The guy working the drive thru tonight at 9p had a great attitude and good customer service skills. More fast food restaurants need employees like this white castle has. Hope they're manager recognizes this

The food was pretty good, I live in Arizona but was able to eat at an official white castle in Illinois. I'm glad they have "something like" chicken, but it would be nice if it was real chicken.

Standard fare for White Castle; there's all the food you know and the food you think about ordering some day. This spot is one of the few late-night drive-thrus in the area, so unfortunately they are regularly crowded from 10PM to 3AM, but with the next closest Castle being about ten miles away, you might as well wait.

We went there for our annual Valentine's Day dinner and as usual the staff and atmosphere was amazing! Johnny our server was so nice and pleasant! It was a great time, now we wait another year!

So it's been like FOREVER since I have been to a White Castle. I am talking since the early 70s/80s in Brooklyn New York my hometown. I remember as a young thing going there with my family. Then as a early adult after partying all night at the clubs. While things have changed some, they still have the classics which should never change. The place was clean, the workers very pleasant as I was reminiscing of days gone by. Ahhh the memories now we made some with the grandkids. On our way to get our kicks on a road trip on Route 66. Chicago to LA.

When I crave the wave this is where I go. This is the most organized well run drive thru I have ever been to. Not a fan of their fries but love the onion rings.

This location 191st & Rt. 45. Mokena I think.. very nice lady serving food and taking orders. Also surprised they eliminated the window and have a "courtesy door" to serve food and pay👍

We walked in early, ordered 2 crave cases. The woman was so nice. We apologized for dropping a big order on her. We rarely get White Castle. So had to pick up on our drive home. It's a novelty food for us. Always good, even reheated.

Haven't had White Castle in years as regrettably there are none in Iowa (take the hint White Castle corporate office), so I was shocked to see such an extensive menu. And the drive through service at this location was particularly fast!!!

Waited 10 minutes in drive thru on 11/17 around 430 pm. Didn't move. Went inside. No one wanted to help me. Walked out.
