Genuinely best Subway I've been to, subs are always neatly made and much better than most Subway subs. Service is always above average and wait times are always quick. Willing to reasonably go out of the way to help customers. Area is well kept and doesn't leave you worrying about your food. I don't even normally like Subway, have had mostly bad experiences but this is the one I would definitely eat at and do every time I come off the greyhound, and after several times I have had only good experiences. Recommended

The women working here are kind, hardworking, and go above and beyond. I often have greyhound layovers in the MLK plaza, and their attitude and service always make my day.

These workers also maintain the Bus Station itself. Really hoping they get the pay most importantly but the recognition they deserve. Fantastic location. Wonderful Staff. Highly recommended.

Day time lady was awesome... Evening lady, not so much! Stood in line @ 9:45pm,wanted to order a foot long sandwich and was told they didn't have anymore foot long bread and that they were getting ready to close so they wouldn't be making any more.... Hmmmmm... Getting ready to close an hour and 15 minutes before your hours say you close.... Great customer service!! That's right, you don't have to worry about going out of business for poor service because there will always be hungry saps coming through by bus or train that don't care!! Funny thing, right after I walked away a bus came in with 6 people that walked up. Hopefully everyone is good with 6inch or wraps...

The women who were working there were friendly and clean. The subway is located in greyhound Bus station, looks more pleasant than Detroit. Detroit has vending machine, Toledo has working clean restroom.
