story. I had posted a review on TripAdvisor regarding the Casino and the staff on September 17, 2023. Look for the review labeled "Worst casino ever !!! Stay away . Spend your casino money somewhere else" The Casino and staff made my experience a """NOT SO HAPPY ISLAND""" experience. I felt completely humiliated and completely disgusted on how I was treated in front of vacationers. The Casino had issues with how I was throwing dice at the craps table. Every way I tried throwing the dice they had issues with even though I made adjustments while playing as I kept being threatened with ejection. None of this makes sense, they have craps rules posted on the casino floor and I followed all the rules. I was treated like a criminal and under duress where I was unable to even feel comfortable and play the game. Just ashamed at how you treat customers and vacationers. I understand the Casino operates outside of the Marriot and may have a different management structure, however, the Marriott is in partnership with the Casino and is a complete reflection on the Marriott overall as an entire vacation experience. As a follow up to the Trip Advisor posting management (Claudia Rodriguez Hotel Manager) appreciated the feedback and indicated the issues would be investigated and resolved. Unfortunately, I attempted to visit the same Casino and was turned away at the door 09/18/23. The Casino Manager had decided personally for NO reason and without any recourse that I am banned from the Casino for my entire stay on the island until October 1, 2023. I proceeded to follow up with overall the hotel security director on duty at 2am and I was told that the matter will be investigated. I am in total shock, however, there are more Casinos on the island. Do avoid this place like a plague.

Excellent vacation! Located in the heart of Palm Beach and close to everything. The hotel has all of the amenities you expect and need. The Ruth Chris onsite is excellent and convenient.

Had our wedding here last year. And we still cannot thank the staff enough for making it the best week of our lives. Rika was the best wedding planner and our bartenders Jason and Jonathan were top notch and great people. Always feels like home when we stay.

If I recall, we stayed here years ago with no complaints, but our usual experience at the Stellaris is shopping, going to Starbucks, the pool bar and the indoor bar area. All of these are good choices. There's even a Ruth's Chris tucked away, where we've had some fantastic meals. Sit at the bar at night - that's where everyone is. Drink coffee in the morning and read the paper or watch Sportscenter. Sit in the pool at the bar for a while and chill. You can even get married on the beach just out from the Stellaris - I know because that's where we got married. Great choices here - definitely visit.

Check in was a joke. We didn't get all the details of our package until the next day. Margaret who was absolutely lovely helped us the following day. We wished she would have checked us in. The room on 8th floor was just ok. Nothing spectacular. Marriott are usually a little higher-end feeling but it was just a regular decent room. Nothing spectacular at all. It was our anniversary and the cleaning lady did a cute swan towel sculpture but addressed it to the wrong last name. So not even sure it was for us. The free palapas with Tradewinds pkg was ridiculous. You can't reserve for the next day you have to be up at 7am to reserve and then 4pm for next day. A rather annoying system. The grounds are nice. The Hyatt looked much better. The food was ok. All employees greeted you. I just expected more from a Marriott. Oh a no free shuttle from airport. Perhaps that's not a thing in Aruba. The Beach is lovely and shallow for quite a ways out. The water is warm. We had a good time.

Would not recommend. Currently here on a 4 night trip. Had I known the rooms were not soundproof and they allow karaoke in the main lobby until 10pm+ I would have just stayed at the Renaissance. If you’re expecting a relaxing vacation, look elsewhere. Update 1: Since review they have relocated me to a quieter room. We shall see later on tonight and will update accordingly.

We decided to stay here instead of the Ritz Carlton and that was a very good idea. When you check in around 4PM, they welcome you with treats and drinks. The pool is larger here and they have an adult only pool. Just wish the pools were heated on certain days. They also have more restaurants to choose from and the vibe is a lot better. Candle night dinner by the pool was awesome. The rooms are nice and they give you Dove chocolates at night. Some rooms have nice views some do not. I hope they will consider adding the CBS station to the TV line up. The Georgia vs. Alabama game was on and we could not watch the game in the rooms so everyone had to go downstairs in the lobby. The casino is nice if you want to gamble. You can walk to/from all the beaches. We walked from the hotel to the pier. Remember to take cash because the taxi drivers only accept cash. A ride from the airport is $31. There is no Uber or Lyft. I would suggest taking the large city bus (which is nice and clean) for $2.60. You can catch the bus to Oranjestad and get a $10 pass to ride the bus all day. We found out about the bus on our own on the last day we were there unfortunately. The hotel only promotes bus tours. I would recommend going on your personal tour using a taxi for $50 an hour. They will take you where you want to go and wait for you. Lots of Americans visiting Aruba and lots of elderly adults there just enjoying themselves to the fullest.

