We had so much fun at Flamingo Beach! Itโ€™s about a 8 minute boat ride super easy from the Renaissance. One day we did the free way and just got lounge chairs. Super chill, nice. The staff are all awesome. They come around and you can order food and drinks. You legit never have to get up. another day we rented a cabana and it was well worth it. Itโ€™s so beautiful!! There are several chairs, couches and a hammock. We had an absolute blast! There is also a short nature trail about 0.3 miles out behind the cabanas thatโ€™s worth the short walk! The flamingos are super beautiful and fun! Highly recommend!!

Such a cool experience. We purchased day passes online about 4 days in advance. They only allow one child per reservation so my wife and I had to make two separate reservations. Kids are only allowed on the flamenco side between 9-10am. Boat ride is quick. The restaurant on the island is amazing.

One of the most unique beach experiences in the world. Not because of the white sand and perfect calm blue water, not even for the perfect sunset view. Itโ€™s unique because of the free roaming and friendly flamingos. You can buy a cup of the flamingo food and feed them up close if they are not too full from all the other guests doing the same. Itโ€™s a very expensive day pass for non hotel guests so probably better to just stay at one of the hotels with free access. Go early and/or stay late is the best way to interact with these lovely animalsโ€ฆ

Flamingo Beach is pricey but worth it in my opinion. I don't know when else you'll get to be up close w Flamingos on a private island. I say do it once for the experience. Also there is two sides to the island. The other side is called iguana Island. Obviously there are iguanas around on that side. A few made there way to Flamingo beach as well. They don't bother you but if you feed them beware they will stick around you wanting more food. The flamingos are more chill and will walk away if you aren't offering food. The beach itself is gorgeous with plenty of room relax and soak up the sun. You can only get to the island by boat so you must either purchase tickets for a day pass or stay at the Residence Hotel for free admission. The island has a couple of restaurants and a bars too so there is no need to leave til you are done completely for the day. If you want privacy you van rent a villa but again that will cost you. Overall this was a great addition to our trip.

$125 for the day pass and it was worth every penny. It comes with a meal and drink. Itโ€™s a short boat ride to the island privately owned by the Renaissance hotel. The flamingos were amazing, they were so beautiful and friendly. Theyโ€™ll come to you for the food. Remember to bring quarters to buy food for them from the machine. There is about 8 birds roaming freely.

If you are staying at the hotel itโ€™s a must go. During our 5 day trip we went there almost every day. It being kid free is amazing and itโ€™s super relaxing. The water is beautiful and staff comes to bring drinks. If you wanna relax this is the perfect place. If you end up wanted to rent a cabana here make sure you plan ahead reservations are usually required ( I couldnโ€™t get one a week out and I went mid December). I would definitely return

Beautiful, nice wildlife and some roads to explore the island. Otherwise food is horrible and so are drinks, heavily caters to the american non-existing palate. Its a beautiful place ruined by the heavy presence of the USA. Oh also the poor birds are clipped so they are "trapped" on the island with tourists chasing them the whole time for a picture...

Paradise. Spending time with 12 flamingos was a very special experience. 2 beautiful beaches with lovely and gentle swimming lagoons. A nice restaurant with good food. Great facilities, very clean and well-maintained. A perfect place for a perfect day in Aruba.

Total paradise! We were invited to share a cabana with some great friends we met down here... Great beach, breathtaking water, and the most attentive and friendly staff ever! This very best day of the trip so far! Do not miss this! The flamingos are beautiful!

Wonderful wildlife experience! We get to interact and feed the Flamingos and Iguanas! Do bring along some American quarters (coins) with you. There are 2 food containers on this private island that will dispense a handful of dry pellets for a quarter. Other than the Flamingos and Iguanas, there are also 2 enclosed beaches (one exclusively for adults only), multiple private huts for rent, massage service, a restaurant, and a merchandise shop. Beach towels and floats are free-to-use for Renaissance Hotel residents.

Very beautiful beach. You don't have to rent a kabana to enjoy the flamingos and the beach. Beautiful blue water and the concierge staff is very professional and will help with all your needs.

Exquisite! The beach is beautiful with or without the Flamingos! You can feed them, take pictures with them or quietly watch them saunter around while you enjoy a cocktail hand delivered by the most fantastic staff. They will be your friends before it all over! The Flamingos too! Honorable mention should also go to the iguanas and pelicans......highly entertaining!

Great experience. A must see. The flamingos are beautiful. You have to take a speed boat over to another island. It took 7 mins from our hotel at the Renaissance. Food was delicious. Cabanas are about $500 for 6 hrs. Not alot of shade there. The only thing i didn't like was the beach. It had a lot of rocks at the bottom which makes it uncomfortable to stand in . I think it's a man made beach. The water was beautiful. There are 2 sides on this island. 1 for families..i think and 1 for adults. The flamingos are on the adult side.

Beautiful beach with many covered areas and cabanas you can rent. The flamingos are friendly and seem comfortable there. You can feed them with food provided. The service is good. Food expensive as youโ€™d expect at a resort. The water is clear and beautiful. However the uneven sand and rocks make it hard not to lose your footing if not careful. The sea grass is plentiful and I kind of wish it got a little deeper. Worth more than one visit if youโ€™re staying at the Renaissance resort. Note: The iguanas might steal fruit off your drink if youโ€™re not looking.

