Wasn’t a very good experience. Thought we were booked with another company, was then switched to this one. Our utv broke down. It was acting up, over heating and slipping in and out of gear. Sat for 20 minutes to let it cool down while the rest of my party had no idea what was going on. Drove back another 20 minutes to the hotel to call them to come get the utv returned. I was refunded and I had asked about any compensation for lost time (like to find another rental company) since we did not trust their company any longer. I could say a lot more about this bad experience however I’m going to keep it civil. This company already put me on the “Aruba Tour Operators “do not rent,” list”. Go to George’s for better customer service and equipment.

My Girlfriend and I rented a Jeep Gladiator for a week during our stay on Aruba, was definitely the best thing we did, we got to see the entire island and all the secret spots 😄 The Gladiator was also perfect to lay in the back and watch the sunsets/sunrises (see my picture) Real Deal was very easy to communicate with! would definitely rent a car here in the future again. Rented 3 UTV’s two of them had mechanical issues. Read reviews before you rent from them not worth it unreliable equipment. Not worth the money or the stress.

We rented three off road vehicles from this company today. Not only did they give us an exceptional deal for the quantity of machines rented but impeccable service. The owners went above and beyond helping us navigate our way around the island with a map and an app we downloaded on our phones. We were a little late getting back to the resort which they gave us no trouble for - easiest, best experience ever! I would highly recommend this company!

I would definitely recommend this company! My family and I rented an ATV recently and everyone from real deal was helpful and accommodating from the beginning. They delivered the ATV to our hotel and picked it up after. If you’re considering taking an ATV tour, I’d reconsider it. We were able to travel at our own speed and dictate how much time we wanted to spend at each spot all due to their recommendations.

Ok, these guys are great! Took a 4 passenger UTV from them and went off road with my 2 kids. We sunk the UTV in the mud. Had no choice but to contact Real Deal to rescue me. The owner and his wife and another employee personally came out and spent 2 to 3 hours with me in the mud to get the UTV out. They were the nicest people and very helpful and did not even get mad! They jumped rite into the mud with me and helped me. I never write reviews for anyone but they really earned this one. The owners wife took my mud covered sandles with her and washed them and brought them back to me at the Marriott. Who does that? She is amazing! I have never seen this level of service or care for customers anywhere! REAL DEAL has the best customer service because the owners care about their customers. Thank you guys for the mud rescue. Your good attitudes and understanding was very appreciated. I would recommend anyone going to Aruba to rent from Real Deal. Rent here they have the best rates on the island for ATV's. I recently rented two ATV's for 8 hours and the price was great. Also if you pay cash you will avoid a 6% fee. I was treated well from the first contact and they picked the ATV's up from my rental house once the day was over. I will recommend Real Deal to anyone in Aruba. I will rent from them again.

I was referred to Real deal from our Host at our BNB. This Co had a competitive rate as well they picked us up at our place in Bakval Noord AND took us to the airport the day we left without any additional charge. They want your business and will work for it.

Scamming company! We rented a utv (off-road buggy) there, the told us try not to make it too wet while it was raining. You rent these buggy’s to drive off-road what they are made for, not to drive on the road. When we came back it was dirty like you would expect. The woman on the counter said she needed to charge us an extra $150, keeping in mind it’s already expensive (4 ours $240). We ended up giving her $20 cash so we were done with it. When we walked outside the office the man outside had already cleaned the in and outside with a power washer, so much for keeping it dry. You should be ashamed scamming people/tourists like That!!

We rented their 12 passenger van. It is the same van featured on their website. Great vehicle. More important the service, drop off, pick up and phone communication was excellent. AND very reasonable price. Will use Real Deal again. Highly recommend.

He was honest and gave me the best price for the jeep and when I needed to turn it in for a smaller car, he drove the new car with the new contract over to my air b n b and we made the exchange. Working with this company made my visit quite a pleasurable experience. At the last minute, my husband and I decided to venture to the opposite end of the island than we were staying. Arun was very kind and professional and went the extra mile to make himself available at the concierge desk at my hotel very early in the morning, quickly processed my rental and right after breakfast, we were off to experience the beauty of the island. There was a slight hiccup with our rental, no fault to the company at all as things will happen, however Arun quickly met us while we were enjoying lunch at Zeerover and resolved the issue to reduce further impact to the reservation. I absolutely recommend this company and if I visit again, Real Deal will be the company that I chose for my vacation rental car needs.

Have used Real Deal car rental for the last two years to Aruba. They are the Real Deal!! They come through every time. Pick us from the airport is fast and so is drop off. Arun picked us up and dropped us off this time and gave GREAT recommendations for dinner!! Great experience will continue to use.

