Horrible! No customer service! Drove almost an hour away to find out they can't even post their correct hours & closed even earlier than the ghetto sign placed on the door. Was told 11 minutes before closing 4:30 that they were already closed. Told them came for a specific piece but they said come back Tuesday. How about I spend my money somewhere else since you guys couldn't even spend the moment to tell me if the piece I was looking for was even still available in your store since I purchased it over 11yrs ago & was looking for a replacement & you couldn't place a legit sign on the door or on Google maps so people didn't waste their time.

This places suck, the first time I went in there a lady help me out. I went back to return because I got some earings and they were to big and they were screw ons.They didn't have anything in stock and they didn't have anything that I was looking for. The lady who refund me my money was with an attitude problem, I ask to speak with the manager he gave me a hard time and was very unprofessional. I wouldn't do business with them ever again!

Avoid this place. The jewelry is overpriced. Selling a 7mm Cuban link machine made chain for $10,800 for 113 grams. That’s $94 per gram which is crazy. When shopping for Cuban Link chains order from DJI or Las Villas. They have the same 7mm chain for $5,000 and it’s handmade. Seems like every “jewelry shop” in Chicago always doubles everything.

Very helpful staff was able to help me with the jewelry I had to see if it was real and ballpark value. I ended up getting a ring for myself and earrings for my wife, good deals.

They lucky they getting one Star, they should have zero star because my husband took my ring to make it a size 9 and he told them he wanted the rest of the gold back and they kept it and made my ring an 8 not a 9 , they are thrives and like to steel peoples money. But that’s ok , they lost a customer and have to deal with god. Don’t buy from this place ever.

Manolo was very knowledgeable in his field. I explained what I was looking for and he had it available. He gave me a great deal on a necklace and a bracelet for my girlfriend and she loved it . Highly recommended

Had this beautiful latina Lucero to help me out and she had so much patience with me and her professionalism was extremely helpful. So many choices so many beautiful things it’s an amazing place to shop. Looked like the whole team was extremely pleasant and ready to help . Loved it. Can’t wait to go back.

Bad service they are stealing money from customers who don’t know anything about jewelry, I bought a piece for 400 and it was actually around 200 don’t go there go next door. He’s a honest and legit owner check his reviews. His place is 2 stores to your right side.

They have a great variety of small gold items perfect for last minute gifts and any special occasion gifts. The staff were very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I was just in this jewelry store and I received the worst customer service with the lady of short hair and black shirt. She was very rude and unprofessional. This place is also too expensive for something that you can find for cheaper at another jewelry store. I also asked for a refund and she did not want to give me my refund back. She told me that I had to exchange it for something else because they don’t do refunds! Do not come to this jewelry store!
