I just went there for an iced coffee. As an American it was hard to understand what she was saying, and it seemed like she just wanted me to take my order and leave. Though the store was nice and home feeling. The coffee was pretty good, but it wasnt the same taste as I usually get other places. So it threw me off a little. I would go there again though if I was back in that area.

I love this little coffee shop! The staff are always friendly and the coffee is unbelievably good! The pastries are always fresh and tasty. In Aruba, I tend to gauge a store or resturant by how many locals are there. The past couple of mornings, I've noticed that the patrons at Juan Valdez were mainly local business folks. Those folks definately led ne to the right choice.
