I normally don't go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but this is twice in a row now. Last time, my Chicken Quesadilla just had cold, shredded cheese. Not the end of the world. This time? This time it's like they're actually trying to mess everything up as much as possible. The Quesadilla had almost nothing in it. It was so cut backwards. How do you mess that up?! The hard shell tacos felt suspiciously light when I took them out... because there was almost nothing in them... and they put in chicken instead of ground beef. We're talking literally like two pieces of chicken, two cubes of tomato, and a little dusting of the rest. I do plan on going back because it's the closest location, but I'll just hold up the drive through line by inspecting everything before pulling away from now on.

I would give zero starts if I could. I’ve given this location multiple chances and every time it has just gotten progressively worse. This time, all my food was just spilled into the bag. Not even wrapped, or barely at least. Also ordered 2 crunchy tacos and got 4 soft shell tacos with hardly anything in them. I’ll drive to the one in Lemont from now on.

They do not follow directions. My orders have been wrong on more than one occasion. You literally have to open your tacos or burritos. Thank God I don't have food allergies! I was supposed to get a Grilled Chicken Quesarito. Poor Management since they opened.

I don’t know why I do this to myself. I have given this Taco Bell chances and they never get it right. I had went in today because my coworkers wanted it and I was happy for the Mexican pizza coming back. I order and then mind you I had to come back because I was missing 2 of my coworker taco supreme as well as another coworker burrito. I get back to eat and my Mexican pizza looks like the one that made it sat on it. Worse of all the worse restaurants in the neighborhood. They need to close down or get better employees which start with new management.

I usually drive to Hickory Hills since there Taco Bell is much better. Decided to give this location another chance however I was once again disappointed. First off I can’t even order half of the menu items because they are out of them or “ don’t offer them anymore “. Ordered supreme tacos, got regular. Tacos were made up of 80% cheese 10% meat and 10% lettuce. The tacos weren’t even warm.

No Mexican pizzas (again), ordered soft shell taco supreme & received regular tacos (more than once). No receipt ever given. I will get a receipt & let corporate know.

Went to the drive thru and ordered my food. I was offered a free drink by the staff. Staff were always friendly and nice to me. I was in the food business for years and its a tough job, so I always speak to them kindly. :)

This taco bell, fairly new. The one at 143rd and Bell rd. My first time there. Very nice inside, clean also. Staff super nice. Hubby and I both got Mexican pizza and he got soft steak taco. The pizzas were absolutely delicious. Taco also. Totally hit the spot. Best part is, I'm on WW points diet and I was able to eat pizza and only use 15 points. Will definitely go back to THIS one, but not for a bit. Not to much fast food. Lol

Terrible customer service. Rarely write reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Closed 30 minutes early than posted time and employee tried to fight me through the drive through. Was making racial comments and ripped his shirt off blackmailing me to leave. Owner of this facility should be ashamed of himself for employing workers like this. Good workers are most certainly hard to find in this economy.

Walked into Taco Bell (Homer Glen, IL) at 11 am. There were no customers inside, though there were customers at the drive-through. At the sit-down bar area, there were an employees PERSONAL items spread all over the the surface (notebook/earbuds/cell phone, etc.) I ordered a Nachos Bell Grande with EXTRA meat. When I got home and opened the box, what I found was HARDLY ANY MEAT AT ALL, and the chip were STALE!... I live in the area, and have been to this location before, It has ALWAYS BEEN A DISAPPOINTMENT ... From now on, I will make the trip to the LOCKPORT LOCATION, where the employees do what they are paid to do, and I GET WHAT I PAID FOR! .... When will the owner of this location TAKE CHARGE and CLEAN-UP THEIR ACT!

I’ve given this Taco Bell 2 chances, which was 1 too many. The first time they made my order an hour in advance so by the time I got the food, it was already cold. They remade the food for me. The second time my food was just tossed together haphazardly in a bag, and they forgot 1 of my items in a 3 item order! I’m glad I checked before I left. I’m usually not one to complain, but I feel it is necessary for this Taco Bell. It only gets the extra star because the workers are nice.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been too! Ordered tacos and all our shells were broken plus they tasted rancid! So gross! Tables were dirty, floors were dirty it looked dirty overall. I don’t know why they don’t clean if they have time because there is seriously no costumers. Never going here again. If I would of read all these bad before hand I wouldn’t of stopped here.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Every single time I order here, either on the app or in person; my order is wrong, missing items, skimped or all the above. I have to open up tacos and burritos to make sure they are correct. Typically breakfast is better, but this morning they decided I only get half of a steak egg and cheese quesadilla🙄 the workers do not care at this location.

I have never felt compelled to write a bad review of a taco bell before. It was horrible. The burrito tasted like fish! The Doritto taco shell was literally wet! The chalupa was hard. This was the first time I did not finish my food from a taco bell.

I order two breakfast burritos and one breakfast quesadilla. Both have no eggs inside and are very flat. Quesedia is half empty! I order salsa sauce and get no sauce!

I was GrubHub pick-up and the manager made sure I had all condiments and put in a bag with a smile, also the other workers made sure order precise and hot. Packaged well. And reminded me about cell phone on counter, not to forget to take it

One of the better Taco Bell locations I've been at. Food was fresh and service was very good, the manager seems to really care and provides great service

Ordered food I open it and everything that is suppose to have sauce had no sauce plus I ordered a bell grande and they didn’t even finish putting it together only put half of the stuff on it

I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I ordered my food and it was 14 items, I didn't think to check the bag. I get back to work and there are only 8 items. The guy in the drive though window hands me everything the first time around and goes "makes sure to do the survey and give us a good review" we'll I gave them a decent review now I absolutely regret it. I'm extremely disappointed. I had to drive all the way back, waste time and gas for my limited lunch time I get. At least they agreed to remake the order and give us the food. I'm giving them 1 more chance if they mess up again, I'm not coming here and I'm telling everyone I know not to come here either..

The service here is terrible. The last time I was here I had to repeat the burrito I wanted 3 times and the employee kept trying to correct me even tho I was reading exactly what I wanted off their menu. On the 4th time the boss (who is also probably a teenager) started yelling at him and he cussed back at him all while talking into the microphone. When I went last night I ordered 40 bucks worth of food and half of my order was missing. I tried calling them once home but no answer. Now I will just have to dispute the charge. The fiesta burrito has all my favorite flavors of a burrito in it, I go specifically to here, and it never fails, my burritos are neatly put in my bag, with napkins and my choice of hot sauce. I designated this spot as having more upgraded Taco Bell food. It’s not ordinary Taco Bell, like previous times I’ve tried eating Taco bell, especially compared to Orland Park’s Taco Bell, considering that, this is a new spot, the flavor of the taco meat/lettuce don’t taste like the ingredients were somehow touched by the floor of the kitchen during prep. The five and up reviews seem like supporters of Taco Bell, just like me. So I will choose to come here… Ofc, good service, kind workers, and well made taco’s are a plus! Only thing, is sometimes they don’t put a lot of hot sauce in the bag.

Who doesn't love taco bell?? This Taco Bell isn't the best. Food is good and the staff are super friendly, however our orders are correct about 20% of the time. If you are going thru the drive thru, I recommend you check your food closely before you drive away.

The workers don’t even know their own specials. Ordered three Medium drinks at 2:30 pm on a weekday and they tried charging me $8 for three drinks. When they are supposed to be $3. I had to tell her and she’s like oh yeah I forgot. Be careful!!!
