Our tour guide was great with all our questions. I suggest no Monday if you're going to hit both museums and have a bite. It was about a 45 minute ride on public transportation. Safe but close ride with locals in the minivan. The full size bus costs a little more but there's more room. Very nice that there's a lift for those that need one to see the 2nd floor. Clean bathrooms and there's air conditioning in two areas.

It collect everything about Aruba's culture, and specially San Nicolas area, it has a lot of interesting things to show you some local history among the years, the guide should go deeper on some information from certain years.

Nice place sharing our heritage culture. Visit San Nicolas. It's worth it to be at the culture city. This place is historical on itself and now has been renovated and converted in a total 2 story museum. You can get to know more of the history of the place and have a close look at all the antique items that are still conservated. Really recommended.

The artwork is amazing but the town has a little bit of an off vibe to it. Didn't feel the safest walking around as a solo female. Even though my friends were at a nearby beach, I didn't explore more until I was with them.

Very interesting museum! We went there just for quick look because of our bus. After a very interesting talk with man, who works there, we told that we're from Germany, he took us for a quick look at the original Braunschweig piano. He told us a lot of facts about Aruba we didn't know at all before. Thanks for the talk with you! Mashi Danki from your german visitors!:-)

This map's site indication is incorrect. The museum is actually situated more than a block away to the west.

(Translated by Google) San Nicolas is really impoverished, many shops and buildings abandoned. Probably because of the closure of refineries. (Original) San Nicolas c'est vraiment appauvri, beaucoup de commerces et bâtisses à l'abandon. Probablement à cause de la fermeture des raffineries.

(Translated by Google) Small museum but with a guide who enthusiastically tells about the past of St Nicolaas / Aruba. Costs 2.50 Florin per person so definitely look for that money. (Original) Klein museum maar met een gids die heel enthousiast over het verleden van St Nicolaas/Aruba verteld. Kosten 2,50 Florin per persoon dus voor dat geld zeker gaan kijken.

This is a great local museum. One of the best I've been to! $us5 pp. It's a guided tour. Small museum, but it's all about the oral history that the guide provides. It was so interesting, and the guide encouraged questions and gave us so much info. It was great fun!! Highly recommended!

Great Service. Friendly faces. We throughly enjoyed the club sandwiches. The fact that they referred transportation back to our hotel was a plus in itself. Thank you Nicholas Store..."Ayshilayne & Hylton."
