The property is beautiful and ideal for groups that are traveling together for a short period of time and value privacy. The property is set up to enjoy the outdoor and pool area all around the year. The villa is very spacious. Our group was only 8 people and this property could have slept another 2-3 couple comfortably.

Amazing Villa with well made Rooms & Bathrooms, they were huge & lavish, as good as any other 5 star if we want to compare. The living room is massive & the villa is planned very well, it’s well located with most places within 20 minutes by drive. A special thanks to the entire team who helped us with our stay there, the helper & the cook made scrumptious food for us & every request was honoured in due time. We have stayed at many other villa’s in Goa, but this definitely felt worth & was the best that we have ever stayed.

Positives- The villa is nice and spacious. Negatives- I would have given 4 stars if it was only about the villa but for me the service matters the most. 1) The owner Pari, is a rude and arrogant lady to talk to. Once she has taken the money she will stop answering the calls and not calling back. 2) Not true to her words- Please get everything cleared while booking and giving advance. They will manipulate their proposal and impose extra charges on you later for their services. 3) Do not give the security at the time of check-in, her staff will try their best to block your security amount by manipulating their words and charges. We were lucky that we didn’t give her the security. 4) She had charged extra kids (below 18) also as per the price of extra adults. 5) The staff is rude to talk to. It is clearly evident that they have got this behaviour from the owner itself. 6) Do not give money to the cook to buy groceries, do it yourself. In all it was a bad experience as far as the service is concerned. I hope this review helps future guests.

Nicest stay that I have been in Goa. Great staff and very very good chef. Always comes at your service to serve on your interest. Nicest and spacious rooms.

The housekeeper Rivas is unbelievable. He was able to maintain the entire space efficiently and in amazing form. Suraj, the concierge, was awesome from the point of contact week before and throughout our stay. We had everything we needed and then some.

The pictures don’t do this spectacular place its full justice. The features and interiors alone are 5-star. The home is made up of huge spaces, which is not readily apparent in the listing. It made for the most comfortable experience for our group of 10. Everyone had their own space and separate from each other. Thanks Pritesh & Team.

The villa is spacious, the pool is amazing, and the living area bar/dining area is the perfect place for group dinners and fun. The host Pritesh were great to communicate with and offered recommendations for our outings and every thing. I would highly recommend this for large groups…best dinners we had in this villa made by villa chef and team.. The property is private, well stocked, and the housekeeper was fantastic.

Suraj & Surender are both really helpful and have great helping attitude, making sure that whole villa and pool is always clean. The Villa team is really a good asset this property has. Beautiful villa with outstanding amenities and fantastic host and service staff. The location is a bit difficult to find given that it is on an unmarked road, but our taxi driver was able to find it with no problem!

Great villa in a lovely, quiet spot. Everyone associated with the villa was super helpful. We had a large group with many different ages. The villa worked for everyone. Great swimming pool and group areas. Very satisfied ! Wonderful vacation.

The place is exactly as shown in pics, courteous staff, amazing cook who makes tasty food, cleanliness 100/100, very well kept property. Went with family alongwith 3 kids( 5 years and less) all the instructions that we gave regarding milk,children appropriate food,washing clothes etc. everything was followed properly. Suraj and his staff were absolutely amazing. Great place to stay at as all the beaches are nearby and you can reach everywhere quickly.
