For the adventurers. Cave pool is near the Gold mine, off to the right a couple hundred yards. If you don't see anyone parked by it, all you will see is part of a ladder sticking above the rocks. Suggest you wear water shoes. You will have to traverse rough rock until you see the pool. There is a spot to jump in off a rock about 6' high. The pool is at least 6' deep. Check for a rope to get out right where you jumped in. If you don't see it, just swim around. The best time to visit is early mornings before the tours start coming through.

During our recent visit to Aruba, we had the pleasure of discovering Cave Pool Aruba, and it quickly became the highlight of our trip. Tucked away amidst the rugged coastline, this hidden gem offers a unique and unforgettable experience unlike any other on the island. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the stunning natural beauty of the cave and its crystal-clear pool, framed by rugged rock formations. The tranquil atmosphere immediately drew us in, providing a sense of serenity and seclusion away from the bustling tourist areas. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the opportunity to swim in the cave pool. The water was refreshingly cool and inviting, offering a welcome respite from the warm Caribbean sun. As we floated in the calm waters, surrounded by the natural wonders of the cave, we couldn't help but feel a profound sense of awe and appreciation for this hidden oasis. In addition to swimming, Cave Pool Aruba also provides ample opportunities for exploration and photography. We enjoyed wandering around the cave, marveling at its unique geological features and snapping photos of the breathtaking scenery. One of the things that impressed us most about Cave Pool Aruba was its untouched and pristine environment. Despite its popularity among visitors, the cave retains an air of natural beauty and authenticity, making it a truly special place to visit. Overall, our experience at Cave Pool Aruba exceeded all expectations and left us with memories that will last a lifetime. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, adventure seeker, or simply looking for a peaceful retreat, this hidden gem is not to be missed during your visit to Aruba. **Tips for Visitors:** - Wear sturdy water shoes for navigating the rocky terrain. - Bring plenty of water and snacks, as there are no facilities nearby. - Respect the natural environment and leave no trace behind.

A nice enclave to take a dip into calm water away for the rocky shores. Water is about 5 feet deep, so not too bad. It is only accessible thru a wooden ladder It is a chore to walk through as the ground is steep and consisted of jagged rock. Wear some shoes as they are very abrasive. Because of this it does get crowded due to also being a stop for many tours on the island.

Not for individuals who have difficulty walking. We timed our trip rather well. Most of the tours were leaving. About 2:30 pm during the week. There is a steep, wooden ladder you need to navigate to get to the rocks. Then you have to walk, climb the rocky topography which is uneven, sharp and slippery. You MUST wear some kind of water shoe. Once you get there (about 50 feet from the ladder) and jump into the pool, you’ll be glad you did. There are two ways to exit the pool. A wooden platform and a rope. I used the rope. You will need to be able to pull yourself up on the wet rocks. Don’t chicken out. I’m 61 and did it!

Small but really cute! Cute blue fish! It’s wild how weird colored the stones and pool seem to be. The way they look in photos is the same as it does in person. Eerie yet intriguing. It would be nice to see some photos of direct sunlight entering in the pool. It’s in such shaded placement I think you’d have to get there early.

If you go to the natural bridge dont miss the cave pool. It has a stair to go down the rocks and then walk to the cave pool. You need water shoes.

Just wowww! This is surely my top favorite activity in Aruba. It is fully surrounded by rugged rocks and waves. Also there is a ladder provided to get down to the cave. It's like a super adventurous fun thing. The best part is you can swim in the water. People were also jumping in water. Wear sturdy shoes or Crocs, as it's slippery. Keep water and snacks with you to have after swimming.

If you go with a tour you will have about 15 min here. If you go on your own you need a utv to get out here and it's a steep climb on a wooden ladder. Its a sharp, rocky climb .... I mean Aruba is a vital reef island so no surprise there! It's a nice spot, be ready to slip and slide and walk on rocky/sharp edges.... worth it? Depends... one is enough.

Caribbean sea // Atlantic ocean. It does not matter. Natural Beauty everywhere... The haze between Both escenery will always get me thinking about it ... Shoes are required to get into the pool, you might hurt your feet, the rough texture of the Access to the cave can hurt you. But, getting your shoes wet it's totally worth it. #ArubaOneHappyIsland

So much fun to jump in this cave pool.. I was not sure at first because we saw it from below and it looked small but it's plenty big and safe to just jump in! Easiest access is with a 4x4 or UTV

This place is so amazing. My wife and I showed up just before some of the tours came by and there were only a few people there. I would definitely recommend water shoes since that made walking on the rocks much easier. Very beautiful and the jump in was awesome!

Great experience. The natural pool is amazingly beautiful and refreshing. Go before 10am to avoid the crowds. I posted 2 videos before anyone was in the pool. Any rental car will easily make it there. Wear water shoes, the rocks are sharp.

If your even just a little adventurous, don’t miss this! You don’t need a jeep or ATV to get there. We drove a sedan with no problem. I highly recommend some type of swim shoes! You will be climbing down a ladder and then coral to get to this beautiful pool

Had so much fun! Oh my goodness, if you’re tall be careful with jumping into the cave. Also the rocks are super uneven, from the ladder to the jumping spot. My suggestion is if you can keep your shoes on and jump into the cave with them on. Or hold them in your hand.

Beautiful area to swim and snorkel but a little tricky to get to. Have to climb down a ladder but its sturdy. The rocks are rough and wet from the waves crashing in so need good grippy shoes. There's a lot of crabs around and we saw several fish and a lobster snorkeling in here. The waters very clear. You have to jump off a rock into it, 6-8 ft deep and theres a rope to climb back out.

