This is the kind of place where you should not expect kind responses. Staff just does not care or have any sense of hospitality. Reception treats you like you are overwhelming work, and they will make feel like a criminal by constantly locking you out of your room. paid or not paid What do you expect if there is no competition.

Went here for business. The food was amazing, and the guest house owner and workers were very accomodating

A lot need to be done, especially in guest security. We were allocated/spent a night in an occupied room. The hotel also need upgrading furniture is old and worn out. And also there is limited access to facilities such as gyms, catering and internet. There is a lot of work that definitely needs to be done.

The food is not good and the rooms are very old but clean.. Wifi is good though

One of the most nicest "away from home" hotels to stay. The staff are amazingly friendly the hotel is e extremely clean. And the restaurant is awesome they even accommodated a specialty requests Goat Seswaa 🙏😊 Only slight problem is lack of Wifi in SOME ofvthe room but the restuarant was happy to accommodate us! See you again guys!

The hotel itself is in good condition, and the rooms are very comfortable. The soundproofing needs to be worked on as I could hear phones ringing and vibrating from the broom above me. The restaurant on site, which is contracted by another company, is very overpriced for the quality of food that is received and not up to standard of what should be supplied.

Rooms are clean and comfortable - not perfect, but acceptable. Any problems with the room gets resolved very fast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just bring an extention cord and multi-plug with if your job is IT related and you expect to be working from your room some of the time - depending on the room, wall sockets can be far away. Also, no option/adapter for cellphone chargers - be sure to bring one along.

Internet not working properly. TV in the room. Not working. This was reported a number of times to the manager. Nothing done for 3 days. Expensive for this type of accommodation. Restaurant very expensive.
