Very friendly staff they welcome you into the store and let you browse around. The moment you have a question or need help they are right there.

Came in a few weeks ago and could not decide on a purse for my sister! The girl that helped me, Delilah, was very attentive and helped me pick out a beautiful purse within my budget, love her

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions, the store was very clean and organized, and they had great discounts. Also, had great products in store and a wide selection.

The purse I purchased broke within 6 months of purchasing it. You can't contact customer service through their live chat, email, or phone because they only help online customers. I went to the store to sort it out and was given the option to exchange it for one of three ugly purses or pay to get it repaired myself. What is the point of a warranty if your left with a bag you hate? The person working wasn't helpful and didn't seem to know what was going on. I have been a customer since moving here, but after this experience I will not shop here again.

Can I just say I’m in love with my purses and coat from Kate spade!! Being a teacher is hard but I do it in style especially because they give a teacher discount which is a bonus. I also love that if anything happens to my purse it has a year warranty all I had to do was call and come back to the store and exchange. I will always shop here. The staff are amazing and the pajamas are extremely soft and comfy!

My shopping experience today was outstanding. Beautiful, quality bags and the service is really top notch. All associates I encountered were very friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and just very pleasant and professional. When I made my selection and checked out, my cashier was prompt and sweet. Even my husband was impressed with the way they treat their customers. Needless to say, I'll be back again!

My wife loves Kate Spade purses. Very good materials. They're beautiful and last a long time. Shes extremely picky but I hit a homer run every time I go. Very friendly and helpful staff.
