We went with all our preschool students (about 60 children) from ABC city preschool and they had a blast! We have taken them to the zoo, museums, farms, and here we felt really safe to have them running around; at the end of the day they were exhausted and burned all their energy on the inflatables, sliders and climbing areas. They have drinking fountains next to the bathrooms which were very clean. They gave us a very good large group discount price and let us use one of their birthday rooms at discount as well. The staff was very nice and caring for our needs, all very professional. As some users mentioned, it would be nice to add some food to the menu, like nachos, pizza or hot dogs, but they have drinks and snacks available. Definitely will be back.

They haven’t changed or added anything new in several years. How about just one new bounce house within the next decade? The little cannons for shooting balls have sat broken for many years. (Check out Classic Skating in Sandy to see how those canons are supposed to work). There’s a small, purposeless room adjacent to the ball pit that is just… empty. What an embarrassment. In this town, if you don’t adapt, parents notice, and your business bleeds a slow death. This is evident in their quiet weekend nights. I hereby predict their demise if they don’t clean, switch out, and otherwise update their bounce houses, party rooms and facilities.

It’s awesome! Basically it’s a climate controlled warehouse of bounce houses. There are arcades, slides, jungle gym stuff and like 10 bounce house toys.

A place to hold children's party's 🎉🎉 Can book a time slot, usually 90min per venue, but you can stay later and enjoy the facilities. The children had a great time. Rest rooms are available and there is a booking fee. Need to bring your own food party decorations and refreshments. The venue staff are available to help. 🍑🥹

The kids had a blast! This place is perfect to let your little ones run out their energy. I love how it's set up, not having to worry so much about where which kid went. I only wish there was more of a food selection and many of the arcade games were out of order.

The workers there were pleasant and helpful. This was definitely geared more toward my 4 year old than my 2 year old, but they do say on their website that it's most suitable for 3 and older. The arcade games they have were mostly too big for my 4 year old to play. There also aren't really that many arcade games to choose from there. It's a nice plus to have it, but I wouldn't bank on that being any big part of the experience when you're there. Overall my kids enjoyed playing here.

I thought the themed party rooms were cute. My kids had an amazing time. The games kept breaking, but I think that would be expected when kids don't play them right and of course kids break everything lol. I personally feel like they were under staffed for how busy they were. It took a while to even get help. I did like that there was a gate so it was not easy for the kids to just up and leave as they please. The place was clean even with so many kids there.

Ideal place to have a kid’s birthday party here - kids get to run around and play in the bounce houses, while the adults get to mingle in the assigned room for the party. You can also bring your own food for the party as well, which is great! One downside is this place doesn’t seem to have proper air circulation inside (it hits you right when you come in). In addition, the women’s bathroom stinks - you get a wiff of it every time someone opens the door to go inside, or when they come out.

This was our second visit to kangaroo Zoo. It was a blast. There is a bathroom and a drinking fountain. We brought grandma in a wheel chair and it was mostly fine. There is no handicap door and it was hard to push on the soft floor. Otherwise young and old had fun.

We had an amazing time at Kangaroo Zoo in PG. The place was clean and they have several activities for the kids to have fun. The bounce houses, the arcade games, the slides, everything was on point. It feels safe for the kids and there are several areas where you can relax and watch your kids play at all times. Big shout out to the friendly staff, specially Luis who was so patient and kind when helping our little kids exchange their points for little prices. We’ll be going back for sure.

Went here for Fall Break for the first time and my kids had such a blast! All the bounce houses were inflated, all the arcade games working, and they sell drinks to keep the kids hydrated. The staff here are super friendly.

This is such a fun place to take the kiddos. My 3 year old & 9 year old loved it. Non stop fun. And the employees were so kind and gave us an extra arcade card and a few extra tickets to get another game. Thus more prizes. We've gone two times and we will totally go again.

Fun place for littles! Pricing for 2-3 years old is pretty reasonable, especially with the many sales they seem to offer. We'll see if I still feel that way when my daughter turns 4 and her pricing doubles. Thankful they don't charge for adults though! It definitely feels weird to wear socks in the bathroom, but also the whole facility feels fairly clean because of the socks rule. Most of the inflatables are still in decent shape, but others may not last too much longer (the basketball one especially). Some of the arcade games seem to be in the same boat. That all being said, Kangaroo Zoo entertains my toddler pretty decently, and we find ourselves here weekly.

This was a very clean and well maintained location. I’ve never been to an indoor play place like this; so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but the kids enjoyed it so that’s a win! They have a few couches, tables and chairs spread throughout the place for parents to sit on and I really appreciated that. My 2 year old and 16 year old had a blast! There are a few inflatables that have signs if there is an age limit of weight limit; but there were a lot of things my 16 year old went on with our 2 year old. EVERYONE needs to be wearing socks to enter the play area; so don’t forget socks (that includes the parents). Overall: I really enjoyed being indoors on a cold day where my kids can get worn out and have fun!

Had my sons 2nd Birthday party here and it was a blast. It was easy to book, they make sure they are available to help where needed. I definitely will be coming back and I have so many friends that had such a good time with their kiddos.

I liked the place, it is cheap, the staff is friendly. For 5.5 dollars your toddler will have fun. I spent there 2 hours and my 3 years old enjoyed it.

Yeah, this place is pretty fun for kids. Variety of ages can play here. Some video games for the kids who don’t want to run around. Looks like a fun place for a birthday party.

