    Sorry to say we were back at auto care. The wrong weights were put on our new tires Walmart installed. Told to come in that they had the correct weights. Then they didn't. We asked to talk to a manager. Turns out they had the weights in stock. Took several hours for installation. Not once during the four people that we spoke to, did anyone say I'm sorry? How can I help you? Thank you, sorry for the inconvenience. An awful lot of people not trained in customer service seem to be employed there.

    This is an absolutely HORRENDOUS location: a shopping experience worse than a bodega in Bangkadesh. No checkout stands were open. The only way to checkout was the self checkout and the lines which were ridiculously long. Apparently we all work for Walmartnow. . In addition, there were filthy floors, a clothing section with posters of overweight unhealthy models, and a manager who just shuffled around aimlessly. My husband asked him if there would be any check stands opened and he flippantly replied, "no." Too bad Kmart went out of business. It would be better to shop there! PS this photo was taken from the middle of the line. It was much longer than this.

    The receipt girl took a toy from my 2 year old daughter, had her crying claiming we didn’t purchase the item. Called for the manager and he pretended to not know who I was talking about acting like she didn’t work there. Learn to be a manager and train your employees to handle situations better. You don’t lay a hand on a two year old.

    This place is awful. Only self check is open and no one knows how to do it so the line is very long. There is an associate walking around clicking five stars after each person leaves. Definitely not five stars.

    The gift wrap and bags did not have prices. I asked a worker where I could check for prices and she said the "self checkout." I asked another employee and she pulled out her tablet and scanned the items, and answered all of my questions. She was super helpful. I go to do the self check out, pay the total and before I can turn around to grab my cart another older female employee rates themselves 5 stars on my register. I almost ran into her, she was in such a hurry to hit the screen.

    It would be a lot better if the secret shoppers were actually secret and didn't follow people around making rude comments about people stealing when they have every intention to pay. It's like if u got tattoos and your white, your stealing. Not cool!

    Easy in & out! The two items I needed were both towards the front of the store, in the same aisle! However I WISH they would keep their store brand of bottled water better stocked.... As usual there were only a small amount on the shelf of both the distilled & spring water....

    Took my daughter to get a few parts for her dryer that I hooked up for their family. It was real busy. The staff still helped as if we were the only customers in the store. Great experience.

    They got my online order mixed up and a delivery was set for me to pick it up. But after many phone calls (disconected and no answers) finally got it straightened out and it was super easy to pick it up.

    Groceries with the best value as far as price and taste goes. Somewhat busy here on a Tues after 6pm. Store opens at 6 am closes 11pm.

    I usually enjoy Walmart, but for this trip they didn't have several items I was looking for, I had a hard time finding a sales associate to help me, and when I found one he complained about how short-staffed they were. Of course, I'll go back-what other options are there when you need something quick and you want a decent price deal? Although, the convenience of Amazon is more and more enticing. And I don't care about monopolies as much as I used to.

    I went there to pick up some toiletries and a few other items. I find their price to be better than most for toiletries. There were some items that I couldn't get anymore. They weren't even on the shelves even though they advertise them in their app. The shelves don't carry everything they sell on their apps. If I pay for shipping their prices isn't the better price versus other businesses that sell what I need to order. I find that sad.

    Garbage customer service. I asked for help in customer returns as the line was absurdly long and all I got was “there’s already one person on returns, you gotta wait in line” when there was 6 employees in the SELF-CHECKOUT section. Makes no sense and it’s hardly a positive experience asking for assistance from the employees.

    A really big but the dirtiest Walmart unit I have visited. It seemed “designed to look cheap” and badly kept. It felt and insult to the Latin and less affluent community it clearly target.

    I don't know what's up with their self checkout! I rarely ever shop at Walmart and only for cleaning supplies for my businesses. 3 times my business card has been compromised and it's always the next day after using self checkout at Walmart. Anyone else having this issue?

    Ok well service was bad I didn't get my refund on battery I bought 5/3/23 it failed to start my car 3 times had to get a jump so I brought back to get refund they said at automotive that I can't because they didn't install it I said well they didn't tell me that in the first place or else I would have had them install it so I said let me talk to store Manager they said she wasn't in till next day I went next day she was on conference call I said ok jus want my refund or store credit I paid $130 for battery they said system won't let them said to come back next day I did still no store manager they laughed at me I gave back battery still no refund or credit I'm ready mad 😡 goin tomorrow hopefully I can get my refund I checked Walmart policy no nothing about it they install it no refund wish me luck REFUND WAITING

    Staff seems to be bothered with any questions. The store is oddly organized. To find the correct aisle is difficult. You would think alphabetical would be easy. They don't match up.

    Although the store is kept clean and stocked the staff sometimes refuse to help my husband pay his bills and change his checks because they won't accept DACA ID and say he needs 'real documents'. It's always felt very disrespectful and discriminatory. Even when my husband has his valid Driver's License or California ID they send us home and tell us they need documents to 'prove' the bill he is paying is actually his.

    I am handicapped so I tried calling for three days straight to get ask a question and NO ONE answered the phone shame on you....I called pro ably 100 times and let the phone ring and ring until someone picked it up and hung up....Santa Maria store you are getting as HELL. plus you never have ride on carts for the handicapped because you say they get stolen. Well if you where smart like target you'd put censors on them so the carts could only go so far from the store. Get it together Santa Maria because you really stink for customer service plus half of your store can't even speak English. Last time I checked this is the USA and our language is ENGLISH. THERE HAS BEEN SEVERAL TIMES IVE NEEDED HELP AND IM TOLD NO SPEAK ENGLISH. REALLY!

    Tried to buy a kids Unicorn Doctor Kit. Did not have a price tag and cashier (JENNIFER) denied to selling it. Understandable, asked her to look up the price but she rudely responded no because she had a line to cash out. So I looked it up myself and showed her the price online. Annoyed she took out her phone and looked up the price on her own. Legit took 10 seconds. She must really hate her job. Worst customer service.

    You can't go to Walmart for just one thing- you walk out w 10...prices are low in all departments and just by staying in one store you not only enjoy low prices you save gas and money doing so. . Most associates are helpful and friendly, self check out gets you out faster than the regular cashier method, one area that continues to need help is the Return Center-always long wait, understaffed, slow, frustrating when there's no other option. I fear the holiday season on that one!

    Just started ordering my items thru the Wal-Mart app. Best choice I've made in a while. Especially if you know what you need Park in a designated spot, call the phone number on the sign, and they will bring out your order. It has never been wrong yet. And I will continue to do it this way. Save the fuss, save the hassle, stay in your car, especially for the holidays!

    This Walmart is garbage they're out of everything and everything they do have is locked up in a case where you have to wait 30 minutes for one lady in the whole store to come around with the key to just to then hand you the items that were locked up. 🙄 ok... Nobody wants to help you all they say is that's not my department I don't have the key. And there's always a line to get out the door

    I'm always on the fence w/ this place. The associate that helped me w/ paint & furnace filters was awesome! But our cashier was a disaster that happened. Not even a hello today. Then there's the store itself. Racks of clothing put up & down main walkways, potential emergency egress hazard...

    Went into Walmart looking for a 75" TV, i picked the one I wanted, and the employees helped me load it into my truck. The entire process took about 8 minutes, great customer service.
