The assistant and the doc was very friendly and explained things that needed to get done and things that can wait. The front desk lady was very welcoming and the lady at the discharge desk was well versed in insurance matters. Overall I had an awesome experience, I can’t wait to get my fillings done. At first I was extremely nervous about trying a new dentist office but after coming here I really like it. The staff is very friendly, the office is always clean. Also the dentist has called me a few hours after an appointment and checked up on me to make sure I was doing ok. Love this dentist office. 😁

Prompt, efficient, and professional service. Dr. King is lovely and even called to check up on me after my filling today! That has literally never happened in my whole life. I’m just pleasantly surprised by her care.

I cannot sing enough praise to Lima Rd Dentistry! We've had nothing but wonderful experiences. The staff is all so friendly and personable, and the office manager Niki is always so helpful trying to help get our 3 kids appointments around the same time to not have to make so many trips. Dr King is so thorough and always so reassuring and makes sure we're all comfortable at all of our appointments. Highly recommend!

I went somewhere else for 2 years because of insurance coverage but the hygienists at the other place was not nearly as good. I missed the staff and it was good to have Tiffany give me the best cleaning ever! She’s great.

We needed to get a permanent tooth pulled for our 10 year old, to make room in her tight mouth. Well, coming to Lima Road Dentistry was a great call! Dr. Geoff and his assistant, Amy, have been helping kids for 30 years and 20 years respectively, and they were both kind, knowledgeable, and patient! My daughter's pain was perfectly managed and the extraction went smoothly! They explained everything to us and were so encouraging the whole time.

I went to Lima Road Dentistry today. I’m such a baby about dental work. I get anxiety over having X-rays done. Kourtney was my hygienist and she was amazing! She got the X-rays done without needing help! That has never happened before. Usually it takes 2 people LOL I saw Dr King and I loved her. So gentle and caring. I won’t dread going to the dentist ever again!! 😁

Courtney was great with both of my kiddos. She explained everything in perfect detail and my son who had an extreme dental phobia left there saying “that was fun!”
