As
a
local
resident
of
Aruba,
I've
had
the
opportunity
to
dine
at
various
eateries
across
the
island,
but
my
experiences
at
Señor
Burrito
have
been
notably
unsatisfactory.
My
concerns
are
not
based
on
a
single
visit
but
rather
a
series
of
three
disappointing
encounters
that
reflect
a
concerning
pattern
in
both
service
and
food
quality.
On
our
first
visit,
the
essence
of
our
discontent
stemmed
from
incorrect
orders.
We
specifically
requested
gluten-free
crunchy
tacos,
only
to
be
served
their
non-gluten-free
counterparts.
Furthermore,
there
was
a
mix-up
in
the
meat
selection,
which
compounded
our
dissatisfaction.
Hoping
that
this
was
a
one-off
mistake,
we
gave
Senor
Burrito
another
chance.
Regrettably,
our
second
visit
mirrored
the
first,
with
similar
errors
in
the
taco
order.
This
repetition
of
mistakes
began
to
paint
a
picture
of
carelessness
or
a
lack
of
attention
to
customer
requests.
Our
third
visit,
however,
was
the
most
disheartening.
Not
only
was
our
order
incorrect
once
again,
with
a
gluten-free
request
being
overlooked
and
an
incorrect
meat
option
provided,
but
we
also
faced
an
issue
with
the
pricing.
As
locals,
we
were
previously
granted
a
discount,
which
was
inexplicably
denied
on
this
occasion.
When
inquired,
the
explanation
given
was
that
discounts
don't
apply
to
internet
orders,
contradicting
our
previous
experiences
and
indicating
either
a
change
in
policy
not
communicated
to
customers
or
a
blatant
misrepresentation.
To
add
to
our
grievances,
the
attitude
of
the
shopkeeper
was
dismissive
and
arrogant,
especially
when
we
sought
rectification
for
the
repeated
errors.
Their
unwillingness
to
acknowledge
or
correct
their
mistakes
highlights
a
significant
deficiency
in
customer
service,
which
is
as
important
as
the
food
quality
in
the
hospitality
industry.
In
conclusion,
while
I
am
usually
an
advocate
for
local
businesses,
my
experiences
at
Senor
Burrito
have
been
consistently
below
par.
The
repeated
order
inaccuracies,
misleading
pricing
information,
and
poor
customer
service
have
left
a
lasting
negative
impression.
I
hope
this
feedback
serves
as
a
constructive
critique
for
the
establishment
to
improve
its
service
standards
and
accuracy
in
order
fulfillment.
As
of
now,
I
cannot
recommend
Senor
Burrito
to
fellow
locals
or
tourists
seeking
an
enjoyable
dining
experience
in
Aruba.