Real Deal brought our UTV 1 day in advance to our BNB. The guy who brought it explained everything and even said we could drive it at 7:30 if we wanted without extra cost Brakes where low, really needed to push it all the way down to properly brake. Rear right door kept squeaking (high pitch noise which started to irritate our ears)on every bump and the entire time while off-roading. Signal lights didn’t work and head lights also didn’t work. Topspeed was 60km/h which was a bit low on the highway Would be nice to receive an route which u can drive. In our case we could use an route from another company we used last year.

We had a blast in Aruba! For the week we were here, we rented first a UTV for 2 people and were able to drive everywhere on the island. It was great and we felt we were in a commercial going over rocks and off the paved roads! A couple days later we wanted to drive and we rented a car for more exploring! Will def return and use again! Easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and happy they were so flexible to help us enjoy this happy island.

Check in and being picked up was a very smooth process. Receptionist and driver were very friendly and helpful. However, before taking their vehicle off of the lot be very careful that you inspect the car yourself with a fine tooth comb. Take various pictures and angles of your vehicle before returning. As long as you are friendly and nice they will work out any errors with you.

We booked a guided tour over a month in advance. Showed up to no guide so did the self guided tour. Self guided tour was great. While out noticed other companies had nicer and newer side by sides.

We reserved a UTV 4 seater vehicle two months in advance in Aruba. When we arrived, on time, with our reservation number and the guy told us the vehicle was broken. He had nothing for us, but an SUV covered car. I explained that was not what I paid for in advance. He called his very rude boss named Versha Naudana Aruna. She refused to negotiate for the inconvenience and told us that she was canceling our reservation. I was not given reimbursement. In fact, we had to try and find another company to help us, but they charged us even more. This “Real Deal” company is corrupt! I would not recommend them at all! The other car rentals agreed that she had a bad reputation on the island of Aruba.

Absolutely blown away by the service my wife and I received from Real Deal Car Rental in beautiful Aruba. We booked an 8 hour UTV rental the night before on their easy to use website and it was confirmed within the hour. Our driver Arut picked us up at our resort the next morning and brought us to their office where their manager had the paperwork completed and on our way in minutes. The UTV was a very clean and new Honda 1000cc 5 seater and it drove beautifully. I cannot say enough kind words about Arut, he gave us great recommendations on where to go for the day and even where to dine. Thank you all so much for such a pleasant experience.

Was definitely worth it to rent the UTV for the day. We drove around the whole island from the lighthouse, through the national park and to baby Beach and back to palm beach. We asked for bandanas for $8 each they were perfect souvenirs as they all had a unique design and said Aruba on them. The service was great and I'm happy they were able to accommodate us last minute as many places were booked. I definitely hope to rent a UTV from them again when I return to Aruba in the future 😊

We rented a Jeep Gladiator last minute from real deal. They have great prices and great customer service. I will definitely be using them next time we visit the island. The only downfall is the Jeep had running boards and huge tires so it was hard to get in and out of.

Rented a UTV for the day. Representatives dropped it off at the hotel for us (explained how to use, etc). Once they left, quickly realized that the UTV was a complete piece of junk. Doors wouldn’t close properly, step on the breaks and it sounded like the rear end was going to fall off. 3hrs into our excursion the radiator light comes on and it starts smelling. Pulled over and called the company. It didn’t take them long to come to our rescue though. However, Instead of switching it out they send two guys to come try to fix it. They spent 15/20 min messing around then tell us to basically not to worry about it. Towards the end, it kept slipping out of gear. That’s when I said I’m done and drove it back to the hotel and told them to come pick it up. There are other UTV rental companies out there that have newer and much better than these jokers.

Got literally the last Jeep on the island. It was a great red Gladiator that took us to all attractions on and off the road in style. Highly recommend. Would do business again when back in Aruba.

Real deal car rental was truly the nicest tourist company I have ever dealt with. First we booked it when we booked staying at the Renaissance and when we went through Viator we thought we had updated it to Holiday Inn however we had a misunderstanding and the UTV was dropped off at Renaissance. It was no problem for them and they picked us up super quick to get our UTV from the Renaissance. They did a good job explaining the rules of Aruba and giving us a map for us to explore Aruba. When we went to the Natural Pool at the national park, the park ranger noticed that our wheel had gotten misaligned to the point where it was unsafe to drive. He was able to quickly get a hold of our UTV rental company (which we could have as well) and they came within 30 minutes. They noticed we hadn’t had the opportunity to go to the natural pool and allowed us to hike there and then pick us up to take us back to the hotel. It was amazing service and what was ending up being a disaster truly turned around after how they accommodated us. If I could give 10 stars I would.
