I never write a review but I’m taking my time for this to warn others. False advertisement website is Not up to date. First of all this place is definitely not a resort. Worst hotel I have ever went to the walls were peeling, water dripping, there is mold on walls dirt everywhere. Looks like the last time place was cleaned was oh yeah probably never. We had to switch rooms and just when I thought it would be okay there was cockroaches, rat poop ON THE BED, there was a FROG in the hallway. Like literally a frog doesn’t surprise me since there was rats, crumbs, bugs, mold, dust very unsanitary. Horrible customer service, other customers had issues too break ins, I felt unsafe, I felt disgusted, and the fact this is still going on from what I see by other reviews I see frightens me. Me and my husband couldn’t even stay one night. Save yourself the trouble definitely not worth it.

This was so far my worst experience as far as dealing with the conditions of a hotel room. Unacceptable 0 out of 10. So bad that I had to leave right away and cancel my reservation the same night. This hotel should be shut down for salubrious reasons. We're talking about like insects in the room, broken TV, broken fridge, linens with all kinds of stains, the toilet was full of excrement and clogged, Towels with stains and hair, humidity smells all over the place it's unreal and in this location with that nightly rate it is definitely a no go. I can speak well on behalf of the receptionist, she was very friendly, very professional, and she did everything in her power to assist me in this particularly situation, she wrote a good note to the hotel manager. I feel sorry for her. She a good employee working in a such bad hotel. I wish the best to her.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I really wish I would have read all the reviews before I booked but it was a last minute trip. Rats, roaches and bed bugs are regular guests. Carpets are soaked and moldy. Smells like ash tray and cat piss. Still fighting to get our money back since we didn't stay. This is place is a health hazard, I don't know how they are still operational. The health department really needs to get in there. The reviews for this place are the same on EVERY site you go on. I wish I could post the pictures of the filth

There was nothing to like. Nothing at all. The whole place was smelling of cigarettes and pot. The lobby was so hot. No air-conditioning. We were given a room on which the AC and lights were not working. After informing the receptionist, they moved us to a different room. The new room had some of the lights malfunctioning, furniture broken, no blanket, smelly beds, shower faucet not working and water always hot in all the tapes. By this time we realized that all we came to the wrong place to stay and all the rooms are like this, so there was no point to ask for changing the room again. I had to stay because I paid for non refundable room at the middle of the night and there was no other option within my budget at that time. I have stayed at far better hotel at half price. I would say this is the worst place I have stayed on in my life.

I cant believe I even have to give this place one star! I had no choice but to stay here when my reservation was given away. I'm also pretty sure they stole my credit card info because as soon as I checked out my bank cancelled my card for fraudulent activity. The place smells like mold and urine. There is water damage everywhere. The walls are cracking and there are roaches. In the hall to our room there was trash everywhere and dirty underwear. Compared to other reviews I've read, our room was better than most but seeing our room you would never believe it. I can't believe this place isn't condemned!! Someone should call the local health department.

This is a terrible place to staff. It's cheap for a reason. First 5 nights there, had no hot water and wasn't told about it. Asked for a kitchen room, didn't get it till right before we left. And the stove wasn't even hooked up when we finally got the room! Some rooms have a roach problem. Smells awful in the rooms and makes you feel constantly dirty. Only a couple of the staff members are nice... The rest of them are rude as they can be. Stay away from this place!

Most disgusting place I have ever been to. Bees, cockroachs, and mold. The hotel rooms and disgusting. Blood on the mattress, stains on the pillows. I have heard things about bed bug infestations also. Never ever stay here if it is the last place on earth.

I stayed here about 3 years ago, I booked through Hotels.com and it stated it was a 3-star hotel...So I didn't mind the rating for the price. Well, we stayed there for only one night because this place was horrendous. The roof in the lobby close to the bar area had a HUGE HUGE hole, you could see through it, the area was crossed off with chairs. The staff in the lobby were so arrogant too, and they had a small sign saying 'NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE'...Based on the reviews I'm guessing you know why. Our room had used needles behind the night table and there were a bunch of old cigs under the beds. The bathroom was filthy and the hallway smelled like urine. I can't believe the building didn't fall on top of us that night. WORST HOTEL EVER.

First day checking in hotel staff showed no hospitality. Room was disgusting and smell was unbearable. Room contained very few towels Hallway's walls were literally falling apart. Also saw roaches in the hallway. cleaning staff were never present things from cigarettes, toothbrushes, and bags of trash i assume. That night there were hair strands on the bed pillow cases were dirty and did not even want to lay down on it .The next day key would not work my room also was not cleaned. Manager claimed she personally cleaned rooms. which was false.Numerous guest came to the manager and all she did was bicker with every guest. This experience was extremely horrid would absolutely never come back or recommend anyone to stay here. A Total NIGHTMARE!!!!!

Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk and there was a sign that said “will return in 29 minutes, call 1507 to check in”. Picked up the phone and it went straight to voicemail. I had been trying to reach the hotel all day and only got a busy line. Several people were in the lobby trying to check in and some asking for soap and towels since there were none in their rooms. After about 15 minutes of waiting, one employee finally came out and proceeded to check us in. After giving us our room keys, we were given the wrong directions to our room and ended up having to circle the complex just to find out that our room keys didn’t work! We then had to go back downstairs, wait another 10-15 minutes to get our keys fixed. Once we were at our room our first key didn’t work, luckily our second one did. The room wasn’t fabulous but we weren’t expecting anything extravagant. Overall the room seemed fairly tidy, some hair remained on our pillows but at least there is no visible bugs or rodents. After looking around the room and bathroom, the shower handle fell off immediately as we tried to test the water. Our smoke alarm in the room was missing batteries. The AC barely functioned. Minor inconveniences, but if they’re going to charge me a room deposit after already paying for a room, I expect the room to at least be kept up with and not falling apart. It has been pretty entertaining to say the least but will most likely not be returning. One star for the sake of not having to kill any roaches (yet).

It could of been better, it's not the Hyatt or Hilton. But it was the only hotel we could get. Hopefully they will get things up to standard, I seen such possibilities in this place. But it did fall short. There were baby roaches, limited channels, our bathroom sink and tub drained very slowly, but we managed, we never got room service. My advice to the owner/mgmt. get your phone's in working order, called and called no answer. you have the traffic, you need the check in desk to be clean such as floors. Quit worrying with the water fountain outside and put your money on the inside, maintain the property or there will be law suites to follow, especially with the pool. Make it comfy for your guest, build your clientele. People read the reviews and it already puts bad marks against you. Then the check in is way too long, hire more employees to assist. House keeping is very lacking, it was non existent until the day of check out.....
