😠 Bad, bad, bad. They sell good brand cars but after that, forget about service and parts. I took my van there and they couldn't diagnose the problem which even I, a non mechanic was able to figure out.     Brought my car because it went into "safe mode". +15 days later still no clear diagnosis.The worst part: If they have to replace a part it's taking them +4 weeks as they have to order it... Estimated time in garage for just a faulty sensor: 2 months.. Terrible!

    Excellent service. Their shuttle takes you back and pick you up if desired. You're could be washed too depending on the service.

    Bad, bad, bad. They sell good brand cars but after that, forget about service and parts. I took my van there and they couldn't diagnose the problem which even I, a non mechanic was able to figure out. They didn't have the parts in stock, didn't know the price, nor how long it would take to have them in house and wouldn't give me the part number so I could fedex it in to fix my van as fast as possible. You would expect that they would give some priority to us, being a business that relies on the delivery van for deliveries to clients, but no, that's asking too much. Even one star is too much for them

    My husband and I bought a used Kia Picanto. We worked with Jim Biegstraaten as our salesperson and he was awesome. He answered all of our questions before we arrived on island, kept us in the loop about available inventory, and made the sale process as smooth as possible! We were only in Aruba for a very limited time, and he ran around for us to make sure we took possession of the car before we left. Thank you, Jim! Highly recommend. -Zachary & Caroline Becker

    I went to the bank to buy a used BMW X1 there, but unfortunatly, the sales associate did not believe nor thrust me to buy it and his colleaque just sell it without any consideration and they have a policy first come first serve for used cars and they do not care about potential customers, in other word do not waste your time going to the bank, asking for a loan, when you are ready they even do no let you know they have sold the car, they just sell it and that's it!!! What a waste of time and they did to me a bad deed and a dirty game!!!

    It took over an hour just to replace the battery if my DMax. They never asked if I would do it myself, and charged me a considarable amount just to change it and also use of other material. What other material is used to change a battery ezceot for tools which comes with labor.

    Had 3 appointments canceled and moved because the part wasn’t there but I had to find this out the day of the meeting at 8am now they have the part but because they expected it later they moved my appointment up with 3 weeks.