Had a great time at the beach with the flamingos. Breakfast was very good keep in mind they don't serve until 8:30. We went out on the first boat at 7:00 and had to wait but we did enjoy our time with very few people on the island water very clear you could walk from one side to the other.

Beatiful beach with plenty of chairs to relax. You can find the flamingos walking around both beaches, flamingo, and iguana beach. There are like 11 flamingos, but enough for you to take pictures. It's a short ride ( like 8 min) from the hotel to the island. Good selection of rums and all beverages in both bars. We have a wonderful and relaxing day in this beach.

Myself and my family had the most incredible day at flamingo beach. Its stunning!! The beach is the most beautiful I've ever been on, the sea is the clearest and the facilities were fantastic. The flamingos are what makes it so special. They stroll around in the sand and will feed from your hand, just an amazing experience. There is lots of other wildlife to see there also. The absolute highlight of our holiday ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฆฉ๐Ÿ– โ˜€

Fantastic place! Plenty of beach chairs, reasonable amounts of shade, and nature abounds. The staff is friendly and amazing. Food and drinks are available at the bar/restaurant, or at your beach chair. I would highly recommend a visit!

A unique experience! Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. Scenery is spectacular... and the flamingos are quite interesting... roaming back and forth between the two beaches, eating out of your hand, having a swim, and sleeping in odd positions. It was a great day!

Everything was so relaxing, the private island is the best part of it all. The only bad thing I found is that the dishes in the room weren't cleaned thoroughly. I found a coffee mug and the blender had visible dirty spots on them. But for the rest of the amenities and the hotel itself, I would definitely stay again.

A dream come true! Even if youโ€™re not staying at the renaissance, you can book a day pass here (around 100 dollars). If you stay at their hotel, the boat ride is free. I recommend booking the cabanas in advance. They have a spectacular view and are really nice for photos! The flamingos, the servers, the doves, the beach, everything was perfect !

The island owned by Renaissance hotel has all comfort you need. Bar, restaurant, toilets, good drinks and foods. Flamingo beach is an adult only place and is the place of some beautiful Flamingos. You can relax in beach chair seating near a palm tree or rent a Cabana (too expensive in my opinion). But make sure to arrive early. You can also enjoy the other beach in the island, which has more space and palm trees.

Very nice island, staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful place to take pictures. Make sure you take the long walk around the mangroves on the flamingo beach side. Flamingos and iguanas everywhere just like it promotes. Only thing that isn't true is they say it's an adult only beach which is definitely not the case. If buying a day pass make sure to have the email proof of purchase because they don't have a QR scanner to verify purchase.

So happy that Marriott has this private island. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas to chooses from and the view is incredible. The food and service here was great. They always make sure that you have a cold drink in your hand. You can feed the flamingos that walk around.

Nothing short of a good time here! Good times, good drinks, great views! Worth the day pass or staying at Renaissance Wind Creek. Not overly crowded and the adult and family section is a nice convenience! 9/10, if we came with friends we would rent a cabana!

Beach was great and the cabana was amazing. The issue we had was the the urchins. My wife and I both stepped on one within a two hour period. Recommend bringing river shoes to avoid the excruciating pain they cause.

Jelly fish stung meโ€ฆ. But it was still worth it! Just donโ€™t go near the big rocks. The flamingos were fun to feed and interact with. The lizards are chill. The service was good. The taxis seemed to always be ready to take you back. The food was eh but that didnโ€™t turn us off too much.

Enjoyed spending the day here! The food was good from the 2 restaurants but they have more limited options. We stayed at the ocean suites and it was a pretty quick boat ride back snd forth. Stay on the left side of the boat if you don't want to get wet haha. The flamingos and the nature hike were really cool as well, loved the blue lizards very unique.

Flamingo Beach is dope, not many iguanas despite "iguana beach" being there as well but I saw one coming in so I'm not upset. Definitely a great, chill spot to visit. Oreo cheesecake is pretty good at the bar and the food looked good!

I love it! It has everything! This island is all you need for a beach day, white sand, food, drinks, public restroom, water sports and even wild life like iguanas. Of course, Flamingos are the biggest atraction here but there other things to do. You can have a good breakfast for around $25. Tips: Get early so you can take nice pics. I wouldnโ€™t spen money on the cabanas, too expensive for what it really offers. No need to buy food for the Flamingos.

Very close to airport, so prepare for the landing and take off noises, otherwise very relaxing place away from busy downtown We didn't bother with a Private Cabana after mixed reviews but we did hear they are booked months in advance, so plan ahead. Also there were quite a few big party groups in the cabanas so its pot luck if you get a quiet neighbour or party animals

Great beach but never any snorkel equipment available and on one day no towels. Just ridiculous. Pay all that money and can't get a towel ?? And never had the chance to Snorkel in the calm protected pools. Lots of smokers and beach chairs also at a premium unless your the first group there on the adult side. Which had children swimming there also. A shame really.
