Garlic Chicken and Rotis were great. The chicken was quite flavoursome and Rotis were up to the mark. 🙂 BUT, both the Mutton Sukha and Mutton Biriyani had only 3 pieces that to with bones!😑 Please treat your customers with quality and give them value for the money that they pay. Highly disappointed with the mutton dishes.😒

One of the most underrated Hotel in Margao, taste is awesome, every chicken item has well cooked and soft chicken pieces. Chicken 65 is a must try dish. In fact this is one of the oldest restaurant in Margao which is still functional, seating arrangements have changed with time but the authenticity and taste has improved with time.

They serve authentic Goan food, with a variety of seafoods, and different types of vegetables. The service is relatively better, and customer feedback is always welcome.

The food was delicious. Specially the king fish thali. The staff was very kind and gentle. The ambience is just outstanding.

The place serves amazing sea food. The fish thali is deliciously amazing consists of 3-4 types of fish. The curry served with the thali was sweet (could have been a little bit spicy). Veg thali is pretty decent. We ordered Chicken Manchurian for starters - which lacked taste. The seating arrangements are quite congested - there are separate AC and Non-AC sections, but the place is always crowded during afternoons (need to wait at times). The service is satisfactory. If you're a sea food person please do try this place!

You'll get one of the best fried rice in town. Mackerel rawa fry was fresh as well. Naan and butter chicken is always a go-to dish. Good service.

Ideal place in the heart of the margao city to have fish curry rice or fish thali.. fish was very fresh and well marinated.. ambience is not that great and its meant only delicious food…so do not have high about the ambience. Do try Chanak Thali or king fish thali

On Instagram, I saw about this restaurant. I went there after seeing the video since the images were quite appealing. Sadly, it was a negative encounter. The flavour wasn't great. Kokam curry and kissmor both appeared to be day-old. Food must be freshly prepared. I wouldn't advise anyone to eat at this restaurant.

Since the place was highly recommended, we ended up going here since we’re always hunting for a great seafood thali! It didn’t disappoint! Food was good and among the nicer thalis we’ve had. Ordered the king fish and prawn thali along with rava fried squid. The curry was wonderful along with the usual accompaniments. The King fish slice was ultra thin but other than that, no complaints! The squid was perfectly done and went great with the thali. Would recommend a visit for sure!

It's a bit shady place... But a olden n golden restaurant of madgao... All items are decently priced & tasty.. especially the butter chicken.. Liquor is also served at reasonable price.. Has a bigger Ac section n small non Ac section... Known for its fish thali in the afternoon... The waiters are also consistent since last 20+ years... Was renewed few years back... Definitely worth visiting if sasta mazboot tikaau food khana hai toh...

This restaurant has a food legacy but it needs a change. The interiors need to brighten up and not be like a local bar. If you want families and ladies to come then please change to bright and decent interiors. Prices have gone up, food is good but ambience is same sadly.

Cozy place to have Sunday lunch with family. Tasty fish thali. And fish fries and side sides tasted really good.

It’s my by default choice for lunch when I go to Madgaon. Ordered special surmai fish fry. It was juicy and fish size was good. Fish thali was great. Had good spread and enough for one.

One of the old (1993) and best restaurant mainly famous for authentic Goan food.. various types of fish and fish dishes along with good combos of North Indian and Chinese food.. I know the owner of this hotel. since 1993 Mr Tari is gem person who always takes care all the customer personally..

Thali was yuck too much hype in videos..rava prawn and ordered chicken lolly pop..both were also not up to mark rava was off the prawn and chicken wast in lollypop it was just flour wrapped on bones..

If you will want to try best fish thali in market this is the place to visit Best nuste( fish) fry curry Don't try recheado mackerel (bangada) Rest you can try Also don't try chicken Best only for fish thali. Worth it.

Quiet little restaurant just on the uphill. The food is great. Special note - Do try their thalis. They're worth licking your fingers once you dig in. 😅

Ordered Takeaway Prawns Biryani n Prawn Fried Rice ....both were upto the mark !!! Tasty n reasonable pricing. ..was too hungry ..so no pic this time ..

The Egg 🥚 masala was totally overpriced 😑, tasteless,watery without any masala flavour to it!😒 Eggs were simply boiled and put in the curry 🍛. Please don't cheat the people with High rates and no value for money. Total waste of 180 rupees. Quantity of eggs was only 2!🤨

Hands down, one of the best spots to get a lip smacking Fish Thali! Each and every component of the Fish Thali was worth it!!! Just goes to show the love being pumped out in the kitchens! And they're definitely generous! Highly recommended!

Very tasty food, if you wish to have authentic Goan food in Goa, this is the place. Mouth watering thali items. We visited Five star hotels in Goa but this food is Awesome. We will visit again and recommend our family and friends too.

The Fish Plate (Fish thali) here is the authentic goan fish thai one could have. I got the food parceled from here so can't comment on the interior and ambience of the restaurant.

Seriously a very good hearted owner...i went to ashoka to get boiled chicken since on the road a dog was hit by car and was injured very badly so i wanted to give him some food...approached few hotels but they refused to give even if i was paying ..but in ashoka he agreed and gave me a big boiled chicken piece and also didnt charge anything...thank u so much ..😘...it really means alot

Rates are very high... But if ur taste is the primary Focus... I recommend Ashoka
