I went out shopping in the morning before our flight with my spouse. We were passing by this specific store and decided to go in so she could get some new pants and blouses as if she didn't already have too many. The workers inside were friendly and we were able to find several items that she wanted and only a few that she purchased. I commented that this store was similar to a major clothing brand name in the United States. Many of the items were fashionable and reasonable and price.

Nice place to shop buy horrible customer service in my opinion. Maybe I should have dressed in my jack and suit pants with heels and makeup for a more uppitty high class appearance. Remind me of the movie "Pretty women" when she went shopping and was turned away, came back next day dressed to impress and got a better reception. Smh.

Again another disappointment. Bought a few articles of clothing one was ripped. I'm not the type to try on my clothes in the stores. Once we came back to our hotel room, as I was ready to get dressed to go to dinner I discovered that one dress had a long big tear on it's sleeve along the seams!! Apparently, Zara international does not accept returns in USA. So to return I must go back to the Aruba location only. Which means my precious vacation time will be wasted on the return line not to mention money for taxi back and forth from the resort.

Four floors of shopping Zara heaven, but was not greeted or asked if I needed help the entire hour I spent shopping. Some sales going on…. The thing with every Zara store if visit is how are you supposed to buy shoes or boots if there is no where to sit and try them on?

If you are reading the reviews to decide if you should shop here or even visit this store. I would NOT recommend it. The customer service is terrible, and I seen other reviews saying the same thing. I walked in the store, the security was rude. I went upstairs to the Men's section. I asked an employee if there was anything exclusive to Aruba. Thinking.. maybe they have a specific color or a shirt you can only purchase in Aruba or the Caribbean. The employee had no idea what I was asking. The employee turned around and told the other employees and made it a big joke. I don't understand what was funny about that. Imagine trying to support a company and the staff makes you seem silly or embarrassed to do so. With several employees laughing about it, while you've are still present. I went to the 1st floor and asked for a Manager, never showed up.. asking the employee what is it about before he/she decides to address the customer. The Manager was on the Men's floor and was probably in on the jokes and laughs. I left the store and went to Polo Ralph Lauren. A company where I know I get good service. (Better quality clothing as well)

Nice place to level up your style in fashion. The price is reasonable for the quality offered. Try out the perfumes collection

Horrible security door staff. Your wife has a spending some time and gonna spend $500 and no seats so with me being handicapped sat on corner of display bench only to be told get up… tried to tell her why I needed to sit down and she shook her head and motioned for me to get up…. Nice coming from a major chain like #Zara #WAndre also, if you’re a tourist makes you come with cash because the point-of-sale system did not like our Visa or MasterCard

Very clean and alone to see and to buy. Beautiful place.

Nice clothing options as always. They only had one register open made lines and wait time long. PSA: they charge for their bags.

I refused to even go to the store as I was greeted by the rude and ignorant security guy at the door. It happened today around 3 pm. Disgusting

When I went to check out there were about 4 cashiers, but when it was my turn, all but one left and they even signaled me to wait. I would think thatbsince they were there, they could give service.

The store is very well organized and good selection but unfortunately nothing for bigger size women which is an issue in general on this Island. But it is still worth a visit.

They have a large selection of shoes for children and adults BUT costumer service has declined terribly over the past years... prices are good though.

This Zara store has a limited selection of current styles. Decent prices, exactly what you'd pay back home. However, the service is rude and employees don't care if you ever come back. They act as if they work at a high end fashion boutique. Asking a question is never going to get you an answer, so don't bother. I think you'd find better service at a thrift store or a second hand furniture store. If they weren't the only fast fashion on the island, they'd be closed by now if service was the sick by which the employees would be measured.

At first there was no one on level 1 to help me, I had to go to level 2 to find a sales person to help me out. The one I found helped me very good, also the phone they use to see if there are other sizes or colors is super handy.

Great clothing but they need to organize there inventory more oftend its very unorganized due to customers leaving things everywhere.

My son really like the place, and the style he is looking to get into, I'm pleased with the pricing, sadly my size surpasses theirs, is not their fault though.

Shopping there with my sister who lives in Norway. We got some nice Xmas gifts for everyone!!
