Amazing - it is a great site with all amenities and very well run by the owner who is a lovely lady. Really good location not too far from the town which has everything you need and an interesting harbour where the cruise ships call and of course the ferries run from. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to park their motorhome here for a few days.

Very well set up site. Plenty space between nice level pitches, each with fresh water tap nearby at hook up. Modern, immaculately clean wash house and toilets. Great views over the bay watching the regular ferries to the islands. It can be breezy so ensure any awnings or tents are up to Scottish standard!!

Brilliant site. We stayed there for 20 nights in late summer 2022. This is a small, quiet site with excellent views towards the bay with the ship traffic coming in/out of Kirkwall harbour. The pitches are well spaced, and the loo block is new, well equipped and immaculately clean. The showers are great, and even the mirrors are heated. We will return.

This has to be one of the best sites we've stayed at. The pitches are nice and level with stunning views. The facilities are kept extremely clean, and the showers are lovely and warm in a heated block with decent sized shower and dressing area with plenty of hooks for your clothes. The site is about a 5/6 drive into Kirkwall, with stunning views of the harbour lit up at night.

Arrived Thursday 21st July at 12:15 only motorhome on site & was put in space 9 in the middle row, as we have 3 dogs we'd emailed ahead to make sure this was OK which we were grateful for, staying for full week & hoped to have a sea view... asked Patricia on arrival if any chance of a change, she said No as fully booked & she normally put the caravans behind us..... turns out, spaces in front of us changed regularly, space 1 had a different van everyday, including caravans with their washing out, space 2 had a caravan with an awning that owners used seats behind their van as wind break so looking straight into our van... no privacy at all. We had 11 dogs in the immediate proximity so had to keep ours inside at all times on site to keep peace .... Nice site with really clean facilities but not what we'd been hoping for. Hoped to have our own outside space overlooking the bay. Great holiday but disappointed with set up, would've preferred to stay in a number of places.. We live & learn. 😍

Excellent facilities and location. Nice walk into Kirkwall town centre. Beautiful sea and island views watching the ferries and cruise ships go by. Staff are excellent too!

Lovely site with spotlessly clean and comfortable toilets and showers. All aspects were very well maintained. Location was perfect for exploring Kirkwall but very peaceful with spacious pitches. There seemed to be a resident curious otter that popped up several times to view who was sitting on his rocks at the side of the bay!

Fantastic campsite! Just spent a week with a caravan and awning. Facilities are well maintained and the showers spacious, warm, with excellent water flow. Patricia is friendly and helpful. Loads to do and see in Orkney though it's hard to leave the lovely view from the site. Yes it can get windy but we expected that on Orkney. Will definitely return next time we visit Orkney.

Fantastic site. We hadn't booked, used the app on the door and the lady appeared in minutes. The site is well set up, toilets and facilities immaculate. Underfloor heating. Washing machine and drier. Electric hookup and water tap on each stand. Able to have a fire, we had brought our own slab, big skies, amazing views. Would definitely stay again.

Super amazing site. This was our first visit to Orkney in our Motorhome with our 2 dogs. Very friendly staff, everywhere was spotlessly clean, showers lovely and hot. The view is amazing with the most beautiful sunsets, relaxing and a perfect base for exploring Orkney. Would most definitely recommend.

What a view over the harbour and big cruise ships on the other side of the bay. Amazing, High spec toilet and shower block with washing machine and tumble drier. Good sized pitches and a nice small site so never feels too busy. Ideal 10 min bike ride to Kirkwall that has everything you need. A must book on Orkney.

Fabulous clean and tidy site...toilet block immaculate....overlooking the Bay towards Kirkwall. An easy 35/40min walk to the centre of Kirkwall. No WiFi on site. That would be an improvement even if you had to pay for it. Owners are lovely and really welcoming. Had a fab two night stay.

Very clean site right on the coast (and therefore sometimes windy af, but still plenty worth the view). Overlooks Kirkwall. Owner is instantly lovable. Electric and water at pad; building facilities all well-kept and as described on website.

Stayed for 5 days at the start of July. Fantastic location away from the hustle and bustle of Kirkwall but still close enough to be convenient. Facilities were superb and immaculately clean. Will defiantly return!

Great little 5 star campsite with everything you expect. Extremely well maintained. Beautiful views. Simple but amazing location.
