The staff is very friendly and attentive. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Our room had a full kitchen with plenty of cookware, the only issue I found was no bakeware. The restaurant on site is excellent and the chef is very nice besides the amazing food he cooked.

I stayed here 02/15/23-02/18/23. Absolutely loved it. Beautiful pool, good food at the restaurant and the rooms are nice and modern. I had a top floor unit. The ceilings must be about 40 feet high or so. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

I had a metal room key on a floor with no elevator access. My room also did not have a telephone, but it was stylish. Balcony was private and dope. Restaurant food was good too.

A few minutes drive to the Eagle beach. A few minutes walk to the nearest grocery store. Parking on site. Very nice pool.

Great spacious condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Bright and beautifully decorated new building. Impeccably clean and very comfortable bed with nice linens. Beautiful pool steps from your unit. Gated condo complex with great security. Management made us feel like family. You must have a car or use taxi service because there are only homes around the hotel area. Would be nice if there was a few restaurants or convenience store.

Definitely will return!! Enjoyed our stay and mostly enjoyed how peaceful it was. Everything was about a 5 to 10 minute drive away.

This has been the most terrible stay we’ve had in Aruba. And we’ve been coming here for more than 20 years. They upgraded our room, wasn’t sure why, but I was grateful, room looked nice. However I think I have figured out why: Hotel seems to host people who are sick from Covid. Workers walking around in haz Mat suits. We have pictures. I asked the guy who was spraying this very strong Chemical in the room next door a few days ago, and he said they need to disinfect the room at the highest level. Wouldn’t say anything else. People jogging wearing gloves and masks. In Aruba. In 90 degree weather. Something’s is definitely wrong. Rental van full after midnight with everyone in haz Mat suites, masks, and gloves. Coffee maker had mold, I called to see if it could be replaced. It’s been a week. Nothing. We’ve had to buy coffee somewhere else. No hot water. Had to request repair several times for them to come fix it. They started some type of construction. Very loud banging, for hours. It’s Sunday morning, the banging started at 7.30 am. We are tourists. We wanted to sleep, can’t do it. I called the front office, or whatever they call front office. There is no one ever there. And when they answer, they are rude. Like you are imposing on them. They advised us that they are fixing a room on the first floor, we are on the third floor, and that the sound carry’s through. Fine. But when the room shakes, there is a problem. We come from the beach, can’t take a nap, because of banging. Can’t sleep late because of banging. I would have appreciated information being posted on what kind of place this is. Furthermore, change management. The service receives an F. I will never ever stay at a best western facility again. And I would suggest you don’t either.

We had a fantastic stay at this location! The rooms are nice, clean, and new. Davia at the front office is super terrific and helped us out a ton! It is also very close to all the beaches and the pool is heated :).

Clean, crisp holiday apartments. Easy to find. Quiet surroundings. Friendly staff. Secure parking lot. Most balconies have a pool side view.

An absolutely great place for travelers who are looking for the ideal self-catering type of accommodation rather than staying in a hotel. Located in a nice quiet area far from the madding croud.

The accommodations were incredible, everyone was very polite and professional. The pool area is fantastic, it’s a perfect place to be with your family or friends. I highly recommend it and hope to come back soon!

Absolutely lovely place to stay the one-bedroom condos are awesome I have one right by the pool with a view of the pool the one thing I will say they need to change is the rain shower head a handheld shower head is much more preferred I don't like getting in the shower where I always have to get my hair wet also there was a difficulty with getting hot water all the time sometimes the water was lukewarm in the shower sometimes it was cold other than that the place is fabulous

Will not sugest it to anyone. Not verry friendly staff, every 6 day they will clean the room. There is no staff available on holidays.

Other than hot water for shower and location of this residence, this is a decent place to stay. Room facing pool with patio table and seat is my choice.
