Purchase a beautiful ring there but it appraised in US for less than I paid for it.

Today we visit the store and Jairo let us took our time to decide which watch I wanted, he did not has the watch available, he went and got it for me from another store, that's service and commitment , thanks to his help and dedication today I'm a proud owner of an Omega Seamaster Blue, the main reason I recommend Little Switzerland is because none of the employees pushes you to make a purchase they only guide and teach you the ABC's of jewelry, thanks Jairo

Just arrived 7 minutes before closing and they were closed. Said sorry. Bad decision........

Be aware, when you are buying, they claim they have life time guarantee. But when your US$2.000 piece starts losing its gold color, you realize they sold you an after bath piece, and they can't do anything to fix it.

Great store and bought 2 watches there. Very competent sales help.

Joan Ann & Minerva were wonderful women to work with. Joan Ann took the time to get to know my husband and I & to get a feel for what I liked in watches. She made thoughtful suggestions in different brands and styles. Minerva assisted when we moved into the Omega as that was her specialty. They worked together well & allowed us to take our time in making our decision. I would highly suggest this store location for not only their selection but also for the knowledgeable staff.

I bought my first watch (R. Weill) here 10 years ago) still very satisfied with it. Now and than I pass by, perhaps for my second watch:-) 5 stars for these people.

After visiting several different watch/jewelry locations it was clear that little Switzerland was a step above the rest. This is the place to go if you’re looking for the best prices and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I bought a pair of diamond and yellow gold earrings that after months started to peel off. At the sale they said the warranty was infinite, and today I managed to return to Aruba and they said that as years went by there was nothing to be done and suggested that perfume could have caused the damage. Wasn't the warranty for life? And perfume melts gold??? An absurdity of argument and they offered no solution!!! Don't buy from this store if you don't want to be disappointed.

Astounding selection of watch brands and models. May be the largest selection of designer jewelry on the island. They seem to not have lots of "custom" designs and/or loose stones.

Great selection of watches and friendly and helpful staff. Jasna was great to deal with and went above and beyond to help us with our watch purchase.
