The class itself was good. I did not appreciate the 30-40 minute pressured sales pitch from Delta defense for USCCA membership that was done during the middle of the class.They use the people who paid $75 for the the class as a captive audience. I feel that time could have been used for more questions and/or training or just let me go home. I paid for a 3 hr class and got an infomercial half way through. If they really want to do this, it should be done at the end after I get my certificate. Give us the option if we want to listen to a pressured sales pitch. Also, this should have been disclosed in the class description.

Rick Ramos is a great instructor for the Illinois Concealed Carry class. Rick Ramos made the class very entertaining as well as stressing the importance of safety and responsibility! I had absolutely no experience going in and left with an abundance of knowledge. Rick deployed a safety-first approach and his well timed intensity drove home the critical points. Rick was explaining things where I could easily understand them. Rick truly cared about his students.

Taking the cc class with Tami was an amazing experience. She's very knowledgeable with all aspects of handguns and the laws associated with concealed carry. She's a wonderful Instructor who knows how to make the class fun but serious and still keep everyone in full participation. I'd definitely take another class with her.

Amazing class! The instructor was very knowledgeable and really made us think. There was a lot of content covered and the instructor made sure we had a grasp on all the material. The range is very clean and safety is their number one priority. I highly recommend to anyone looking to take their CCW or any other class to take it here.

I used to love this place, until they sold one of my cousins a Lemon Firearm. Then they decided not to give him store credit or even offer to send it to the manufacturer to have it fixed. The firearm was sold brand new from FN but upon inspection from a gun smith, he determined the gun was previously used and not in fact brand new. So I just want people to be aware of what you might expect when purchasing from this establishment. The BBB and the Illinois Department of Business was contacted.

Basic Handgun Class at Range USA Mokena . I enrolled in the class in June , after two reschedules I finally had completed it on August 1 , 2023 . I was rescheduled to the Naperville, Illinois in June per email . I found out that if I would have ignored that email and actually showed up for that class I could have completed it at that time , because even if only two people show up the instructor has to hold the class. That information is not shared anywhere on the website. As a first time gun owner/shooter the class is well worth taking and gave me more confidence as a gun owner. The Instructor: Anthony , a real pro and easy going to the point that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed in class. There was also no question to dumb or strange he would not address as far as his knowledge let him without stretching the legal boundaries. Yes I would take another class with him. One last point , my class was about nine people which I personally was grateful for , because of time allowed and questions asked.

Tami Ryan was an amazing instructor, I’m pretty new to shooting and wasn’t the most confident in my accuracy but Tami really did a good job of getting my confidence up after fixing all the little things I was doing wrong, was able to pass with a 30/30 and left with way more knowledge I thought I’d ever leave that classroom with. Thanks Tami!

Nico was amazing and very knowledgeable. He assisted my girlfriends and I. He then gave us the tools we needed to make an informed decision. I'm definitely taking a class soon.
