Had a massage with Mel this week and she gave one of the best massages I have had! She made sure to ask me where my tense spots were and get all the knots out of my back. She was so friendly and professional and made it such a relaxing experience. Would highly recommend Mel to anyone looking for a killer massage! Also would highly recommend Elizabeth to do your micro needling. I got this service done and she was so patient and kind the whole time, she has such an aura about her. My face looks so good and she explained everything so well. Espri did my brows and lashes and I loved them. She was so fun to chat with and made me very comfortable the time. My brows looks so good and she really achieved the look I was going for. Lastly Alessandra did my hair and it looks amazing. She made sure to get the color I really wanted and really took the time to be detail oriented. Also she’s just the sweetest person and is so fun to be around while getting your hair done. Definitely go to Alessandra for your hair she will not disappoint.

Received my first ever lash lift and it was amazing!! At first I couldn’t see a huge difference but once I applied mascara I could. The experience was SO relaxing too! 10/10

I had a 90 minute facial given by Izzy Mendenhall. Honestly, it was one of the best facials I have ever had! She explained every step she was doing. The massage on my face was amazing! She also massaged my arms and scalp. At the end of my session, my skin literally glowed. She recommended some amazing products for me to purchase and use at home. I can’t wait to go back and have Izzy do another facial!

Jadyn is absolutely amazing. That's my go to gal, only one I've been to and will keep using. I e had my lash extensions done and eyebrow tinting. I always leave feeling pretty. Haven't hit up a hair salon in over ten years. Every time I went before, they'd mess up my bleach job and overcharge me. Got fed up and decided to handle it myself. But recently, dealing with grays and the whole DIY thing got old, so I thought, why not give Aveda a shot? They're always bustling, and I figured the students might go the extra mile since they're still in school. I was a bit anxious, but honestly, I was just done managing my own hair. Met Cali, my stylist, and she was awesome. Listened to what I wanted and looped in with the instructors to make sure they were on the same page. That meant a lot to me. Cali made me feel at ease, took her time, and it was her first experience with my hair type. She was determined to get it right. Two instructors popped in, giving guidance without being too bossy. I loved how they'd ask Cali for her input, and she sounded like she knew her stuff. You could tell she'd done her homework. My hair turned out awesome—lighter than it's ever been at a hair salon. Cali also had a smart solution for my grays. At first, she had her approach suggestions, but I wanted something a bit different. No resistance or trying to talk me out of it; she worked with me to find a plan that worked. Loving my hair color, and I'm happy to have found someone to take care of it. I'm definitely going back, already booked Cali for my daughter this week, and my other girl's planning an appointment too. Cali and Aveda definitely earned that 5-star review from me. Seriously impressed, and I'm already eyeing their other services for future visits. Ask for Cali for your hair services :)

Marisha did such a great job with my 90 minute massage! I’ve had neck pain and I felt a lot of relief after she spent some time working on it. I wish I had discovered massages at Aveda sooner, they do such a great job training their students. The foot soak and aroma session were nice touches to start it off.

I had partial highlights done on my naturally brown hair with Kazlan today. Not only is she the kindest, brightest bubble of sunshine, but she is SO DANG TALENTED. seriously I am so impressed and would recommend her to anyone. She does a great job being thorough and making sure everything looks perfect! My hair looks SO GOOD.

Angel Parker, did an amazing job on my daughter's hair & my hair. My daughter did a wash & style. Turned out so beautifully. I just did a wash & dry and it was soft & so pretty when we were done. Angel was gentle and sweet to us both we definitely will come back to see her again. Thanks Angel Parker. 😇

I came for my very FIRST facial EVER and it was AMAZING!!! Mimi who is one of their graduating students helped me feel so comfortable and so good about my skin and answered all the questions I had due to skin and the Aveda program altogether. Abria Thayer colored, washed, trimmed, and styled my hair, and I could not be more impressed. She was super in tune with what I wanted. I showed her a picture, and I am seriously so happy with how it turned out! She absolutely crushed it. She made the whole experience fun and comfortable. I will definitely be going back to Abria for everything hair related. I cannot recommend her enough!

