The baristas here make for such an awesome experience while on vacation especially Faith who always made sure to greet us with a smile and by the end of the trip knew exactly what I was going to order :) Cant wait to visit aruba again and hope to see the same super friendly staff!!

Not a fan of this location. For starters they have paper cups for cold and hot drinks which is not the best case scenario when you’re ordering a cold beverage. Second, they have a hard time getting the order right even and third, they used the same cup for when I asked them to remake my order of iced sugar cookie latte because they ended up putting toffee nut syrup in the drink. I legitimately had to tell them to remake the drink 3rd time and use a new cup. It’s rare to complain about anything in Aruba but this location gives Starbucks a bad name.

We're went every morning for our coffee. By the third day their knew what we wanted and it was an order for 8 of us!

Weird place. One girl was very slow, unfriendly and unprofessional, another was busy making her own coffee. WI-FI didn't work.

My wife and I bought food and it was very hot so we asked for a cup of tap water. The manager gave us the smallest cup possible then when we asked for a refill she said no. She said we have to purchase bottle water for $4. SMH can't even give water to dehydrated tourists who made a purchase at your store.

When you spend so much on your drinks and have to come back over and over to get it fixed it's frustrating. They don't take gold card. It is clean and I like the patio area. The girls seem friendly but need to work faster and know the menu better.