We celebrated our honeymoon at the Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino in November 2023. My husband and I had a wonderful trip and would consider staying here again. Our waiter, Alexis at the Mercat Restaurant was one of the best parts of the trip- so kind, attentive, and made us feel special. He should really be given a raise at how hard he works there every single day! The family pool was beautiful, however the DJ that played there was a nice touch, but the music was often super loud and played some of the same songs each day. The adult pool was quieter, but often a little too warm in the middle of the day. The beach was beautiful! The palapas were really nice, but a little difficult to reserve - one day the site was down and we weren't able to do it. The location of the hotel was great for us, since it was towards the end of the touristy area which made it feel a bit more private even though there were a lot of people at the resort. I will say I wished the hotel room was nicer, but we didn't spend a lot of time there. We were upgraded to a room a step below a suite, however I felt like the room could have been decorated a bit better. Also, like other reviews say the walls are very thin. One night I could hear one of our neighbors vomiting and arguing which kept me up. I do feel like the resort had a lot to offer and was a whole lot nicer than the other two Marriott hotels next door to it.

This hotel is overpriced and NOT family friendly. The food is terrible and there aren’t kid menus at the restaurants. There is no entertainment. No booklet or anything giving a basic overview of the hotel so you constantly have to ask questions about things such as how to rent a chair by the pool, or beach. Rooms are unimpressive and outdated. Stains in the sinks and toilet. Toilet seemed to not be clean when we arrived. There were broken chairs outside. We even found a broken lights on the ground. Cigarette butts all over the place in lounge areas outside. We booked a king and sofa bed for 3 people. There were no linens for the sofa bed and we had to call for them. The sofa bed is terrible and sagging. The mini fridge appears to be an after thought in the middle of the room and doesn’t really function as a fridge. We were told it’s a cool box rather than a fridge… whatever that means. Bed linens and towels are basic, I’ve had better at less expensive hotels such as holiday inn. No microwave in the room, which I knew and was originally ok with. But, considering the food at the resort is terrible, a microwave would be helpful. When we arrived, my partner (a male) was offered the welcome drink but I was ignored. My partner tended to be greeted by hotel staff when entering, but they ignored me (a woman). Our hotel keys have stopped working every day that we are here, and we have to get new ones. Even the mobile key stopped working. The only good thing about this overpriced resort is that the shower is nice and hot. Terrible food. “Family friendly” resort that lacks kids menus at the restaurants. Construction by our room that I was not made aware of when booking or checking in. This woke us up early and also led to us not being able to sit on our partial ocean view balcony because of the noise. I booked this hotel specifically for the balcony and lack of construction. Two other hotels I looked at had construction notices so I skipped those. Should have stayed there instead. Lack of parking and management did not really care when we complained about this. We ended our trip early because this resort was so disappointing. All the good reviews for this resort must come from people who have never stayed at a nice hotel.

Absolutely stunning facility. Food was delicious and the dinner on the beach made for such great memories. Sunsets are amazing and the staff was always friendly and helpful including when we left our room key locked in our room. We are already anticipating booking another trip.

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are lovely. The bathrooms and closet space are impressive. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast at La Vista Restaurant. The dinner is good, too. Be aware that they add a 15% service charge to breakfast, 18% to dinner, and 20% at the spa. The service charge does not include the gratuity. There are designated times to sign up for a palapa. Be prepared to spend $30/day for one, because there are not a lot of free ones. The spa is located next door in the Marriott Ocean Club. It's an easy walk. There are 2 pools. One is adults only. The pools are only 3 feet deep. I wish they had deeper sections. Still, it's a wonderful hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

One Happy Resort on One Happy Island. Beautiful grounds, pristine beach and very good dining options. The Lobby turns into a great meeting place by night with Live Music and a very energetic vibe. Sushi Bar in Lobby should not be missed as it is like a main hub of activity. Great sushi options and well mixed drinks. Try the kimchi wings. Pool area is beautifully manicured. Swim up bar as well. Rooms comfortable with great views of pool and beach. Very friendly staff. Definitely a destination we will return to. It checked all the boxes for a great vacation.

