Recently I went to the best custard place in Perrysburg OH, but Fran-Ceil is the best in WNY. My only mistake was pulling in to park right in front. Park on the side or in back instead so it’s easier to leave.

Went on a recommendation. Great service is what i would say that separates this place from other ice cream shops. The staff was quick, attentive and polite. Quality of ice cream was standard.

They have a decent collection of ice cream flavors. Their sizes are on the bigger side. We had a BoGo offer and ended up with two large ice creams. That was a lot for 2 people. It's also fairly cheap for the size. Would be going here again.

Great little ice cream parlor. Service is fast, prices are reasonable and they have tons of Perry ice cream options. Absolutely delicious. The pistachio ice cream is awesome.

Went after a hike and was not disappointed with the custard flavor I got. Note the flavors rotate regularly. Today I had the Banana/Vanilla twist. It tasted kinda like a banana pudding with the wafers in it! Forgot to take a pic of the cone because I drove headfirst into enjoying it and forgot 😅 It was the medium ($3.25) which felt just right on a warm day. Ordering at the counter was breeze and the staff were quick and friendly.

Love the place great customer service. Got to try their Cider Mill hard ice cream phenomenal same with pistachio custard

If you love Perry's ice cream, this place is for you. They have practically every flavor and they make everything with it. If I had a complaint it would be that there's not any seating really and you either eat it in your car or take it home. But it's so good. It just doesn't matter.

They have the best ice cream and best floats of all time like the ice cream floats are in a really big cup for just with alot of ice cream and pop 4.50$

Excellent custard. Quite possibly the best I’ve had in years. Glad I finally made it here! Staff was great and prices are excellent. Can’t wait to return! I’d love if they had PUMPKIN custard in the fall!!! 🎃🍦

All of the ice cream products are very good but I would have given them 5 stars if they had indoor seating so that your ice cream won't melt so fast when eating out doors at one of the tables.

One of if not THE best custard in Buffalo. Prices are affordable, options are great… classic ice cream stand vibes.

I have just 1 word.....YUMMY!! They make such fantastic custard and fruit whip (Dole at this store)! I lived within walking distance for almost 3 years before finally stopping in and now that I have I'm so mad that I didn't do it sooner! Definitely a great spot for a cool delicious treat!

Great spot for a treat, with more flavors of Perry's than you thought existed. Wish they had a couple more tables, so I wouldn't have to enjoy the goodies leaning against my car

I couldn't drink my milkshake. It was really watery which would make you think it's possible and sad... but the sprinkles in the birthday cake shake overwhelmed 2 straws so I had to just toss it.

I grew up in Blasdell, but hadn't been to Fran-Ceil's in over 40 years!! It was even better than I remember! What a wonderful bit of Nostalgia! The staff was super friendly. It was a real treat!

Nobody has sherbet like Fran n ceil I've been going there since I was a little kid, everyone who lived here and comes home visit has to get ice cream here. Love it👏

I love the chocolate ice cream it's the best. I enjoy a hot fudge Sundae too. However,Today my Sundae had very little fudge. Disappointing. It was mostly ice cream. I usually get more fudge, isn't that what you pay for.
