I was so so so disappointed in this place on the main street today at about 11am as I am (or was) a regular customer here. I went in for a coffee and babychino and politely asked for a simple amendment to the standard order ie no clocolate and marshmallows on the side at the till. The girl at the till obviously didnt communicate this to the girl making the drinks and I have never ever been treated so agressively by a person for again politey telling her that I ordered something different when she gave me the wrong drinks. She proceeded to almost throw the marshmallows at me after and gave me the louiest portion "as punishment" my kids were so disappointed when I came out and I was honestly shaken after the experience. We binned what we got and went to espresso 44 instead. The guy who was ahead of me in the queue was also subjected to similar treatment when he told her he ordered a large latte and was given a regular one. Its easy to make mistakes when busy and that they were but service with tension and agession is not ok. I will never go back again.

I really liked this place. I only asked once no bacon and there was no bacon as requested. Service was good and pleasant. I asked for hollandaise sauce as I didn’t see any on my eggs. They poured some on top and told me there was more underneath the eggs (I couldn’t see any) It wasn’t enough in my opinion! Thus the 4 stars. The bread underneath was delicious 5 stars for that. Coffee was lovely and I asked for some hot water and was brought to our table. Will visit again soon! Thanks

Bmtheir breakfast bever came wihmth any bread and even black coffee was extra. Daughter had pancakes she said they were very nice.

This place should be getting 5 stars for most aspects, but massive lack of staff training and focus. Need to learn that customers are priority, not social chat between staff. Ignored when trying to place order at counter and pay in advance......

Absolutely delicious food (I got a gluten free sandwich and it was divine). Coffee could be better although I did have to get decaf. Had to eat outside as the place was jammed - probably the only downside!

Coffee, gifts and books! All you need in an only place! Try the pancakes and also the carrot cake!

Had lunch on my own while the car was getting valeted. Good presentation and the views out the window were nice. The space is nice and the service was good. What else can you want? Oh yes, the coffee was expertly prepared and presented too!

Love coming here. The atmosphere is always very good, and the treats are great. I recommend the almond croissant and the porridge scone! Coffee is very nice here too, and the chai latte... They're not too milky which is how they often can be ruined.

Handy location with easy (and loads of) parking Staff seemed nice however it's not the type of place where they come and check on you if everything is good etc Asked for a mocha with extra foam - there was barely any foam at all. Taste was perfect tough Food was horrendous not gonna lie, left the place still hungry The side salad was as pictured literally those green leaves and HALF of a cherry tomato - not drizzle of any sort.. the half cherry tomato was laughable 😅 Scrambled eggs soooo dry and arrived cold, the sourdough bread turned out to be (not toasted) toast bread Did not have mayo or ketchup at the table to make the eggs easier to eat and the portion of butter was so small it was enough for one slice of bread (toast not sourdough)

Wir haben noch nie so gut gefrühstückt. So unscheinbar von außen, aber das essen ist unglaublich gut. Der Service aufmerksam und kompetent, das Ambiente schön. Ich empfehle das Guiness Brot mit Butter. Ich habe noch nie zuvor so gutes Brot gehabt. Die Scones waren perfekt. Einfach alles außergewöhnlich gut.

Brazco make the best lemon drizzle cake we've ever tasted! A real treat in lockdown. Very glad we bought the dark roast coffee from Brazco also to go with it - it comes in a resealable pack. Also bought the brown bread and porridge muffins and both are delicious. Top rating for consistency across all products :)