Perfect experience at this hotel! We had an ocean view near the pool. The location is a prime spot on Palm Beach. It was easy access to everything we wanted. We got to know the staff a bit through their friendly service. Momma J at the lobby bar was our favorite person at the hotel - very nice, funny, helpful, and made perfect drinks! We will be return customers.

We had the most amazing vacation ever! It was our first time ever in Aruba. The hotel, the staff, the facilities, the food... dinner on the beach... just everything was 5 stars. We paid the upcharge to have Tradewinds Club access.. and could not have been more impressed with their amazing breakfast everyday... open bar 6-9pm.... and so much more. We have already decided we will book this exact same vacation again next year! We compared this hotel to the Ritz next door and researched for months trying to make our decision. Nothing bad to say about the Ritz... but after this experience, we will stay at the Marriott Stellaris every time we come to Aruba! Thank you Aruba Marriott Stellaris Team for an unforgettable vacation that surpassed every expectation. We even won a little money in the casino! :)

We stayed in the Trade Winds and had an excellent experience. The staff here is exceptional and go out of their way to accommodate. Maribel is the best house keeper we’ve ever encountered, and Zyron at the Trade Winds suite was extremely kind to us. Would recommend staying at the Trade Winds (all inclusive except for dinner), as the prices in Aruba are similar to those in NYC. Our only complaint is that some guests reserve chairs at the pool early in the morning and do not utilize them throughout the day, which makes it very difficult to find chairs. In the week that we stayed here, we were only able to get seating at the adult pool once.

This is a hotel worth its five stars. First class everything. We stayed there earluer but this time we went just fir the brunch. The best on the island; very good variety, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you Marriott staff

My trip to Aruba and staying at the Marriott was absolutely Amazing!! Special thanks to Jennyfer from concierge who made my trip even more fantastic. She is a wealth of information, helped ensure we had everything we needed and enjoy the best of the island, all with a smile on her face. I will be back!!

We had a great time at this Marriott. The staff were gracious, professional and friendly. We needed WiFi to work and there was some issue they quickly resolved. There is a small casino and jewlery shop located inside the hotel. The view from our room was beautiful and you could hear the waves lapping against the shore. Relaxing around the pool with the iguanas was very entertaining.

My husband and I planned our wedding with the resort and got married 2/25/22. We cannot say enough good things about the entire process! I never thought planning a wedding could be so easy. Our wedding planner Ivelisse Simon was amazing, attentive and made the process super simple for us. Our guests raved about the food/drinks for days! We took a chance having a destination wedding and are very pleased that the process was “authentically us.” Thank you all so much!

Amazing staff and a wonderful opportunity to relax. We had dinner at all the resorts restaurants and they were amazing. Definitely recommend the beach front dining experience. Highly recommend this property

Great hotel. We stayed in the trade winds section. Highly recommend it. Well worth the extra cost. Loved the bar and entertainment. Great shushi and drinks. Ask for the elite martini. Not on the menu but the bartenders know how to make it. Also get the smoke bourbon. Best bourbon drink I've had. The beach is great as is the trade winds private area. Herminia and Sylvia were great.

Amazing! Everything from the room to the pool to the beach was beautiful. The best thing though was our pool waitress Jasmin. She was incredible. Had the biggest smile and most positive attitude every day. Give her a raise!!

My wife and I brought my son in March for a few days during spring break. We had a great time. The food options were excellent on-site. We ate at the Ruths Chris Steakhouse and everything was perfect. The breakfasts were also very good. I did like being able to walk to other hotels to try their restaurants. The beach was nice - not the best. Of course, the constant breeze kept the hot days bearable.

Beautiful rooms, great service, prices were on point with the quality. This beautiful resort has great on site restaurants, kid friendly pool, adult pool, spa, casino, amazing beach (with bar and food service out at your Palapas!!!). It's a wow, when I go back to Aruba, I will book here again! The only slight improvement I could find is to offer a shuttle to the airport.

Just came back from my trip and had an amazing time. The beach is literally second away from the hotel, The pools are nice as well. Only downside is a few of the staff members prefer to help a certain race and ignore the others, I did experience this a few times when trying to order food or ask specific things about the hotel; but I did not let that ruin my trip. Also the food on the property is very expensive but there are a few bar and grills in walking distance that have amazing food and good vibes. I really enjoyed this hotel, it’s very beautiful the airport is about 25 minutes away, they have water activities right on the beach, there are other hotels in walking distance on the beach that have restaurants that you can eat at as well. All in all I recommend this resort other than the few bumps in the road that I encountered it was 10/10.
