Great place for quick coffee stop and wonderful staff fast and efficient in getting there orders done.

Friendly, courteous staff. Drink made promptly and correctly. An A+ overall. Will return. The Matcha Latte was great.

I love the place. However, their parking lot is an accident waiting to happen.

Sarah was so very helpful in my decision on what to get because I was overwhelmed with options. You don't always get amazing service at coffee counters but she was the best!

If it weren’t for the morning staff who are clever, cheery, welcoming and competent baristas, this would be a hard Starbucks location to re-visit. This team should be co-managers of the kiosk in this Tops. They know their clientele and they know the stock. I give the staff 5 stars without question but the inventory is always a mystery. That’s why the 4 stars.

Consistency seems to be an issue here. Ordered cinnamon dolce and a café mocha as always, and today they had almost 3 inches of empty space below the rim. They advised “the whip” must have melted : /… but no problem with this last week. Why would there be 3 INCHES of whip? This has been an issue before and seemed to have been resolved, but clearly an issue again. Paying for a venti, NOT a tall.

this place used to be great but i went in today and it was all new staff and they gave a person infront of me their drink a little over half way full, i was shocked then mine came out and i was pissed. for the price of these you would hope they give you a full cup worth, i didn’t even take one sip of the drink befor taking this picture

It wasn’t even full. I was in a rush so I couldn’t ask them why they made it like this but tbh I shouldn’t have to you should make it full and right the first time

It was 7:57 and they close at 8. I ask to order considering there’s still 3 mins til they close and the girl with an attitude goes we are closed. No reason to close 3 mins early. 8 isn’t even a late shift so no need to be in a hurry. But never going there bc they don’t even fill my drink to the top

The girl who was working tonight, i didn’t catch her name but she had glasses and was wearing a red shirt went above and beyond in being kind, patient, and generous.
