Very unic place, like a small boutique hotel, amazing interior design work have done, if you have slightest interest of something exstraordinary, this is the place! We felt like in mystery world. Well, it was not overcrowded, but in the room there are well made bed, clean towels, locker, hugiene products, cofee machine Jes, it take extra time to check in, as there is no person in place, and they charge you for airport drop off. But this place is amazing perl to explore. Definatelly would go back again.

Online might say you can rent a room here but don’t be mistaken the owners stopped paying their bills the new owners evicted everyone all that remains are a few residents with a dirty pool and a couple plastic chairs along with security guards. Even prior to this it wasn’t much better gnats, mosquitos, wasps are everywhere so impossible to enjoy outside and NO HOT water! If you make the mistake and book here don’t worry upon arrival security will call you a cab to take you somewhere else

Stay for 2 night for a mini vacation i stay in the new rooms the rooms are so modern and beautiful. The place is amazing it has a beautiful pool and 2 gazebo in the garden good to relax with friends. Some days in the week they have movie night that you can enjoy around the pool or in the pool.the staffs are really great and willing to help you with what you need or advice. The place is like 5 min to the beach and there are close by groceries stores close by.

Glendy and Michael were extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was beautiful, water doesn't get too hot but it was doable. Room was clean. We had no issues!! Make sure to read check in instructions!! Pool was nice and we had it to ourselves the whole time.

My stay was excellent! The service was an overall 10/10 and the food was amazing. I recommend the club sandwich. They play nice music 24/7 and the renovated rooms are beautiful. I recommend!

This old building has been transformed into a wonderful boutique style hotel, with luxurious rooms and a very cozy restaurant on site. The small team makes you feel right at home. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Hidden Gem! It was my first time there for a business trip I guarantee I 'll be back. The service was on point on all fronts. The room was comfortable and cozy, but most importantly clean. I enjoyed the restaurant and bar also during my stay, with sharp pricing and good meals

I found the Pearle d'Or to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. Amazing bar and restaurant. Overall a great experience.I will definitely stay there when I come back!

Even during a few rainy days, staff managed to keep all cleaned up, chapeau for them. my wife loved the room, which was more then fine during our week stay. They came every second day for new towels and sheets, so we were even surprised about the services. we were here 3 years ago before pandemic, and lots have changed in positive way, thank god, the wifi system is amazing and pool is much bigger, outdoor shower, pooltowels new poolbeds, updated gardens, wow we loved it so much

In a quick biz trip, the staff was friendly, helpful and quick on their responses. Room very clean and comfortable... and hehe a marvelous Alfredo Pasta 😋. Definitely a must to come back.

The stay was wonderful. Friendly staff, we had a delicious meal with a nice cocktail and nice music. The karaoke night was fun. Compliments.

Our family stayed here for only one night, but even for one night, this place was not suitable. The outside of the hotel and restaurant/bar looked abandoned, all the plants were dead, there was a water hose going into the pool and most importantly there were no staff members on sight. Due to that, check-in took about 3 hours. First, they gave us a room with no clean sheets and the wrong key. We were supposed to have a room with two beds but ended up getting a room with only one bed and a sofa. The interior design of the room was stylish and modern, but it felt like it hadn't been cleaned and had a weird smell. Be aware that the website and social media accounts of this hotel are VERY misleading. But it seems based on the 5-star reviews that some people really loved it here :) Also our next-door neighbor - who appears to be enjoying his stay so much that he lives there now with all his possession, including a gas canister... Please think twice before you book your stay there.

I have recently stay in the new superior room and I am very impressed and in-love with the new renovated room and room amenities, especially also the bathroom and hot water. The overall service was impeccable and the breakfast at the resort delicious! A beautiful and unique hotel in Oranjestad. The location is perfect. The rooms are awesome. Even though we were too early for check in, they gave us a good service at the reception. The staff is very helpfull and welcomed us like we were home.

Great deal for the cheap price. Beware for what you pay for. If things do not go wrong, I think it’s a real sweet deal. Staff is very helpful. But management sucks. I had booked for 5 days...things kept going wrong...I left the second day.property manager had no apologies to offer. Not even sure if I am getting a refund for the 3 extra days, I already paid for. Property owner will not respond, pick up calls from Travelocity. First night there was no sofa bed. Slept on the sofa with towels as sheets. No WiFi. Next day electricity was out. They fixed it. If they had not, you are on your own. Small things like that kept going off. I had to leave. The staff is very helpful but not empowered. Its a basic place which includes Bfast and dinner. What a marvelous option till something goes wrong. I could not take the nonchalant of mgt after second day. So my 500 is probably down the dump, but I am better off. Again the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful.

After emailing to let me know they couldn't offer dinner (the very reason why I chose the property to begin with), they offered to cancel the the reservation, then rescinded. They then offered a credit of $12.50 for dinner when in a previous email the quoted price for dinner is $15.00. Management not only is dishonest, it believes it deserves to keep the reservation when it tells you it won't be living up to what you've paid for as a guest. Expects guest to be flexible during the pandemic and accept paying for the pleasure of receiving less. Bad business practice even during challenging times.

The hotel is nice but not amazing. The rooms are spacious. But things have been made cheap and break down easily. Some things, such as not having curtains, drastically lower sleeping comfort. The staff is friendly, but not well trained and managed. Breakfast is OK, but basic. Dinner is also not that good, very basic.

Horrible Property. Stay away specially if traveling with kids or with someone you would mind taking shower in front of, as their bathrooms do not have a door! No elevators, so good luck moving your luggage if you get room on 2nd or 3rd floor! Parking is on a side lot with no entrance, they ask you to get your car on sidewalk to access parking, good luck not damaging your tires while doing so! Pathetic customer service, and honestly, a very weird decor, gives you a creepy feel. Only saw two families including us during christmas week, when all other hotels were sold out in the area.. i see why now. Included dinner is a scam, only covers $8 when you order from their menu. We checked out right after checking in and got another place to stay. $$ down the drain!!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 7 nights and loved it. We had one of the new superior rooms and it was amazing, so modern and clean. The amenities were on point and the beautiful bathroom area, with that amazing hot shower was just delighting. The staff was very kind and was available for contact anytime. The location is perfect, right in between everything. If you are looking for a place to stay, look no further. This is all you need.
