Slow service, waiting time is too long.

You have a sign that reads; if you have a bad cough do not enter. A female client had a terrible ongoing cough right where other clients entering had to get their number. The security guard was very patient with her even offering her water.Then asked her to wait outside, but she kept coming back inside. The security guard convinced her to wait outside and got her money to pay her bill. While talking with the security guard she kept taking off her mask and arguing with him, let's hope she did not contaminate the whole office. If you have a protocol you need to enforce it period! The service I received was very friendly and professional .

While it is the largest teleshop with the most attendants it is also the busiest. I went there twice in two days, the first time I left shortly after because there were some 40 people ahead of me. The following day I returned and "dug in" because I needed a new router. After about a half hour wait. I was told that they didn't have one in stock and that I can't buy one "just like that", despite having called beforehand to verify that they did have them in stock. Of course, I wasn't pleased at all ... and following all the procedures, today 5 days later I still don't have the router which I need. What can I say.
