Garbage customer service. Please hire more reps to answer our phone calls for appointments. The ones you have there do not want to answer our phones, and once they do answer it, they are very rude.

Dr. Rachel Prokopf is as good as it gets! She is very thorough and spent time with me going over everything in my file. I felt that my questions & concerns were addressed and things explained to me in a way I could understand. I was treated with respect & courtesy and never once felt rushed.

Haven’t been to Dr. Torres in three years because my mom was feeling good. Today she was considered a new patient but they were very kind and added her to the waitlist and got her moved up by a couple of weeks. Front desk to PA to Doc - all went great!

Dr Harris is wonderful. He reviews your labs and general health concerns and always allows time for questions. I'm lucky to have him for my doctor. He has kept me moving for years now. TY

Doctor Gunasekara is a superb PCP. She is very friendly and supportive. She listens well to the patient and provides excellent advice. If you are looking for a great PCP she is the whole deal.