Absolutely loved my facial experience with Ella. She made sure everything was okay for me and was really thoughtful with everything. I especially liked how she asked if I preferred her telling me step by step what she is doing or a more relaxed quite time. I also really enjoyed how she would ask if something was the right temperature before putting it directly on my face. Overall an amazing experience!

I got a wash and style done by Hannah Johnson and had such a great experience! She was so sweet and attentive the whole time. She asked for my hair concerns/needs and made sure to tailor to all of them. She also made sure I was comfortable and had a great experience at the end. I love my hair!!

Maddy K. did my cut and color today and I was super happy. She’s very talented and goes above and beyond to make sure she is giving the very best possible service and care. She’s a great people person and it was super easy to spend the time with her. She takes her time and does a thorough job in everything from selecting the color to covering your hair and then an amazing shampoo and massage to the scalp while shampooing, then a precise cut finished off with a great style. She asks you questions throughout about what you want and works to make sure your happy throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Maddy K.

I had a 90 minute massage with Arin that was ..amazing! I am usually a deep tissue massage loving gal, but after talking over some symptoms I’ve been experiencing, Arin suggested a Lymphatic massage. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about it as it is a much lighter touch than I’m used to.. it was incredible! I appreciated how intuitive Arin was to my needs. I felt like she was really invested in helping me get the most out of my time there. She succeeded. Not only did I feel wonderfully relaxed the whole time, but I left feeling like my body had been recharged and things that had been sleepy had woken up and were getting to work! I’m so grateful. that is for the rest of the experience - right when I got there, I was warmly welcomed and offered a drink before heading up to the massage area. Once I got to the room, I got a nice foot bath and then got to consult with Arin before things got going. It was a really great experience. I was very impressed with how pleasant the environment is at the Aveda spa. I can’t wait to go back!

I went to Aveda weeks ago. I asked for a haircut by showing a picture in that way it will be easier to understand what I want. The teacher saw the picture and ask the student if she have any questions, the student say “No”. The student was nice, but I was destroyed with her work she cut my hair up to my ears when the picture that I show her was about the shoulder level. I couldn't say anything at that time. I was shocked and I didn't want to make the student feels bad. I think the teacher was responsible for what happened and she didn't check my hair at the end. Walking home, I started touching my hair and realized that was uneven everywhere. I know they are students but if they are better-supervised mistakes like this will not happen. I don't feel confident about my new hair and it has been hard weeks.

Got a cut and color here by Chassie and it was amazing! I’m in love with my hair!! She talked me through every step and recommended me some good product. Everyone at the salon was so friendly.

I came to see Jordyn on Saturday. All I can say is she went above and beyond with my hairstyle. I couldn’t be more happy with my hairstyle. The one thing I appreciate she asks a lot of questions, and is very detail oriented. I had no clue what I wanted done with my hair. She gave me a couple of options. The final result was amazing. I can tell she loves what she does and she will have a successful career, she is a great hair stylist. If you are looking for a hairdresser she is your gal.

I visited Aveda Institute in Provo and was serviced by Angel P. The shampooing was amazing! The water was the perfect temperature and the head message was so relaxing. My hair smelt great! She was so gentle at brushing wet hair. My hair was very tangled when I arrived, but she made the brushing a painless experience. She then added the best products Adeva has to offer for my hair type and desired style. She curled my hair using the thermal technology curling iron, my hair has never held curls so well. I was so impressed with her work. I will continue to go to Angel for all my hair needs! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I absolutely would! She went above any beyond my expectation and provided exactly what I wanted! Best experience ever!!!

Got my hair cut and colored by Lolo Lund!! She was pretty new at the salon but she KILLED it! She was very attentive to detail, and very careful. It took longer than a professional hair appointment, but for $64, I am not complaining!! She was also so friendly and easy to talk to, unlike my old stylist!
