I like the Hotel overall. Actually they claim this to be a resort. I give them 3 stars only because they claim this to be a 4 star hotel and there are some minute things that are not at par to be a 4 star hotel. The quality of towels is one. The bed was also OK. Overall it is a good hotel to stay if you get a good deal. It is away from all hustle and bustle of Mt. Abu. You will awake to a quiet morning with lots of birds chirping in the background and filling the skies. The breakfast is also good

Great place to live in Mount Abu. Rooms are comfortable. You can have a shared balcony for family rooms, so you can have quality family time. The property is at an elevated place so you can have a good view of the surroundings. Good swimming pool. Enough parking place inside the property. Overall you never regret staying here.

I recently had the most amazing stay at Sterling mount abu. The attentive staff treated me warmly and professionally from the moment I arrived. The stress-free meeting started with a quick and easy check-in. The room itself exceeded my expectations in every way. It had all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable and happy stay, including stylish decor, modern amenities and spotless cleanliness. After a tiring day spent exploring the city, a comfortable and inviting bed ensured a good night's sleep. My favorite part of the visit was the choice of hotels and restaurants. The breakfast buffet had many delicious delicacies for different dietary needs. I also enjoyed a wonderful evening at the hotel and restaurant with delicious food and first class service. Another advantage was the location of the hotel. It was easy for me to explore and get around as it was centrally located with access to many attractions, shopping areas and public transport. With friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, delicious food, and a convenient location, I had a great overall experience at Sterling mount abu. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel..

Last week, I was In south rajasthan to enjoy the sunset scenery at Sunset point Abu Road, It was an amazing experience to stay In sterling mount abu hotel, Food was classic, Everything seems to be okay, They provided top class service and also location was also good. I enjoyed my Thanksgiving vacation in Mount Abu hotel and in rajasthan.

We booked 4 rooms And rooms are good but one of the worst and worst dining services in dining area no food refill and all food was too cold. We ordered roti but after half en hour no at all serve at our table. Same thing no food in dining area.if you are owner want to personally meet my room number is 209. Not at all happy with your worst service for dining area.Not at all recommended any friends or family members at this place. Message for my friends who is instreted to stay sterling resorts. rooms are good but the service for dining area to poor

I was really feeling good and lucky to a I stay there, It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff is very much courteous and friendly. The hospitality is much appreciated. Also, the food quality and ambience is good.

Location is excellent. Room service is very good. Staff is highly courteous. Restaurant staff also very good. Mr. Nihar captain of restaurant is superstar. Problem is travel desk team which is actually outsourced by sterling. They are absolutely non professional and opportunistic. There is no printed charges or system. They see the customer and tell their rate. If someone who has committed and other person at travel desk finds it a bad deal he will cancel the deal or do something so that person is either forced to pay extra or cancel their trip. They don't allow other private drivers also to serve you and instigate them. Sterling management has to stream line this to make overall experience five star.

I recently stayed at the resort and wanted to share my thoughts to help enhance the overall experience for future guests. While the resort has its charms, there were some aspects that left room for improvement. Firstly, communication between staff members needs attention. There seemed to be a noticeable gap in communication, leading to some confusion during my stay. It would be beneficial for the resort to implement a more efficient system to ensure that all staff members are on the same page. This would undoubtedly contribute to a smoother and more enjoyable guest experience. Additionally, there were a few items in my room that were not working properly. It would be great if the resort could conduct regular maintenance checks to identify and address any issues before guests arrive. This proactive approach would prevent inconvenience and create a more positive impression.

The resort is located just outside not far away from the center. You can participate in all indoor activities or just chill at pool and enjoy astonishing views..!

Good property, Hotel had organised Activity for guest which were best. Good spacious rooms, Calm and quiet place away from hush and rush.

We had booked the resort for some business meetings and corporate activities. Even before we arrived, we found that the resort management was quite helpful, and they continued to be cordial and helpful throughout our stay. overall experience is very pleasant. The room I stayed in overlooked the hills and provided an awesome view. The room was clean and well-maintained. The restaurant serves good food, The resort also arranged some engaging activity.and fun. Overall, a very pleasant experience with great rooms and a great staff.

