Host did not communicate that you can not put toiletpaper in the toilet and on the firat night there was a plumbing issue we could not get the toilet uncloged and had to move to another room in the morning. However they also said we were lound and becaise the water from the toilet was all over the livingroom we had to b outside of the room at 12 at night. At that point the staff that was helping us had decided to join us in our party on the balcony too. He did not say we were too lound he did not say we had to keep it down. We have videos of him dancing with us. Once we got the warning of noise and were told about the "no toiletpaper in the toilet there were no issues. However we got charged $150 for the noise because they had to "pay the lady who complained the 150$. They do not even have a sign in the washroom warning of the toiletpaper in the washroom. Honestly all the employee had to do was tell us to keep it down but if our room is flooded there really nowhere we can go. We were 6 girls who had to use our own towels to mop up the floors b4 the staff came in. Never would i stay here again and never would i tell anyone else about it. They do whatever they can to keep your security deposit. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!

Wonderful front desk service. Nice rooms, need some updating, but not to the comfy bed. Clean pool area, however hot tube does not work. Could use laundry facilities. Still would recommend highly.

Del Rey was 10/10 GREAT! A quick walk to the beach and into the town of Palm Beach (15-20 minutes) or a $9 cab if you’d like to drive. Staff is friendly and eager to help. The office offers free beach chair vouchers so don’t worry about renting. Fully furnished kitchen to cook meals. An amazing deal for such an affordable price, would absolutely recommend.

Stayed twice at Del Rey! No complaints, nice, quiet, clean, secure and staff is friendly. We rent vehicle when we are down in Aruba (we drive everywhere) not to mention that staying at the hotels I find it noisy, doors banging etc. (If I can't hear my neighbors at home, I certainly wouldn't pay to hear them on my vacation 😋). Great option for families with young kids. This is where I would stay...

Nice, clean, quite, affordable apartments. The bed is hard and furnishings a bit dated but not uncomfortable. We didn't want to spend a fortune staying on the beach so we chose Del Rey located in a neighborhood in Noord about a 5-10 min drive from Palm Beach. We were thoroughly pleased with our unit, the staff, & peace & quite. The office staff was very accommodating providing extra pillows, directions, & reservations. I would definitely rent again!

Good location, friendly staff, close to beaches and shopping.

A big surprise - clean, quiet, modern and only a 10min walk to the high-rise hotel area. Supermarket just around the corner, staff just as friendly as you'd imagine & want. Ask for a ground floor apartment for direct access to the nice pool area.

Good base for your holiday in Aruba for moderate cost. Pretty quiet and non crowded poolside. Rent a car, or bike or something and explore the whole island.

It was very nice, they deserve a better location but still very close to everything but you need a car. For Aruba allot for not allot of money. And receptioniste was so helpfull and respectfull.
