Our family of 3 are new patients to Dr. Westover. I was very impressed with the pre-appointment communication from staff as we transitioned from another dental practice. As well as the blend of professionalism, friendliness and competence I observed before, during and after our initial appointments. So far, so good!

Dr Westover and staff are so kind and they listen! We recently switched to Dr. Westover after many years with another dentist that retired. I can’t say enough good about this Office. I highly recommend!

Dr. Westover is great and all the staff is super sweet. They always remember to ask about my daughter or whatever’s going on in my life. I’ve been going there for nearly 15 years now, along with my sisters, parents, and grandparents. He’s become like our family dentist lol.

Okay! What a fine group of people!! Unfortunately I didn’t do as good of care my teeth as I should have!! Fortunately Dr. Westover is a Pro!! I mean arms as steady as a watch maker, skills like a jewelry maker and precision that of a marksmen! He fixed 10 years of poor teeth Hygiene in one visit!! I got lucky with them and got to snag one of their scheduling coordinators! SORRY, not sorry!

So happy I found Dr Westover. The office staff is so friendly and fun to chat with. Dental assistant did a great job and easy to talk with. Left the office very happy. Highly recommend Dr Westover.

Dr. Westover and his team are so fantastic! I had the privilege of working for Dr. Westover for over 5 years prior to moving to Alaska; upon moving, my husband and I fly down every year in order to be seen by Dr. Westover. Between his staff Kurrisa, Kimberly, Debbie, Rebecca and Chris, I guarantee you will be well taken care of. Dr. Westover is generally a pretty good dentist. But his office staff is horrific, particularly the biller. My elderly mom, who is on a fixed income, has been charged an excess of $1900 (of the prior $1000 quote for services!) for services that were not properly billed, nor did they do their due diligence to find out she needed a prior-authorization for the dental situation - which was only revealed to her after the fact. They have been billing her the $1900 in addition to the $1000 quoted because of their error. They refuse to return our many calls to clarify and rectify the amounts. After being non-responsive, they can’t understand why she’s canceled her appointment. Really poor customer service, terrible follow up despite our best efforts to be in contact. Don’t waste your time.