Great resort within Mount Abu location. Resort is upscale. Rooms are great. Location is reasonable and approx 10 mins from central market / Nakki lake (primary attraction). Some rooms are on higher floor and access is only via stairs. It has a small pool and is good with views. Had a good restaurant which serves Veg and Non Veg. Jain food is possible. Parking is available. There is a travel desk which offers 2 wheeler on rent, although a bit costlier than market, but convenient.

One of the best places I have ever visited. The staff was very helpful in getting through demands placed by us and never complained. Plus the location has a dedicated games rooms which we don't find in today's resorts. You can go to this place blindly if you are thinking of a vacation in mount abu.

It's a good resort/hotel but i would not visit in May, it's quite hot. Food n drinks r pretty costly. As a senior citizen couple our appetite is quite low but they were not ready to give us a good bargain package for food so we had to order a la carte or went out.

The ambience was quite impressive but there were so many restrictions. Like you can't play cricket in parking lot. They provided us another ground at downside for playing but it was at the edge of mountain. Once you hit the ball slightly hard and the ball will be gone forever. In addition they didn't allowed us to dive in swimming pool. People come to such type of places to relieve some stress, to enjoy wildly and you're restricting them to do so. The food and room was very good. Definitely love to come again but with expecting lesser restrictions next time.

The resort is located at very beautiful place . It has all the tourist attraction . The cleanliness is great . The food quality and selection is also well thought . The staff is well behaved . Ms Priya Singh is very sincere and took care of guests in Aravali personal care and help them immensely. Best wishes. Keep it up.

As usual we had amazing experience staying in Sterling. Their hospitality is commendable, special mention for Damodar who has made us feel so welcoming. Very nice service given by him. Would recommend everyone to visit if you want enjoy beauty and stay

Service at reception was ever smiling face (Gitanjali), All other staff were very good, soft spoken and well mannered. Staff Bahadur was very cooperative. Room were nice and clean. Tour agency service were also nice. This was my 3rd visit at your resort and will continue to come every year.

All the facilities specially for kid (like milk etc) was provided by the staff. Staff was very Friendly and ambience and surrounding are beautiful. Location is close to the city. Very clean. Food taste can be improved a bit But overall a great stay experience also to.mention rajasthani folk dance in evening

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and the entire experience was a nightmare! It is absolutely not a kid friendly place with worst ever service experience. None of the staff was courteous or cooperative right from the manager to the ground staff. A simple thing like coffee takes more than an hour to be served in the room. Our requests for extra chairs, towels, blankets, room cleaning were all continuously denied. We literally had to be after the housekeeping staff to clean our rooms. Whenever we called up for any requirement, we were asked to call another extension, and so on, until we got angry each time. The entire staff was untrained and hence could not adhere to any of our basic service requirements. All in all, we are never going to ever visit this hotel again, although we are frequent visitors to Mount Abu. Neither will we ever recommend the hotel to anyone else. Infact we would discourage people from Booking this property. 0 out of 5 stars

I recommend this resort for its room services. What generally we are seeking in resort is good service. Sterling have a good hold on room services, house keeping service even restaurant they feel us spacial even though pick time in weekend. Special thanks to Abhayji for extra mile support throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. So much green and calmness. Room service was commendable. Initially, we had some problem in unlocking our rooms as our key cards were not properly activated. I would like to mention a service boy named 'Dilip' as his services were commendable. I got sick in the middle of the night with no medicines at hand. We asked him and he made arrangements to get the meds early in the morning ASAP. Overall it was a great stay.

It’s a decent place. The service is good. However, the cost of the room doesn’t justify the cost. The staff is courteous enough and helpful. Breakfast buffet variety is limited. Live omelette and dosa stations present. Importantly, the bridge connecting the hotel to the mainland has partially collapsed. As a result you park your vehicle about 300m away. Not sure what kind of due diligence was done regarding the collapse but they continue using the remaining side.

Very nice stay. Its located a bit away from the main road so advisable to have a car at your disposal. Rooms are nice, clean although they lacked a few minor amenities. Restaurant is good but overpriced. The staff seems to be new or there is a lot of miscommunication among the teams. Their event manager Hitesh is excellent. He's a great singer and artist. He tried his best to make our evening memorable. Overall a good stay.

Very spacious Mountain View room with large size balcony equipped with lounge seating. Breakfast was unbeatable. Evening entertainment choices were touching. Staff were very professional and helpful. High up on the hill makes you feel very safe. I would recommend this hotel to families and businesses.
