I haven't had the best Brazilian wax experiences because of painful occurrences when having my hair removed at another spa I visited across town. I decided to try smooth and spicy because of the awesome reviews, how close the location is near my home and most importantly it is a black own/women own business. The owner is gentle, down to earth, and she move fast! I had 3 appointments (Brazilian, Brow and armpit) for this day (2/11/23) and am very impressed with her attention to detail. My experience has been phenomenal. Very timely, consistent, professional and personable. She always checks in on me 2-3 days after my service (full Brazilian and underarm wax)! She does her best to keep me on a 5-6 week schedule. Her booking site is easy to use and informative.
