Dr. Sean loves to gaslight his patients and boast about having a doctorate. I got a permanent filling and he connected 2 teeth together disabling me from flossing, I specially asked him if I’ll be able to floss after the filling and he did not like that I was questioning his practice. I came back and the other dentists agreed the work was done incorrectly.

If I could give NO STARS I would!!! HORRIBLE / UNPROFESSIONAL / COMPLETE LIARS!! Do not go here.. don’t waste your time!! My husband went in for a root canal last week.. she said she couldn’t do it because it was too difficult for her, so, she handed him off to another doctor in her office. They told him to take his antibiotics for another week and handed him an appointment card for this Thursday at 2:30pm.. he doesn’t receive a call or anything from them, but he just assumes his appointment is good and just goes.. well, he drives all the way there only to be told his appointment is next Thursday at 1:30pm.. they are complete liars. They most likely aren’t skilled enough to do the procedure, so they just keep pushing him off. Not cool. We have kids and he has work.. we have to move stuff around for things like that, and it was a complete waste of our time TWICE! Good luck to anyone who wastes their time at this place!

They must have thought I forget about what they did to my tooth. I may took long to do this review but I am certainly seeking legal help. So I had my root canal done & all good but then I saw the other doc[ I think he’s the husband of the owner doc] but he said my filling is half chipped off and have to redo it. I said ok, went there and he dig old 1 out put new one & everything was screwed. I went to other dentist for 2nd opinion & he said the feeling is too close to the nerve that now tooth is too sensitive. I complain them, went in and they started blaming my tooth for reacting like that. SERIOUSLY!! and I asked for help, and agreed to pay half, and just coz the wanted me to get out of their office they said good words and 2 days after called me and said “doctor consult other doctors & said we can’t process what we said on your tooth”. & that’s how I’m still having sever sensitivity with cold and hot with once was perfect tooth. DO NOT RECOMMEND OR DESERVE ANY STAR

Dr. Sean is the most compassionate and caring dentist I have ever been to. He constantly asks if I am O.K. and doesn't edurewant his patients to go through any pain during any procedure. His clinical staff are passionate about their work and are a joy to know.

My experience with Orland Advanced Dentistry was very pleasant. I placed a call for the the very first time and received an appt the next day. No long waits in the lobby. The procedure that was performed was quick and painless. Staff extremely nice. Will definitely be returning.

Very good experience. I'm knew to Advanced dentistry. My cleaning with the hygienist was very good. Then Dr Sean took care of a small cavity. Very gentle and informative. Office very nice and comfortable. Thank you, Christina

SCAMMERS, unprofessional, disrespectful. DO NOT GO HERE. They scam people out of their money. Thats how they run their business. I came in probably over 3 weeks ago for a retainer, which they said they could provide. I paid 175$ and in the end the retainer was not properly made and did not fit. They asked me to give them another chance and create a second retainer, which i did and it still didnt fit properly. They called me and said theyr lab was having issues and they needed me to come in AGAIN. I came in for the 3rd time and again the retainer did not fit. I asked for a refund and they refused blaming it on the lab instead of themselves. I told them they should find a new lab to work with instead of promising patients a service that they would NOT be able to provide properly. They ahd me running around for almost a month for this retainer and asked me to book an appointment with an orthodontist at their site. I was in shock because they hadnt told me this sooner, I informed them i would be leaving chicago after jan 5th so i had no time to do that. Again they refused to give me a refund. I cant believe i trusted this business to provide me a service all for them to steal my money like money hungry pigs.

My teeth look so beautiful because of them. It was worth the money and time to finally have a great smile! I got my braces done at their place and they took good care of my teeth for three years. They made my day yesterday after removing my braces and I couldn't stop smiling. They changed my life! Now I don't have to feel insecure about my teeth and hide them anymore, thanks to them! The staff from front to back was very professional, and kind. Keep up the great work! :))))

Went in as a new patient on an emergency took my daughter the next day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the dentist was so sweet and had patience with my daughter. Definitely recommend

EVERYONE IS SO NICE! I BROUGHT MY DAUGHTER IN AND SHE WAS REALLY ANXIOUS AND THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB KEEPING HER INFORMED AS TO WHAT WAS HAPPENING THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE APPOINTMENT. IM ALSO VERY ANXIOUS ABOUT GOING TO THE DENTIST BUT I WAS SO HAPPY WITH HER EXPERIENCE THAT I BOOKED MYSELF AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE LEAVING AND MY APPOINTMENT WAS WONDERFUL WAS WELL.

I thought the people were so nice! they made me feel welcome, when I had doubts about what I was facing one I got there!

I enjoy my services at Orland Advanced Dentistry, so much so I continue to visit even after moving 65 miles north. Very professional & welcoming doctor & staff.

The Dr., hygienist, receptionists…everyone was extremely nice & knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and concerns and I’m looking forward to going back and getting my dental work done. I definitely recommend this dental office to others. I’m also very grateful that they accept my insurance.