We had our child’s birthday party here. It was such an amazing experience! All the staff were so great. So helpful and informative. All the kids had an absolute blast. We have been here before and my children always love it so much!!

The kids have a great time but the women’s bathroom is disgusting and both toilets were clogged and half full of toilet paper and human waste. I told a female that both stalls needed to be addressed due to their condition. An hour later they were still absolutely disgusting. Rather than use it I chose to go a half mile away to a gas station. On my way out there was a male employee I told him about and said maybe he would do something about it. He said oh they’re probably not clogged they just have really low water pressure. I walked a half mile to use the restroom to come back to find one stall still full of waste and the other partially dealt with. If they know they have an issue they should be attending to the restroom at least every 15 minutes with the volume of guests they have. I feel they don’t really care that there is a health hazard.

We love kangaroo zoo! It’s never overcrowded & keeps my kids entertained for hours. We especially love the service that we get there - one of the main employees there is so kind! He gave my kid a sucker when she was crying.

I have kids on the spectrum and I’m very grateful for free events they have for our community. It’s because of this that I started coming here more. Tonight I had a kid escape into the parking lot while I was chasing the others. I brought this attention to the staff and they apologized and said they would keep eye out. A reason I come here is because of the single gate and I guess an understanding that they monitor the gate. It happened a second time. It was communicated to me that it was my job to watch my kids and not theirs to monitor the gate.

Such a fun place for kids! No shoes allowed so it stays clean. Have a few games, playground with slides and bounce houses. All my kids love it! 8 down to 2 years old.

My 2 year old 3 next month had the time of her life here. We were here for 4 hours! They have plenty of stuff for kids ages 2 to 8 I would say and a little arcade as well. Absolutely great place for a family outing.

Soo much fun for my 2 year old! Not too busy, not smelly, they have snacks and lots of space to run it's super fun to wear her out on a Saturday.

My son is on the spectrum and so Kangaroo Zoo is part of his routine. We frequented the North Salt Lake location which is spectacular! On a whim, we visited the Pleasant Grove location. My son loves both locations! They have the best Owners and Staff ever! Where was this sort of job when I was growing up? I dug trenches for real as a teen. Could not recommend either location enough!

Was surprised at how clean it was and how many employees I could see cleaning/caring for the facility! Lots of fun activities for the kids. By far the best indoor playground I've been too. Party rooms were SO cute too!

This place was pretty fun for the kids. They had a ton of bouncy houses and one of those big 4 floored jungle gyms with tall 4 slides. There were a few arcade games and a few different party rooms that were themed decorated. The arcade seemed a little steep on the price per game, but it was still a good time to let the kids run around and let their wiggles out.

SUMMARY: Nice place for younger kids but lots of maintenance issues. The good: Cute bounce houses with some segregated for younger children. An interesting play area and nice rooms for parties. Very friendly staff. The bad: The main attraction "blast zone" for older kids was all out of order. Staff had no indication when it would be fixed. With only bounce houses and a Mcdonald play area equivalent my family was bored very quickly. About half the arcade games were flashing out of order. Pretty expensive ratio of "arcade points" with a very basic game costing $1 per play if you could find one working.

We celebrated my sons birthday here and all the kids loved it! They had a blast! Our host was very helpful. They bring you your food, drinks, and do the cleanup. Such a low-stress way for parents to celebrate a birthday. I love how the cost is very reasonable too.

My3 year old loves this place. We came for the first time today. Lots of bounce houses and jungle gym type stuff. Very reasonable prices too. Great for super warm days when being outside is too much

Of course it is fun, but it is also surprisingly very clean! I walked around on the black floors in my socks for a few hours and they stayed white! That made a big difference. I don't know if it's always that way, but it was on our visit. Thanks for maintaining such a great destination for us to have fun in!

I love this place all year--a great summer and winter activity!! Perfect for little kids to run and play. The only thing I don't love is the loud music sometimes (the speakers are by sitting area and it's hard to chat with friends). I don't think the kids care about the music..but that is just my opinion. :)

Nice and local. My 4yr old loves coming here. Plenty of bouncy equipment, large play area, indoor playground with some nice slides and also has a mini arcade. Place is kept fairly clean. Also has party rooms for special occasions. I should also mention that they require you to wear socks if you are playing on the equipment.

My kids love it. Large variety of slides for different ages. It use to only have bounce houses but they have added a huge play ground area and arcade. Employees were sanitizing the entire time we were there

My daughter was invited to a birthday party here. She had a great time, the bounce houses were age appropriate and the crowds were low. I did feel that the floor was very dirty and I was uncomfortable walking around in my socks. Especially in the party room, the floor was very sticky.

  • 5/5 Danielle L. 2 years ago on Google
Definitely not a place for a 15 month old. If you're kid can't jump, they're too little, that's a safe way to guage if it's worth the money. Parents just sat in the comfy couches and let their kids run wild so the bouncers that say 4 +under or 6 +under had kids much older in them since their parents weren't watching them. Otherwise, it's a very fun place! Also, don't wear flip flops even if you don't plan on going on the slides, you have to take your shoes off regardless and being barefoot was nasty.

My 4yr old loves running around and jumping bouncing climbing. We were there for birthday party so his friends were there too. They had fun. They had room rented in back for cake, songs, and I believe kangaroo zoo provided soda pop.
