I
went
to
this
salon
and
saw
Jessica.
She
had
colored
my
hair
before
and
done
a
great
job.
I
asked
her
to
do
the
same
color
she
did
the
last
time.
I
asked
for
her
to
match
my
clip
in
extension
shade
and
to
do
a
darker
root
smudge.
Once
it
was
done,
it
was
not
the
same
at
all.
I
have
never
asked
for
someone
to
redo
my
hair
color
before,
and
I
know
when
you
get
your
hair
done
you
should
give
it
time
to
get
used
to
it
so
I
went
home
to
see
if
I
could
get
used
to
it.
After
a
couple
weeks,
I
decided
I
should
get
it
fixed
because
it
still
bothered
me.
It
is
just
so
orange
toned,
there
was
no
dark
smudged
roots
and
it
didn’t
match
my
extensions.
When
I
called
to
ask
them
to
fix
it,
the
manager
stated
that
I
waited
longer
than
a
week
to
fix
it,
and
they
would
not
fix
it
for
free.
I
couldn’t
believe
that
I
paid
over
$200
for
my
hair
color,
have
been
going
to
this
salon
for
years
and
never
asked
for
anything
like
this
before,
and
they
wouldn’t
correct
my
color
free
of
charge.
Horrible
customer
service
and
a
horrible
hair
color
to
go
with
it.