(Translated by Google) You walk down a steep wooden staircase. While walking backwards on a rocky path. You have to be careful that the waves of the sea do not hit you over the rocks. Then you arrive at the natural pool. Great to see but watch out that you are not drawn by the current in the sea at the end.

The water was nice, a little work to get to so make sure you have on swim shoes for easier access than flip flops. It was a quick dip just to say I did it. A little crowded but there are guides there to try and keep people moving and safety.

I rented a car that wasn't rated to go to the more famous natural pool but was completely surprised to find out about this one and can't imagine the other one being any better. It's just down from the mine ruins and you just take a ladder down to it. The best part is it had a little cliff jump you can do into it. Don't miss this stop.

Such a cool spot in Aruba! Surrounded by rocks and crazy waves. You can go down the stairs and swim in the cabe pool too (one if my favorite activities while I was in Aruba). I would not recommend going down if you’re not wearing good shoes as it can get very slippery.

  • 5/5 Ashley D. 1 year ago on Google
Quick but worthy cave pool to check out. You can access it without 4x4. We would recommend wearing shoes because the rocks are very sharp and there are lots of crabs. The water is only about five feet deep. Be careful on the ocean hitting the rocks on the other side.

Such a wonderful hidden spot Highly recommend water shoes for the climb down and to climb on the rocks to jump Be careful climbing when the waves come up but its so worth the effort just follow the wooden ladder down

  • 5/5 Sergei P. 1 year ago on Google
Awesome gem to see! You gotta be careful, but it is worth the effort. We took our kids there and they were amazed. We swam in the pool for a few hours. It was great! You do not need any tours to get there. Can do it on your own.

Highly recommended hidden gem, must try this place, there is a wooden ladder lead the way down, it looks a bit scary at the beginning, but it is safe if you are careful. Take your goggle with you and ware water shoe, some stones are sharp.

Beautiful scenic place, wear good pair of sneakers the rocks get wet and slippery, you may get splashed by a wave. If you jump into the pool you'll see little crabs crawling around the rocks

  • 5/5 Jordan G. 1 year ago on Google
Hidden gem definitely, recommend going there on a tour unless if you’re adept with wet rock climbing

  • 5/5 Dan B. 1 year ago on Google
Beautiful, fun, and terrifying! If you have the guts to go down the ladder the cave pool is a different world. Recommend it but be careful! I took my shoes off to walk in the cave pool and went back up the ladder barefoot. Not a good idea... the ladder is perfectly safe but slippery without shoes. Got to go down there though!!!

This is not for the light hearted. The descent to the jagged rocks from the cliff is about 8 feet but it is wooden steps. You definitely need well made water shoes that will grip wet wood and have enough layers to absorb the jagged rocks waiting below. After slowly and carefully walking about 10 yards of the rock with the waves splashing in front on me, I finally reached a small area to dive into the waters below. It is about a 20 feet but well worth the it The water is deep enough to absorb my jump. It is a trilling experience most should enjoy!

I happened to see a YouTube video by Hyro (Let's go with Hyro) last night showing this cave pool. We went at 745am and were the only ones there! It was low tide, but there were still a few waves that splashed over the rocks into the pool. There is a vertical ladder down, then a short walk on rocks to the 2 pools. You can jump into the bigger pool, but it was only about 5-6 feet deep (again, lower tide). Also, there were a LOT of little crabs all over the rocks! Be sure to wear shoes with a good sole, as the rocks are sharp. Overall, it was pretty cool!

  • 5/5 Grace V. 2 years ago on Google
Very cool! Careful of waves crashing over the rocks. We had a friend get hit by one and tumble down into the water and get beat up pretty bad by the sharp rocks. Otherwise it’s awesome!

(Translated by Google) It was crowded and you had to climb down a wooden staircase. Therefore we have remained over. It is located next to the gold mine ruin, so you're still in the area when you visit this area. Update, day two again visited. Down and went to the natural pool. This natural pool is smaller than the well-known (Conchi), but we think this natural pool is much nicer!

This is another place that you must visit if you go to Aruba. Love this spot. It is a magic place. You need to go down a wood ladder and climb some rocks. Bring water shoes, this will help you walk and climb the rocks better. The place is accessible by car and it is a nice trip to the north of the island.

Skip the long bumpy ride to the natural pool. The new small natural pool is beautiful and hidden. It can't support a lot of people at once so go on a day when there are no cruise ships, which makes the back side more peaceful and enjoyable in general

One of my favorite spots on the island for sure! You climb down this wooden ladder to access the pool beneath the cliffs. I didn't wear shoes but recommend it to those who don't go barefoot often or aren't from Florida. You'll see plenty of crabs too!

  • 5/5 Brian Y. 3 years ago on Google

  • 5/5 Team R. 4 years ago on Google
Very glad we got to visit this pool. Although the bigger "natural pool" requires an off road vehicle (so we didn't visit it) this was an excellent choice. The number 1 recommendation I have is to wear footwear, whether it's sneakers or water shoes, the rocks you must walk across are coral and/or volcanic rock.... Very Sharp! The jump into the pool isn't terribly high, but enough to be fun. Not sure if it was high or low tide at the time, but it was just about 6' deep when we visited. Would definitely like to visit here again!

Wear sneakers here these rocks are sharp!! You have to take that ladder down and trek over those sharp rocks where you’re encouraged to jump a short height to get to the small pool. After you jump in about 7 feet or more of water it gets shallower the further in where you can swim around the pink rocks, you’ll see in someone else’s photo, to climb out. Caution as there is a heavy current! Fun! But only for the agile and good swimmer!

Fun place to explore. You have to climb down some pretty steep stairs, and then walk across some sharp rocks to get there. You should be smarter than I was and NOT go bare foot. There is a nice ledge to jump from into the water, some nice creatures to see if you bring goggles, we even saw a small squid 🦑.
