During
a
weeklong
stay
at
the
Ritz
Carlton
in
Aruba,
I
had
the
great
pleasure
–
and
good
fortune
–
of
meeting
Anju
and
her
staff
of
“Jewels
in
Paradise.”
Prior
to
that,
and
after
a
couple
of
very
tedious
afternoons
spent
in
some
of
the
local
jewelry
shops
on
the
island,
my
wife
and
I
were
both
very
disappointed
to
find
that
–
more
often
than
not
–
the
salespeople
came
across
like
used
car
salesman,
most
of
the
jewelry
pieces
were
very
unimpressive,
were
of
inferior
quality,
and
were
astonishingly
overpriced!
At
that
point
we
both
decided
that
we
were
simply
wasting
our
time
and
gave
up
on
the
idea
of
finding
anything
worth
buying.
That’s
when
we
were
very
pleasantly
surprised
to
find
Anju
of
“Jewels
in
Paradise”
and
she
was
right
there
in
the
very
hotel
in
which
we
were
staying
–
the
Ritz
Carlton.
Anju
couldn’t
have
been
nicer,
taking
the
time
to
show
us
anything
at
all
we
wanted
to
see,
and
explaining
in
detail
exactly
what
we
were
looking
at.
Not
once
during
the
time
spent
in
her
shop
did
she
ever
try
to
pressure
us
into
making
a
purchase
–
unlike
the
used
car
salesman
we
had
previously
encountered.
As
a
matter
of
fact,
she
went
out
of
her
way
to
make
us
feel
extremely
comfortable,
by
allowing
us
to
take
all
the
time
we
needed
to
talk
things
over
–
privately
–
and
*not*
rush
or
pressure
us
into
making
a
decision
to
buy.
We
did
find
some
very
beautiful
and
rather
impressive
rings
in
the
case,
but
as
beautiful
as
they
all
were,
they
just
weren’t
quite
right.
We
told
Anju
that
were
looking
for
something
really
special
and
so
she
went
to
the
safe
and
came
out
with
some
loose
stones
that
were
absolutely
gorgeous!
She
then
came
up
with
an
elegant
setting
that
couldn’t
have
been
more
perfect.
So
the
decision
to
buy
was
made,
and
after
negotiating
what
I
considered
to
be
a
very
reasonable
price
for
this
stunning
ring,
she
had
the
stone
set
and
the
ring
ready
for
us
that
very
night.
To
say
that
Anju
went
above
and
beyond
–
surpassing
my
highest
expectations
–
would
simply
be
the
understatement
of
the
century.
I
can
say
without
the
slightest
hesitation
that
I
would
recommend
Anju
and
“Jewels
in
Paradise”
to
anyone
looking
for
that
very
special
one
of
a
kind
piece
of
jewelry.
Anju
of
“Jewels
in
Paradise”
gets
a
well-deserved
