Very helpful staff!

Low integrity company. Poorly managed, dishonest, fail to honor their commitments and disregard customer needs. Regret wasting my time and money on them. Update: I contacted them again as they asked in their response to this message. They wasted a lot more of my time but made no effort to fix the problem or issue a refund. I’ve since managed to get all the problems resolved at another authorized VW dealership. This is a grossly incompetent borderline criminal company. Don’t waste your time with them.

It's such a great place. Very professional, I have previously thought that it's a bit cold, not very personal. But this time I went with a new car, and they remembered me and my old car. Made me feel warm, and very welcome.
