They sold me moissanite ring saying its natural diamond, now back home that ring worth nothing. Humble request please dont buy from them.

For years I have been searching everywhere for the perfect (to me) sapphire and diamond ring. Luckily, I found it at the Gemani Jewelers in the Marriott Resort in Aruba. Nash and Raj were very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and they were very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, by the time I decided to buy the ring, I was scheduled to fly home and there wasn’t enough time to get it sized. Nash went out of his way to arrange for the financing, and to get the ring sized and shipped to me back home in Boston. I am beyond thrilled with both the ring and the customer service. This was my first purchase with Gemani, but it will not be my last.

This is a fabulous jewelry store in Aruba with friendly staff, great prices and selection. This is our " Go to" jewelery store when we visit! Love, love, love the place!

I was recently in Aruba and purchased a yellow diamond ring, bracelet, earrings, and pendant. The Pendant and earrings needed to be sent to me in the US. Varsha the owner and David the manager did an amazing job to expedite the jewelry to our home in Fl on a timely basis. My wife and I have been regulars at Gemani. Dealing with them is always a pleasure. Varsha and Denish go above and beyond. This is a must stop place. We always go to the Oranjestad location, however others are equally as good.

Where to begin! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and we made it our business to come to Gemani for Mikimoto pearls and we left with so much more, including a wonderful friendship with our sales associate. Lucky is the BEST sales associate, hands down. His knowledge in pearls, high end pieces, diamonds and gold is unmatched. My husband and I will be back to Aruba and definitely make a point to visit Lucky for our future purchases.

Wonderful place to find that special piece of jewelry to take home with you. The staff is amazing and very helpful. You won't be disappointed.

Update - we visited again today (April 2023). Another brilliant experience. If on the island and thinking of jewelry - check them out!! We had an incredible experience here today (July 2021). We worked directly with Varsha - one of the owners. We identified the perfect gem for us, a Bright Green emerald that was set in a pendant setting. We had the jeweler on site turn it into a ring. It came out absolutely brilliantly. Such an exquisite piece. Varsha was incredibly helpful and provided us with a very competitive price for the high quality item we received. The service overall was as good as if not better than I have ever experienced - having bought jewelry all over the world - and I personally know a couple of jewelers!! 1st trip to Aruba with my wife and wanted to visit a few of the jewelry stores in downtown Oranjestad. We stopped in Gemani Jewelers and was impressed with their selection not to mention they own several other luxury brand stores next door, one inside the Marriot resort and including New York City. My wife has been looking for a new diamond ring for months, while she was browsing and trying on different rings and bracelets, I did some research online from previous customers but was impressed by repeated travelers from other countries flying in or from cruise ships stopping by to see what new designs they had. The staff and owners were very friendly especially Varsha was very accommodating and knowledgeable as well. I will say my wife was more then delighted to find what she has been looking for and to top it off she also got a new diamond bracelet and additional rings. As this was all happening I decided to visit one of their BREITLING boutique store next door and came away a happy customer as well. We did splurge and know we bought something we will cherish for many years to come. Love the fact if we have any issues we can fly into New York from the Midwest and they would be willing to accommodate us. Great job Varsha and the people at BREITLING as well.

I had an amazing experience! I bought my girlfriend (now fiance 😉) her engagement ring here. Not only were we treated like family, I come home to find out the ring is appraised at much more than it was purchased for! She gets compliments on it ALL THE TIME! We love it! haha <3

Everytime we are in Aruba which is not often, we always go to Gemani Jewelers. My husband usually buys me a piece of jewelry from there. We have had excellent service always. The jewelry is beautiful and when we return to the US our jeweler complements the jewelry. The customer service is outstanding and so are the sales people. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary in Aruba, 7 years ago. We went to Gemani Jewelers to look around. My husband surprised me and bought me the most beautiful and appropriate ruby and diamond pendant there. It was oblong, with 4 rubies each set separately with diamond pieces around it in white gold. A few weeks before Thanksgiving I lost the pendant. I have been physically sick, can't eat or sleep. It had so much sentimental value to me. My husband picked it out because ruby is the Anniversary stone for 40 years and the 4 rubies represented each 10 years we had been married. He looked at jewelers in the area and no one has a piece like it. He wanted to replace it as my Christmas gift. No luck! But what a wonderful husband of 47 years l have been blessed with. He had our jeweler make me a pendant but it is nothing like the one he bought me at Gemani Jewelers. Gemani Jewelers has one of a kind jewelry. It's top of the line and they do not try to take advantage of you. As with any jewelry store they have to make a living like everyone else. But if you are a good respectful customer they will be the same to you. As jewelry, autos and clothing are the highest mark up industries. The sales people and customer service at Gemani Jewelers will give you a great deal. Unfortunately, we can't get to Aruba or a Miami store to see if there is a replacement. The past 7 years after our trip to Aruba, I have had 6 spine surgeries at Duke Hospital. I am recovering after 3 weeks ago having neck surgery at again Duke. When my husband and I said our vows we took them seriously. He literally has taken care of me along with chores, grocery shopping and making sure I have something to eat while he is at work. After one of the surgeries I had serious complications which resulted in me having a rare nerve disorder RSD/CRPS. It is painful all the time but that's ok our faith in God has taken care of both of us. I have not been able to drive since the disorder 7 years ago. I can honestly tell you to go to Gemani Jewelers in Aruba, be courteous and respectful and you will receive the same treatment. You will love the jewelry selection they have. The WORST company to deal with. I waited over 6 weeks (which was fine) for my Chopard diamond pendant. I was also promised an appraisal for my insurance company which never came. I wore the pendant for 2 hours and the clasp opened and the pendant fell off and was lost. I was devastated as I was sold a defective item and now it was gone. I tried working with J.D. who appeared to help at first and then sent me rude disrespectful emails. I was referred to Miami Chopard and they were not helpful either and refused to replace the pendant after they sold me a defective chain/clasp. BEWARE of this company!!
