Visiting Top Car for 3 constitutive days. SERVICE is very bad. Looks like the staff is just there because they need a job. No costumer skills, no costumer friendliness. I had to go there to buy parts replacement and also I was planning to replace my Kia Sportage 2016 for a new edition. Think about it before you buy a new car at "Top Ca"r. You will deal with them for atleast 5year of your life. I was no longer interested to buy my new car here.

After 2 visits I can honestly say that this is the worst dealership I have ever encountered. No customer service and staff has no knowledge. I wouldn't even buy a bicycle there.

Its very bad service when they fix something they proken other thing and they dont respict the time your guys very bad 👎 have more places here in aruba better don't loss your money for buy from that place

Be aware of after charges! I brought Jeep back un damaged and fuel up, after they opened office they sent me a first invoice just like we have agreed on pick up day with no additional fees. After that I had received two more invoices with extra charges. They drove car from hotel to main office for clean up 10-15 minutes one way / I’m guessing , and they said that fuel level has dropped to 7/8 and I need to pay extra $ 30. I talked to them and told them that tank was full on drop of location in hotel and if you gonna drive it fuel level will drop and how this is my responsibility?!
